I have used Copasetic in both my home and a facility that I managed maintenance projects for. I have worked with several of their crews. I have been impressed with both the professionalism and customer service on every occasion.I have lived in my house for over 25 years with a HOT bedroom. The rest of the house had to be kept very cold to keep my bedroom barely cool. After Copasetic finished replacing the ducts and maintaining the airhandler unit, my whole house has a consistent temperature in every room. Other companies attempted this in the past and failed. I recommend this company to all of my friends and customers.

Ryan and his team were great. I first met him out of an emergency, he came to fix my broken A/C unit on Dec 23rd. I appreciated his availability and willingness to help during holiday times. Secondly, he advised that my AC unit was about to break, and a few months later it did. I called him and offered a great unit to be installed one day after. His team wore masks the entire time despite the crazy heat. They also wore shoe covers that I provided. The AC works awesome and cannot be happier with my purchase and their great service. Customer service is awesome.

Stop looking, you already found your new go-to guys for all your AC needs. We’ve been depending on the guys at Copasetic to keep us cool for a couple years now. Every time we call on them, they are there for us and on-time as promised. Recently, we had to replace our aging unit as the cost to repair was getting closer to the cost to get a new one in the long run. All options to repair and/or replace were explained and we made the decision to replace it. A quick fix was made to hold us over for the night and the next day they were there to install the new unit. They took their time, checked the work over and even cleaned up after themselves. I’m glad to have found them and do not hesitate to call whenever we need them. The fact that they are a local family-owned and run business is just the icing on the cake and we are proud to support them and recommend them without hesitation.

Fantastic service and very responsive! My A/C had already been out of service for 10 days and the company I was using never followed up after contacting them several times as to the status of a part (fan motor) needed to repair my A/C. A friend of mine highly recommended Copasetic Mechanical and I called Ryan the same afternoon and he informed me he would be able to get a fan motor that same afternoon and would be at my house first thing next morning. The technician Luis showed up at 8:30 next morning to perform diagnostics on my the A/C unit and then Ryan showed up shortly after with the fan motor. They were able to repair the A/C unit that same morning and I was finally able to get cool air in my home. I have worked with a few A/C companies in the past and have never received the type of responsiveness, professionalism and service I have with Copasetic Mechanical. Our AC was limping along for several months. Called Copasetic based on a referral. A technician showed up the next day and determined that our 14 year old unit was a goner. We knew that and were putting off the inevitable. After taking measurements and determining we needed another 1/2 ton capacity, we decided to replace instead of just putting another bandaid on. The problem was that we live in an old home with limited space for a bigger unit. No problem. Copasetic was able to find an air handler that fit into our space.It was just a couple days between ordering and install. The technicians showed up ON TIME on the day of install and worked tirelessly through the job. I have a little bit of construction experience and can identify attention to detail. These guys are masters of detail. In the small space that we have for the inside air handler, they made it work and were meticulous.Finding honest, reliable, and qualified tradesmen in the area is sometimes difficult. Ive been working in condominiums for 4-5 years now and Copascetic is the best HVAC company ive ever dealt with hands down and its not even close! These guys maintain and conduct repairs on our 3 AAON RTUs (theyre AAON certified!) They also work on our pool and spa heaters and take care of all the heat pumps in our common areas and for many of our residents also.Ryan and his guys are the most knowledgable, honest, and hardworking techs in the trade, and they dont mind going above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy and taken care of.

In the midst of all the COVID 19 and quarantine and as weather heats up my 24 year old AC decided it was going to finally stop working. Ryan and Copasetic Mechanical has been our go to AC guys for the last 7 years. Ryan has always been honest and a pleasure to deal with. When this happened we called him and he broke the news, he gave us a quote. I looked into other companies and did my due diligence. I found a couple of companies that gave me a better quote however, I have really been extremely happy dealing with Ryan and his customer service is always amazing. With the stress of times, current health conditions, and previously experienced his professionalism, customer service and honesty, I decided to go with Ryan. I have NO regrets. He came by with his team, Yuni one of his employees, was very patient and careful installing the handler and the condenser. In addition, everyone wore masks. His team is very knowledgeable and you could tell they know exactly what they were doing. NOW I have an AC that is so much quieter than the old one. This one is cooler and I am sleeping better. Finding honest people and great service in Miami is heard to find and these guys are worth it!!In case you are also wondering why I have been loyal to copasetic, ** 7 years ago, I had four different companies that told me it was urgent for me to replace my old Trane unit and that it would NOT last. My ac fan motor went bad (on a new unit) in the middle of summer and Copasetic came out to my house the next morning to repair it. It was a great experience. I had been having very bad experiences with AC contractors in Miami as many are very rude, not experienced or over priced. Many are all three of these together. What really stood out is the customer service and attentional to detail. Ryan was very professional and explained everything to me. I was extremely impressed and pleased with their service. I will recommend them to friends any day.

Put a unit in my home which lowered my monthly bills by at least $100.00. Apparently the unit I had was not the right size for my home.
