My air was broken and I found this other company (which shall not be named) but the unit was defective and they refused to come back to fix it for another 5 days. IN SUMMER. but I was patient and they came and put some coolant after I TOLD THEM there was something wrong with the inside unit. 2 days later. Broken again. Fed up, I called cool breeze and THANK GOD. REAL customer service and an ownership that CARES about their clients. Couldn’t be happier with my new A/C and install. Super fast quote and installation! Cool Breeze AC mechanic, Alex immediately diagnosed a clog drain line. My AC was leaking water. Alex checked the unit, cleared the drain and resolved the problem. He was neatly dressed, very professional and courteous. Cool Breeze promptly provided same day service. Highly recommended.

I have been a loyal Cool Breeze customer for almost 16 years and have recommended them extensively to friends and family. A few days ago I called for service on one of my 16 year old units. Repairman Jorge Lopez responded and was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem to low gas. He added a stop leak product and refilled the system. A few days later the problem came back. Jorge Lopez responded again and diagnosed the problem as a leak in the coil. I got a fair price for a new air handler from sales rep Jose Perez who credited me for the prior work. Jorge Lopez, assisted by Jorge Jarel did the install of the new variable speed air handler. They refilled the system and cleaned the plenum. They were courteous, professional and cleaned-up after they were done. I am very happy with the work.

Mister Jorge Lopez of Cool-Breeze returned to our home to finalize repairs to the air handler . The first tech dispatched determined the problem to be the thermostat. Jorge arrived with the part ordered by the previous tech. He replaced it and tested the system. We called the company two days later when hot air was still blowing with cold air . Jorge was sent again and found the trouble to be one of two relays stuck causing the heater to stay on. He ordered the parts and returned the next day. Within an hour, all repairs were done and we are very pleased. Jorge is professional, courteous and took the the time to explain in detail the process. He is an asset to the company and should be recognized as such.

I agree with those who gave Cool Breeze a negative review and would not recommend using them. I had used them several times as they put their sticker on my new A/C unit so it was simple to call them. However I had to call them several times to correct the very same problem. The final straw was they serviced my unit in July and sought to charge more than double what was quoted to my tenant who called them. Although they agreed back in July to accept what my tenant said he was quoted by them, when the very same problem happened yet again in October they said they would not come to service it until I paid the unpaid balance and feigned no knowledge of my conversation with the service person with whom I spoke and agreed to pay the quoted price with absolutely no mention by him of any unpaid balance remaining. I was a repeat customer. I can only imagine how they treat new customers.

Was referred to this company by a friend so I was very excited to talk to them, ask questions, and get a quote from them.My property is considered a new construction with 2 new AC units and new installation of ductwork, etc so it’s a decent opportunity for them or so I thought .I’ve been waiting a week for a proposal and having to chase them and repeatedly ask when I would get a quote from them . Like any consumer, the worst feeling is having to chase a company for them to have your business.I got quotes from 3 other AC contractors within 2-3 days!! So unfortunately I have to give Cool Breeze a low rating . They either are not interested in my business or maybe I am not large enough of an opportunity for them. If that is case, then I wouldn’t want to do business with a company that doesn’t think your important enough anyways.

We just had 2 new air conditioning units put in by Cool Breeze. They are an excellent company from beginning to end. Oscar Falcon and Asael Macian were the two technicians who did the work. I work out of my house and having people involved in major work while trying to do my own can be disruptive. But it was a joy to have Oscar and Asael here. They did excellent work, coming exactly on time when they said they would, respectful and friendly, knowledgeable and generous and the final placement of the units was perfectly laid out and cleaned up. If everyone who works for Cool Breeze is like Asael and Oscar then you can be confident that what you need will be accomplished perfectly.

When my AC broke down they sent someone over to fix it within the hour. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgable. He got it working again pretty quickly, and the cost of not sitting in Miami heat was fair and affordable. I would never consider using another AC company after receiving their service.

This Company is a big riff off. On 9/16 they replaced my compressor, charged me $2,100, the technician only spent 4 hours to do the job (Compressor cost only $300 which I found out calling the Manufacturer directly), now you can figure it out how they came up with $2,100.On 7/11/17 AC is not running again, I called the Co assuming that it should be under their 5 year Warranty, the Technician said it is a freon leak which needs welding, the CO end up charging me $550 for a half hour job and said it is not covered by Warranty (but when the technician came in, he said he can do something under the table so it becomes part of the warranty). So, you can see, every time they come in, they will treat the case as a different issue so it doesnt fall under the warranty).

I have used Cool Breeze for many years and have always had prompt, reliable and professional service from them but unfortunately that is not the case recently. I have had two experiences with them over the last several weeks, which demonstrate very poor, slow customer service and an inability to manage all the work they have effectively and quickly. First, I called them a few weeks ago because my air conditioning was not working. I called them and was told it would be 4 days before they could come service my air. Now, we live in Miami and it is June, almost July and waiting 4 days to have a/c is not an option. We decided to use another company and they came the next day.Fast forward to a week or two later and my air broke again. We once again called Cool Breeze since they are the company that originally installed our units. They came last week and diagnosed that our compressor was bad. Hard to believe on a unit that is less than 4 years old but what do we know? It took them almost a week to get back out to our house to install the new compressor. We lived without air in the bedroom area of our house for an entire week before they could install the new part. Many excuses like it is raining and we cant install t when there is too much humidity and we have other jobs but finally today the new unit was installed and guess what? It is still not working properly and while it is cooling now, it is not cooling enough and the unit itself is showing red fault lights again. I called this afternoon hoping they would come out immediately to fix what they had already repaired and now it will be tomorrow afternoon until they come out again so another night without a cool house. The gentleman I spoke to told me that it would take up to 4 hours to cool the house because it had been without air so long and now it has been 5 hours and the unit will not reach the temperature it has been set to of 73 degrees. I just spent almost $1000 dollars to have them repair a part that was under warranty by the manufacturer so I would have expected them to come back the same day to make sure it was working properly. This is unacceptable and once we fix this problem with our air conditioning we will never call Cool Breeze again. It seems to me they have too much work, not enough people to do the jobs and they dont care enough about their customers to provide the kind of service that they used to. Search for another air conditioning company if you want to make sure you are not left without air for days or even a week at a time!

Was recommended by a friend, they answered the call very quickly, they charged me $ 150 for the visit and they gave me a quote for $ 780, I called another company and they solved the problem for $ 95,I would definitely never recommend this company for a job, they want to charge without justification.
