I contacted Advanta Clean last week in reference to the possibility of having mold in our condominium. Tony came to assess the problem. He recommended the ducts and air handler blower needed cleaning. The previous owners of the condo hadn’t cleaned them during the time they lived here which it was a very long time ago. He sent us a quote, the price was reasonable and we agreed to have them do the job. The scheduled date was confirmed and right on time the best two technicians came to do the work. Jose and Chris are incredible professionals that know what they are doing. José explained the entire process and I was very impressed with his knowledge about humidity, mold and every detail of how they were going to do it. I was concerned about their machine leaving pieces of the stuff trapped in the ducts on the floor or furniture and Jose told not to worry because there would be none. After about three hours the entire job was finished and all that was promised was true. I highly recommend AdvantaClean to anyone that has mildew or mold issues.

Jesus (manager at kendall location) & Freddy were both VERY professional. They took the time to explain what mold issue I have in my house and the remediation process as well as answer any of my questions right away! They have cleaned my bathroom that had mold and didnt leave a trail of mess behind! I would highly recommend them and their prices are great!! Dont look anywhere else for cleanings. Their turnaround is fast as well!

Prompt response to my request for an estimate. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of their inspection and the professional manner in which it was conducted. They took the time to identify all of the issues rather than just the obvious easy ones and didnt try to sell services that werent needed.
