Horrible experience. They scammed us for 900$, directions were misleading. We reached out to the phone number listed 16 times to confirm dress code and other things, they never picked up our calls. Finally when they did they were SUPER RUDE. We arrived late by couple of minutes, they were not ready to take us for a tour even after we agreed to a cut into our time, still they were complaining about dress code (which they did not declare in their e-mail). This is a horrible experience for a tourist, especially they were super rude and did not want to provide any service just because we were late by couple of mins. No refunds, horrible customer service. If you value and want to have a great experience never come here, not really worth it. I would have given a 0 rating.

Blu, Fernando and the other guy were honestly incredible it was my first time and it was honestly a dream experience. The jet ski was fun and truly had my adrenaline pumping!! Be careful you may have to MUCH FUN!!!

Terrible experience. We were asked randomly to come in to answer questions while skiing, and then were told to disembark for going out of bounds. No warning, extremely rude employee, and a bad way to end an otherwise good time.

This place is horrible for tourist. If you’re visiting Miami and looking to jet ski this isn’t the place. You can reach the listed phone number on their website. Also, you can’t get a refund after paying. All you can do is reschedule. When you arrive they will tell you to go to boat-ed.com to take and exam structured around boat safety which is good, the only thing is the education course is $20 and has 6 units of material that you have to review to pass the exam. You can go straight to the exam but as a tourist the Boating Certification Exam is a hassle. There is other individuals who encountered worst situations. Please look into another solution that’s more friendlier to tourist and accessible. Horrible business model that they operate that doesn’t offer refunds.

The perfect jet ski rental experience. Early bird deal is a great value and Stephanie and the staff were so friendly and informative. Made it so easy and just let us have a blast. Luis our spotter was out on the water with us doing amazing tricks and showing us a great time. Honestly can’t say a bad thing about it, we had a fantastic time! These guys are great.

Luis was the best he was very helpful!!! My sister and I fell over and he was there by our sides so quickly! He calmed her and was very professional I just loved his work ethics! The rest of the gang were awesome too Daniel Junior and John keep up the great job!!!

All the staff was super friendly and very nice! The instructors were really cool and funny. Nicole helped me and she did an amazing job. The instructor Luis was really funny and a cool instructor. I would definitely recommend going to them again!

Disgusting service. Just cancelled my reservation an hour prior and ruined my day. Last year they did the same with parasailing.

As I’m writing this I’m still so in shock that it’s over. I wanted it to last forever! When I first arrived I thought 30 minutes was more than enough time. Although, within that time it was still so freaking amazing, I didn’t want it to end! The price for an hour would be so well worth it! As we walked up, Daniel was such a great help! He made the experience extremely warm and welcoming before we even stepped foot on the jet skis. He held all of our personal belongings without a fuss and was so eager to help. When it was our turn to get on, I was still a bit nervous but Jonathan (handsome guy that was) gave us instructions and pumped us up. You can tell he was an expert and veteran at this to say. He surely reassured me that it was nothing. It was like he was the coach who pumped us up before the big game. As we began our experience I was still super nervous. The water had so much depth to it and there were so many instructions that I had to remember. I looked around and I only saw water until BOOM here comes The Amazing Louis flying in to join me! It was like being lost at an amusement park then suddenly reconnecting with one of your brothers (man I love that guy!) AS SOON as I saw him I loosened up and immediately gassed the jet ski and was off. It was my first time but I started doing tricks and mimicking his every move! He made me feel like the water was mine and kept telling me this is what life was about! Louis gave me so much confidence. He said he’s never seen anyone ride the way I did! I needed that boost of confidence and it felt great coming from Louis! S/N: use the backup lever to slow yourself down! I know this is lengthy but it only displays half of what the experience was like! I love these guys! Thank you for everything Daniel, Louis and Jonathan! Keep up the amazing work! You guys own Miami Beach! ❤️

Awesome experience ! Our first time down in Miami and we walked upon this beach kiosk of jet ski tour rides- best decision we made!! Our tour guide, Louis made our experience one we will never forget !! This is a MUST DO in Miami Beach !

Today I visited South Beach and went to Bouyah Watersports. The whole experience was incredible. The staff acknowledged me and immediately answer all of my questions.Yunior went out of his way to make sure that I understood everything since it was my first time. He made sure that I was safe by paying attention. I highly recommend it.

Miguel was super helpful, patient and most importantly had great customer service. He helped my dad and I for our first time, he made jet skiing feel comfortable and put our worries to ease!!!

My girlfriend and I took a trip to Miami and got a jet ski tour at 9th st, yunior was a great tour guide telling us all about the different locations we were driving by and stopping to take pictures for us. We had a blast and can’t wait to go back again when we come back to visit! Thanks to all the staff there!

Yesterday I had the Best ride ever at first I was nervous because I don’t know how to swim but Jonathan made sure to guide me and keep me a float lol.
