Their customer service is really good, and they are knowledgeable. My only issue is their pricing on their maintenance package. You pay $200 basically for them to come to your house twice a year and inspect your AC. If anything is wrong and needs work then its additional. Parts and labor are separate. I dont really see the benefit of this plan.

I have been a customer of Air on Demand for 17 years. Their technicians (not parts changers} know their jobs well and are extremely professional. Their customer service is without equal. I have recommended Air on Demand to several friends and acquaintances. All of them have been very happy with their service. I continue to be very happy with their service and will continue to recommend them in the future. I have paid to be a member of their comfort club and have never had to wait more than 1-3 hours before a technician shows up at my door. I cannot remember a time when they were unable to get my air up and running again in the same day (this includes weekends and after normal business hours).

Excellent service!! I was very pleased with the prompt response. We have the service agreement with them and we were due for maintenance, when one of the units stopped working before our appointment, they sent someone immediately. Semi annual HVAC maintenance was performed by Nick. He was very courteous and did a very thorough checkup. He identified a problem with insulation on a tube at the outer compressor. He cheerfully installed new insulation to my satisfaction. AOD is a very reputable company

The issue my A/C was having took a bit of detective work. Eventually the tech recognized the problem (burnt cables exposing wires) and fixed it immediately. My unit is older and may need to be replaced soon but there wasnt any pressure tactics to try to make me buy a unit.Amazing service. Ill definitely be recommending Air on Demand to everyone i know and Ill be using them in the future for any needs i may have.

We had an issue with our HVAC for our wine closet. I wasn’t sure if they are on demand could handle that because it is smaller than a regular air conditioning unit. They were able to help us immediately, found the problem, ordered the part, and fixed everything can you short amount of time.

I have been using Air on Demand for over 15 years and not once have they disappointed me. These people performed repairs on my post-Andrew A/C until it was more than 25 years old, then I purchased a new one from them. Installation was on time, competitive price, without any problems. It includes annual maintenance at no additional charge for the first few years (I think the timing may depend on the system you buy) and the last one was yesterday (5 March 2021). Again - as has been every service call and maintenance - on time, professional, and without any issues. I find this kind of excellent service unusual in the Miami area (unfortunately) and I will continue to use and recommend them. I have no connection with this business other than as a customer.

David came this morning, replaced a part in the air handler and determined the unit needed to be replaced. The warranty covered all parts and labor (always good to buy!) but he said it might take a be a few days before they get the unit in. I have an Amana AVXC central AC a very complicated machine. The guy who installed it was never able to set up the heater. Never returned calls. I called two Amana Dealers one never called back. Air on Demand replied right away, came and fixed the problem very professionally on time with great communication. I would not call anyone else.

Non good service.

Had 2 units installed just over a year ago. The mini-split had a refrigerant leak early on that required two service calls to fix, but has been working very well since.The thermostat managing my main unit recently had an issue that we were unable to resolve by phone. They sent a technician (Mike) the next day and it was fixed quickly. Mike took pictures of the issue and how it was fixed. He explained everything in detail. And I’m confident there won’t be any additional issues.

Mike, the AC tech, was quite professional and arrived with gloves and a face mask which gave me peace of mind during this serious pandemic. He answered all my questions patiently. This is why I’ve been a customer of Air on Demand for years.

I have been a customer of Air on Demand for more than 25 years. They have always been courteous, responsible and on time. They had installed my old unit that lasted 17 years, but finally gave up and it wasnt worthy to fix it anymore. So I just got a new one this time. Very pleased with their service and I know that I can always count on them to fix whatever problem I could have.

We woke up this morning with no air and an 84 degree house! Fortunately, Air On Demand was able to squeeze us in to replace a worn out capacitor. Our air conditioner, which we purchased from them back in 2015, has a 10 year warranty, so the only charge we paid was to continue our Comfort Club membership which includes semiannual inspections and guaranteed appointments. Our HVAC system is the “lungs” and comfort of our home, and we are pleased with their product and service.12/9/20. We woke up to no heat with a 47 degree cold snap! Air On Demand came out the same day and replaced a connector, and we’re comfortable again! AC’s in Florida get heavy use, and we’re glad that AOD is our maintenance provider. I am under warranty and a member of the Comfort Club which was very helpful. See my previous review of AOD from August 2020.
