Had a great experience! Guide was awesome and the tour takes you to some cool places. Seeing Star island up close is crazy! We did the 1.5 hour tour and didn’t end up stopping to take a “dip” anywhere as advertised but regardless it was worth it. Pro tip you pay per jet ski rental not per person. A jet ski holds 2 people.

Your employee has not returned funds to me, and you have not provided me any other contact information for your company so that this can be resolved. I have sought legal recourse against your company and your employee. If I do not hear from an owner/manager and receive my security deposit in full by 10/11/2021, your company will be responsible for and recompense any and all travel and legal fees incurred in the process of me obtaining my security deposit from you in person.

Don’t listen to the naysayer reviews. Just got done with my 1hr~ experience and it was amazing. Everyone was friendly and it was a pleasant experience. I come to south beach 2-3x a year and my girlfriend and I will definitely be returning. It was a blast! I forget the name of the guide who went over everything with us but he was very nice, friendly, polite, and informative. Kudos to this company for having good employees who are extremely friendly and take pride in their work.

This is literally the most unprofessional jet ski in Miami. We visited them at 1st and waited a hour after paying them only for them to put a group in front of us and get rescheduled. The 2nd time we showed up on time once again and they not only arrived late but said that they didn’t have us on the schedule. We tried to reason with them only for the staff to be rude and argue with us for over a hour.. when we asked for a refund they said “ you guys aren’t getting a refund and can’t ride you guys can go” when we asked for their bosses number they refused to give it to us as well. Place is HORRIBLE

My boyfriend and I went Jet skiing for the first time today and Jose was such a cool guide! 100% recommend having your tour with him. Such a chill guy. we will definitely be coming to this same place next time were in Miami.

It was an amazing experience especially with great customer service ! It was our first time and they did a great job explaining the safety protocol and made the whole process easy! Jose and Alex made the whole experience a breeze, plus they were funny and friendly ! Great vibe 10/10!

I want to first start off by saying the jet ski ride was amazing, and I have no complaints regarding my experience on the water. However, I was told to arrive an hour before my reservation but ended up wait an hour and a half for someone to arrive. The guide was still expecting a tip and wanted to charge $30 for a photo that he took of me on the water. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you have a lot of time to spare, because as state on their website thing may come up that can cause a delay.

I want to share with everyone a bad experience that I had with this company. Yesterday I booked a tour with them, paying for the reservation in cash early in the morning. In the afternoon when we went to the tour we had to pay a guarantee through the credit card, as it was an activity in which we could get wet I decided to take only one of my cards which did not work to make the deposit, as I was very Away from the hotel I asked them to refund the reservation or to be able to change the tour to the hour or for another day, but they refused to change the reservation or refund the money. I was told that the 170 USD reservation money had been lost because my credit card did not work at the time. It was very disappointing not being able to have a fair action from them, like being able to change the date, they did not give me any solution, only to tell me that I had lost my money without letting me do the tour. Likewise, the person who attended us seemed to try to do something, but the boss told him that they could not return the money. Fortunately for us, someone arrived at that moment wanting to make a reservation and we were able to give them our space, recovering the money, but if that couple had not arrived, we would have lost the money. Bad experience

Highly recommend doing this if you are in Miami and looking for something to do on the water or beach. Our tour guide, Matt, took great care of us and showed us all around miami and took great pictures. He was very knowledgeable about the area and history. Check in was really easy and they even helped us get our boaters licenses to use if we ever go anywhere else. DO IT!!!!

Horrible experience with this company! My reservation was for 10am and I was running late due to my uber driver. I tried calling multiple times and no answer. I arrived on time and was told I was too late and I have to email the company. The worker completely blew me off with no concern. I later received a email telling me I lost my money and make another reservation. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Absolutely awful! They made us wait for 2 hours until finally telling us that there were barriers of where we could go. This is not posted anywhere on their website. It was also an extremely rude experience. The free valet is also a scam. They kept trying to charge us there as well. I would completely avoid this company. The people running it do not give a care in the world for your time, effort, and money.

Tour experience was five star hands down. Matt was an exceptional tour guide, made things very personable and was knowledgeable about the Miami area and made personal recommendations for other activities, and took great pictures. The open throttle policy was definitely nice as well. Check-in process on the other hand was more of a two star experience. Instructions said to arrive 1 hr prior to tour so we did, however the employees did not show up until 30 minutes prior. Additionally, once check in started the process seemed clunky and disorganized. Additionally, the address given for check in was not accurate. Still recommend, just beware, maybe dont need to be there nearly as early as told and plan on having to walk a little ways from the given address.

My husband brought me to Miami beach for my birthday this past weekend. With only 3 days in Miami, all that I wanted to do was go on a jet ski tour. On Sunday morning around 10am, I called this company to see if they had any availability at all for same day, and asked I could reserve via phone. The represenative for this company that I spoke with on the phone said yes, either 2:00 or 4:00. Just show up about 45 minutes prior to whichever time you choose to get all set up. Great! So my husband and I waited around all morning at the hotel and took a 30 minute Uber ride and arrived to your marina at exactly 1:20pm. There was no one at the gate entrance, but eventually one of your guides/represenatives showed up. He then tells me that the 2:00 is sold out. How could it be sold out?? I spoke with someone on the phone 3 hours prior and they told me its walk-up, just come by 45 mins prior to get set up! He told me that they have the 4pm slot open, but encouraged us to walk across the highway across the double intersection to visit their competition!! My husband and I were discussing since 4:00 was like 3 hours from then, and walked away for literally 1 minute. I decided I wanted to go on THIS tour as they take you to different spots, we came back 1 minute later ready to pay via debit card and he tells me that within that 1 minute, a man showed up and booked 4 jet skis for the 4pm slot and there was no longer any room for us (This man was literally beside us when we were talking to the guy, but within 1 minute it went from available, to not available - a completely different story that it was walk up when I called to reserve literally ANY TIME that day, earlier in the morning). The rep also said that it was CASH ONLY. At that point I was upset for wasting my morning, waiting around for 1:00 to call an uber for the supposed 2pm jet ski tour that was walk up, just come by to now, having no jet ski opportunity in Miami. He again encouraged us to walk across the highway to visit their competition, that was not even doing tours. This was the most unprofessional tour company that I have EVER dealt with!

My wife and I went on the Miami Vice Tour and it was amazing. We had such a great time and our tour guide Anthony knew a lot about the area. I did a lot of shopping around and am very happy I decided to go with Jet Ski Tours of Miami.

It was a little boring. You’re very limited as to where you can go by yourself. If you’ve never ridden a ski before then it should be okay. If you’ve ridden much it’ll be be boring. It’s like riding around in a big swimming pool.

We had very bad weather conditions in Houston, and I emailed them the same day we had to reschedule our flight about a refund, and they still have not responded. So now the deposit I gave them for the jet skis, I still have not heard anything back.

One of the best jet ski tours I have taken on the East Coast! Our tour guide Alex was awesome, and even took really good pictures of us. Also another worker, Sharky was kind enough to let us know about other great activities to do in and around Miami. Great service, would highly recommend!

I had a small problem with this company today 04/28/2021, I had booked to do JETSKI in the morning at 10 am, arrive early (1 hour before as they point out on the website) and I could not do it because they were full. the owner contacted me and apologized for the inconvenience and they will proceed to refund my money.

Dont even waste your money with this people. My husband went with our son, who was really very excited about the jet skiing experience, and guess what? He paid in advance a couple of hours before for their reservation and when time arrived he was told that they were sorry but they have overbooked and they didnt have any jet ski avaliable at that time. Then here comes the best part, he was told that they could offer him a discount for next day, he asked what would be that discount and then they told him that they were sorry AGAIN but he had already paid full price therefore no discount was possible.Why offer a discount when you wouldnt honor your offer!!!! Was this a joke or what????Again, avoid dealing with this people, very unprofessional and a total scam!!!

I walked in to this place around 3:30 pm to rent a jet ski, the guy told me the next time available was 6 pm I agreed and filled out the waiver and paid $163.90 for a hour. I came back around 5:40 pm with plenty time for my 6 pm reservation. When I meet the guy again he told me that he was sorry that my reservation was overbooked and was rented to someone else. He offered me to come back the next day and pay a discounted rate, I said, ok but how much is the discount?and he said no you already paid...it doesnt make sense. I decided for the refund and walked away. Bottom line, this place doesnt care about customer service, poor service and bad experience.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! The men were very nice and took us to an island and took 156 pictures and 4 videos of us jet skiing and while on the island! Overall I would rate them 10 stars but that’s not possible.. DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE THERE ARE HIDDEN FEES FOR FEUL!! Overall it was an amazing experience and will definitely will be returning the next time I visit!

Scam. They booked my reservation for a jet ski and then called back and said it was already booked by another person and there were no jet ski left. They then refused to refund my reservation and I had to file a dispute with my credit card company.

Called A bunch of times nobody answered the phone. Went online and made an appointment for 6 o’clock and was told I have to arrive 30 minutes earlier. I got there an hour early waited. When it was time for us to go they tell us that they were sold out and they sent me an email right after I made my appointment. Checked my email and they emailed me 45 minutes after they sent me my confirmation email saying that it was sold out, waste of time. Very unprofessional.

The service was absolutely outstanding. Both Anthony & Danny made our experience pleasant. We were given clear instructions on how to maneuver the jetskis & look out for their signs when we needed to slow down, etc. I highly recommend their service. Our family had a phenomenal time. We will definitely be returning soon! 😊

Seems to be an organized criminal operation. I am generally tempted to ignore reviews that describe about theft as folks who are upset they were charged for damage etc. This is not the case for me - the tour went off without a hitch, had a pretty good time, certainly no damage and no communication afterwards about extra charges. Now, around a month later Ive had two additional charges of $107 and $246.08 (one from a vendor with a different name, but same address, and also using a Square account) added to my credit card. In fact all four of the transactions (two lefit) have come under slightly different named vendor accounts, all very suspicious. Probably best avoided, despite being a fun trip, unless you can do everything (including the $300 deposit) using cash somehow. Its clearly not safe to trust them with card details.

Wow!!!! Exceptional treatment nonetheless. As soon as you step on that dock you not only know you’re going to have an amazing time, but also feel the spirit of Miami. If you’re going to Miami this is a must do, I repeat MUST DO!!! Not only is the tour Guide Anthony incredibly professional but knowledgeable in what Miami truly is. My wife was not too interested in this tour but by the end she pulled me aside and said.... “im really glad you brought me out here”

First Time Experience and it was great. This was the best place to go to. the service that was given was great and the prices are not to bad. I rented the skis for 2 hours and had blast. I was able to learn about Miami, race and experience the whole ocean without any problems from the tour guider. It was very safe. the tour guider gave us a distance between us and him, so we could explore the ocean and fun with out be watch over. They only ask at the end of the trip is a tip for the service. I recommend to experience it here with this company..

First time EVER riding a jet ski so please be aware that there is an expectation that you ride at a certain speed so you dont slow down the tour, etc. Also be aware there is a $300 hold on your credit card for incidentals in case you damage the jet ski. The tour of the bay was very nice! Loved Star Island, the Port of Miami and the history of all the stops including the mansion where the Bad Boy Movie was shot! I really felt our tour guide did excellent because I was willing to quit, forfeit the money spent and leave the tour because I didnt want to go fast on the skis. He was patient and professional. I ended up having an awesome experience!

This is an awesome place to go to rent jet skis. The price is fair at $139 for 1 hour or $239 for 2 hours. This is cheap. Our tour guide took us to star island which was awesome. We even got to see dolphins. Parking is free just make sure you get your ticket validated.

Best Time Ever.All I can say is WOWWWWW! We did the 2 hour tour on 3 waverunners (6 people) this past Sunday. Peter greeted us in their office and had us signed a waiver and Joseph took over and fitted us all in a life vest and did a great job on the safety orientation prior to take off.First, Joseph put us in a big open area to practice and play for the First 20 minutes and the rest of the time was nothing but fun, touring the entire bay and viewing beautiful sites such as the homes of the rich and famous (Star Island) and downtown Miami. We have the time of our lifes and JET-SKI TOURS OF MIAMI and JOSEPH positively highlighted our trip.Thank you Joseph for a great experience and for keeping us safe. We definitely be back.

I had such a blast we my daughter. We rented to jet ski today. Will go back and this time a tour would be nice. Every one should give it a try and this is the place to go.

A few things. I came from New York to Miami and wanted to jet ski. It was me and my two friends and they DO NOT tell you you need to take a test before riding a jet ski if youre born after 91. Law reasons which is completely understandable but TELL US that. We were late and they catered to us regardless which was great but the guy who gives you the test and takes down all your info is a complete jerk. He was definitely testing me and being rude but I wanted to jet ski so I didnt react the way I wanted too. The instructor was great. The experience was great. I just didnt like that they didnt inform us that we needed to take a test I wouldnt have came intoxicated and even my friends said the guy giving the test was being personally rude with me. Pendejos will be pendejos. But def recommend coming here

Really wish someone in management will call me back we had a wreck and flipped the jet ski because me and my wife was not told about the weight limits we lost everything we had and my leg is hurt then to be charged a extra $250 is not right at all if you guys would of just told us the weight limit we would of never taken the trip and we would not be out of over 2k worth of phones glasses ext please I need to talk to someone tomorrow or you will be hearing from ourlawyer This is defiantly negligence on you guys part we lucky we did not loose our life

I and my friend took separate Jet ski with them on July 4th 8:30 batch. The next minute after I stepped-on a Jet ski, the Guide said there are weeds on bottom of one side of my Jet ski and asked me to jump into water to clean. I followed the instructions and cleaned it up and got back into Jet ski. Then again he said, there are weeds on other side as well, and asked me clean that. After I finished cleaning it and joined other members, he mentioned to everyone that I ran over weeds and now we do not have much time to go far, and let us just do free ride. Its not right statement.Actually since there was so much weeds, they did not clean it overnight and let me do the cleaning. On top of that, he took a break during our ride time, and said that I am the reason for no-downtown show. Totally not expected. If you do not want to take us on a ride, you should put that on you and not blame others.Will never come back to you. Sad part of my miami trip.

I wish I could give 0 rating for this. I went to this place on July 4th and had horrible time. They know how to get money from you. Believe me, I had to pay $300 as a result of improper instructions from the guide. Also, I was asked to ride within a small area of about a quarter mile square.Bottom line, please dont waste your money and time by going to this place.

We booked an early bird Tour at the 4th of July.The guide asked everyone if they are doing it for the first time. Everybody was.Because of that he said, that we have 10 minutes for playing in the open area. And after that we will go on a tour.But we did not go on a tour. they said 10 minutes before our time ends, that we still have 10 minutes. And we cant make a tour because of two people, who are to slow.That was not fine.But they have nice new jetskis with a lot of power and the price is ok and it makes a lot of fun to go on a jetski
