About two years ago I signed up for Flow Techs twice annual maintenance program, and Im so pleased with that decision. Yesterday my AC started dripping water all over the place, and I called Flow Tech and they were able to get me scheduled the next day. The technician Fernando was on time, professional, friendly, worked quick, and solved the issue with my AC, and also provided me with suggestions for how to prevent the issue in the future. The person I spoke with on the phone yesterday was also friendly and professional. Not having working AC in the summer in South Florida is basically everyones worst nightmare so its important to know of someone you trust and can count on, and Flow Tech is that for me.

FlowTech was able to resolve our problem when no other local company could (or would). The communication from the manager was outstanding. The technicians were able to accurately and honestly diagnose what needed to be repaired. Overall I had a great experience with this company and would definitely use again.

This company has been incredible to work with. They are professional, responsive, and trustworthy. I recently serviced my AC unit and had it cleaned and inspected to make sure everything was working correctly (just bought my house and wanted to take care of this before moving in). The technician who came, Radael, was on time, and very thorough. Not only did he clean all vents and take apart the unit to inspect/ clean, he took the time to explain to me all of the working parts and if I needed to clean myself, how to do that. He was a pleasure to work with and so knowledgeable regarding this unit and AC care in general. Someone who really knows their field and takes time to educate others on proper use/care is such an important quality, at least to me!Also working with the office staff has been nice. They too are professional and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend them for your AC needs!

I had my AC shut down on me out of the blue when I was in Miami at an airbnb. The owner called this company out for us and they got the AC fixed very quickly. Very happy as it was the middle of summer also!

I’m really impressed with this company. Twice they have done an amazing job with my AC unit. The first time they fixed what a company couldn’t not fix in 3 visits and Flow-Tech fixed it in their first visit — a capacitor issue that made my AC work on and off.The second time about a month ago I was due to have my AC coils cleaned (leaking issue) and they came to clean it but after the cleaning my AC kept leaking due to a malfunction of my coils and Flow-Tech contacted Goodman customer service to have the warranty cover for the new coil which they replaced on the same day. They went above and beyond to make sure my AC was working perfectly before they left my house that day.The manager was very helpful.Will definitely keep using and recommend this company.

Our house has had two A/C’s since we moved in to it in 1999. The most recent one was a year ago. Both have been installed and maintained by Flow-Tech Air Conditioning. They are reliable, professional and they appear when they say they are going to...always on time. Mario, the owner, gave us both estimates and we have been extremely happy with both units. We have been with Flow-Tech so long that the sticker on our first unit showed their business number with out the 305 area code in front .

I called Flow-Tech after reading several reviews online when our air conditioner broke in mid August. Although we got quotes from two other companies, one of which came back less expensive than Flow-Tech, we decided to go with them because of how knowledgeable the technician they sent was.That same day I spoke with Mario who explained all of the options we had and broke down in detail the pros and cons of each unit, we needed to replace both the inside and outside units. He was so incredibly professional and I appreciated greatly just how much information he provided so that my husband and I could make an informed decision.The next day, his crew came out and we couldnt be more impressed. They finished the work quickly and and left everything very clean. Our unit has not given us any issues. I waited at least two months to write the review to ensure that it was working as promised. We are so grateful to Mario and the rest of the Flow-Tech Air Conditioning employees for their expertise and professionalism. They resolved our air conditioning issues in less than 48 hours from the initial call for an estimate. They may not show up as the least expensive, but they are worth every penny. I am so glad that we chose them. Should we have another need with our AC, we will definitely be calling them again.

There are few companies in South Florida that actually care about their customers. I have used Flow-Tech for my installations, maintenance, and repair work for 6 years now across two different homes I have owned. After years of going through terrible and shady A/C companies I found the one I can count on. These guys are like family. And when I found them, I felt comfortable to use them on multiple projects because I knew they were reliable. Let me first start with service. Melissa runs the service department and her techs are incredibly knowledgeable. They don’t try to rush the job. They want to get it right the first time. Over the years I learned I could trust these guys and they would not rip me off. In my first home, I had my A/C units and duct work replaced on a 3,000 sq ft home. I didn’t even consider shopping around. When you find a company like this, you use them. After selling my first home, I again contracted them to put in new A/C units for my second home. That is where Mario comes in. Mario is the owner and he’s not afraid to get his hands dirty. He is with you every step of the way when it comes to installations. Mario is the kind of guy that is responsive. You won’t call or text and not hear from him. This guy cares about his customers and ensures his customers are happy. If anyone has written anything less than a 5 star review on here they must be completely unreasonable. And I caution anyone to use an A/C company that is willing to do something for less. Especially an A/C install. You get what you pay for. I know from my own past experiences. And with these guy you will get the product and service you deserve for your hard earned money. If you are thinking about using them and just not sure, call them up. Ask them for my number. Their customer service and professionalism was outstanding. It was by far the best of any of the 5 companies that provided estimates and responded to questions. They sent a crew to take pics and measurements for a new system within hours of my first call and Mario (the owner) spent almost an hour answering all of my questions on the estimate and the various system options and concerns. The installation was done very professionally within a day after I accepted their estimate. I am very impressed by Flow Techs organization, knowledge and pricing and recommend them wholeheartedly.

My A/C stopped working last Sunday night. First thing Monday morning, I called Flow Tech Air Conditioning Corporation (Flow Tech). I was so thankful Niurbi could get someone here promptly. Two very professional and knowledgeable technicians showed up shortly. Soon they detected the problem and soon the A/C was back running. They mentioned that a piece needed to be replaced and that it was covered under guaranty by Trane U.S. Inc, the manufacturer of our unit. They ordered the piece that very same day. Two days later, two other extremely kind and knowledgeable technicians from Flow Tech, came back to change the piece, while taking the necessary time to make sure that everything was properly adjusted and running as it should.Three years ago, Flow Tech installed my a/c unit, which I bought from them. As with the current experience, the one back then was excellent in terms of pricing, professionalism, guaranty, explanations, and fulfillment of expectations. I would strongly recommend Flow Tech to anyone. They are top notch.

The service man came within the scheduled time and got us running again. I need to learn more Spanish because conversation was only functional. My AC still makes weird squishing noises but it seems to cool very efficiently

I had an issue with my compressor (unit outside?) and the team at Flow-tech, using gauges and the manufactures prescribed parameters got the job done and corrected the poorly done work of another company. They arrived at my home incredibly quick, even wore the shoe covers and face masks. I would not choose anyone else.

These guys are the best! They have great customer service and the tech guys who come and service our unit each year are very knowledgable. We had them install a brand new AC unit 2 years ago and the yearly maintenance is well worth it. We complained about our thermostat not working properly and they replaced it as a warranty even though it had been over a year. Very professional and great company to deal with. I bought a new house on October 29th. Mario and team came and inspected all of the ducts and units. He was very honest and professional on what needed to be replaced and advised the correct units for my home. While other companies never inspected the ducts and said they needed to be replaced, Flowtech inspected every duct and professionally advised that they were in amazing shape. I replaced two units with quality high efficiency units. The installers were on time, clean, and very detailed on how to operate the units. If i could give 10 stars i would!

A/C stopped cooling. Called Flow-Tech because they had done previous work at my house. They diagnosed a leak in the coils. They replaced the coils. A/C is working great again. Total cost of repair including refrigerant was $825. It was less than I expected. Excellent company. Very happy with their work.

My A/C unit went out on a Monday morning. When I called I was given a 12:00pm-3:00pm arrival window. The techs arrived at 4:00pm & I was not given any notice that they were running late, I only knew because I had to call to see where they were (& I was told at 3:00pm that techs were in the area & had finished a job but they were in the van waiting for the rain to stop so they could pick up their tools - wth?). When they arrived to my apt, they checked the inside unit & said they could not check the outside unit because of rain (even though it was just sprinkling) & that they’d wait the rain out in the car. I then received a call 20 minutes later from the office informing me that the techs could no longer wait & that I’d have to wait ‘til they could come back in the morning. I was given an 8:00am-10:00am time window. The next morning I called at 9:30am to see where the techs were & I was told they would not be arriving until closer to noon - again, no one told me, I had to call to find out. At that time I gave up and called another company who was able to get a tech out to me & have repairs completed before this company’s techs even showed up. The second company that was able to do the work for me also had a cheaper diagnostic fee by about $30. Also, the other company’s tech worked through the rain. — Reply to owner’s response: I understand not wanting to work in the rain but i waited an hour over my service window & the techs couldn’t wait more than 20 minutes for the rain to clear. Also, I was told my Tuesday window was 8:00am-10:00am so I’m not sure what happened there. Also, I cancelled today’s appointment because by the time I got the confirmation that the techs were on the way, the other company had already completed the work. I agree that this does not seem to be the norm for your company.

Flow-Tech has serviced my system for many years, and put in new high-efficiency unit 6 years ago. Working fine. Tech was just here to do semi-annual checkup; very thorough including addressing some minor corrosion with a new coat of paint.

My 15-year old AC unit was on its last leg, and I needed to replace it quickly (as summer was heating up). I was looking for good quality at a fair price and rarely, if ever, have I had such a positive experience as I have had with Flow-Tech. Flow-Tech did a fantastic job on a complete Trane HVAC upgrade in Coral Gables. Within 24 hours, they installed 2 new condensers and 2 new air handlers. Great communication, prompt service, and the air quality is noticeably better. I highly recommend Flow-Tech for all air conditioning needs.

After having evacuated prior to Hurricane Irma making landfall, we came back to our business to find that, although power to the building had been restored, the AC was not working. Even though we had a few individuals, as well as companies, come by to assess the issue, we either never heard back or never received a formal quote, or we were told that they couldnt handle the job. The job in question was to replace a 15-ton condenser unit on the roof of the business. It appears that it sustained some kind of damage or trauma, and was beyond repair. It needed to be completely replaced.Enter Flow-Tech. Within an hour of me sending an e-mail to someone at the company, accompanied by photos and a description of the problem, I received a call from Mario, the owner. A few hours later Mario was at our store, and shortly after his site visit he had sent through a quote. When I asked what the turnaround time would be once we gave him the green light, he told me that it could be done within a couple of days. What a relief to hear considering that we are a retail music business and one facet of the business is music lessons. While the AC was out, the temperature in the store was in the mid to high 90s -- an untenable situation for employees, customers, and students alike.Punctuality and professionalism marked this project from step one through to completion. They even started the work one day before the date they had originally given us. It was absolutely incredible that with the amount of backlog of AC issues in Miami after hurricane Irma, that Flow-Tech was able to get the job started within 24 hours, and within 48 hours our AC was back to work.The hardest part of our project was getting the old condenser unit off the roof and the new unit up onto the roof. Flow-Tech was on site the morning after we had signed the paperwork (one day earlier than what was promised) with a crew of around a half dozen people and a crane. Mario stopped by a couple of times throughout the day to oversee the project personally. The crew expertly handled the whole process from start to finish.In addition, Flow-Techs quote was between $10-15K less than what others had verbally quoted after inspecting the damage. Flow-Tech was able to make a modification to our existing air handler via installation of a new expansion valve, so that it would be compatible with and function with the new condenser unit, thereby saving us tens of thousands of dollars in the process. We are 10 days in to the new AC system, and its working perfectly.Mario is extremely thorough and extremely knowledgeable, and aside from his professionalism and lightning-quick responsiveness, youre also getting an honest assessment of your needs, with options carefully explained to you, and work that is done at an extremely reasonable fee considering the quality of the work being done.

Needed my A/C unit checked ASAP and they were able to come by in a few hours, the service was great and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Highly recommend them.

Our air conditioner completely failed on a Thursday evening on the hottest August on record. I looked up Trane representatives in my area and fortunately Flo-Tech was listed. A technition came early Friday morning opened the old Trane unit which was 15 years old and found that it was not worth repairing. He contacted the office texted photos and we had a fair estimate within two hours. Since it was Friday afternoon when we agreed to a contract and made a deposite on a credit card very little could be done until Monday. Mario the owner was out early Monday and explained that the new unit required additional concrete work to fit and that all the materials had been order and the correct unit was located and was being shipped. The crew arrived on time and renoved the old unit and completed the preparation that was needed. The next morning right on time the crew arrived and installed the new unit. The owner inspected the work and additional modifications were made to make it perfect. A technition was onn site when the building inspector arrived to answer any question. The work passed and we are very pleased. We recommend Flo-Tech and believe that anyone usinfg their services will be very happy. Our thanks to Mario the owner and all his staff.
