Had a blast for my 29th birthday went parasaling enjoyed the view and scenery. Was so high you wont get this experience anywhere else but Miami ....im going back !!!!

I went to Miami Beach on the 24th of June for my fiance birthday.First we did the jet skis and we had suchA wonderful time he had a great experience it was his first time ever on the jet ski.And thenWe went canoeing which we had a blast It was both of our First times for that.And to top it off we did the banana boat ride Which Pierre took very good care of usI never had so much fun. I highly recommend this place Everyone is friendly considerate. And very helpful. I even had a situation though I thought I had a situation,.... and the wonderful lady that check me in,. With the blonde highlights Im so sorry I forgot her name. Very beautiful lady . Was Very helpful considerate friendly and Professional and calm. And thats something I really do appreciate. And they were able to help me Take care of the Situation..These people are great thank you so much for such a beautiful time.We had such a great time... Because of those memorable moments.. He proposed to me 😁That same day. !!!!!! So I would definitely be back!!!! Once again thanks for such a great memorable time!!!!

Our experience with Miami Tours was unfortunately horrendous :( I wish it would have gone a lot smoother. First off, the location listed on Google isn’t the right location, it’s around the corner in a scooter shop. Therefore, we did a lot of running around to try to find the right location. We were told parasailing wasn’t available so we did a tour at everglades instead. We mentioned to Miaritz (she was very kind!) around 11am that we were only interested in doing the tour if it was quick since it was our last day in Miami. We were told that we could book the tour for $100 at 1:40 & be back by 4 maybe 5pm the latest since it was “only” a 40 minute ride. She only accepted cash or zelle. The bus was very late & we ended up waiting for nearly 25-30 mins. The bus made multiple stops throughout our journey making the ride close to 2+ hours long. The WORSE part was I had to begged the bus driver to use the bus bathroom. I ended up paying him to use it, which isn’t right I was in so much pain & asked him multiple times prior. We were told that the water tour would be an hour long when it reality it was 30-40 mins long & getting back took even longer, close 2.5 hours. We left around 2pm & didn’t get back until 8pm. Not worth it.

We did the parasailing tour. It was awesome ! The crew on the boat was very attentive! I will do it again! They pick you up from Miami Beach and then bring you back for free. You spend around 10 min up in the air, and then you have to wait for everyone to go. 2 by 2. Beautiful views from both the boat and up there in the sky.

Had a blast being able to go out on the water while on vacation and tour around places.

On the phone they says, they will match the Groupon price but when we arrived in the spot they said they cannot match the price. I wasn’t expecting this I end up paying the full price. I didn’t expect that from them.

My son and I had a good time. Our tour guide was very nice and helpful. They covered all the safety requirements very closely and insured we as ridders understood what was required of us. Thats jet ski up to 52 miles an hour so that was pretty exciting.

The experience was great. The staff was friendly and made us feel comfortable. Although you may feel the time in the air is not enough it is more than enough to get the experience.

Had a great time here! Its super convenient to book the parasailing, we just stoped by at the south beach service desk and the shuttle arrived in 5 mins. The driver is very friendly and kept introducing us around the city. There were not many people play the parasailing, just 4 of us. The crew is very professional, gave us lots of safety instructions. They are all very nice and helpful. They tried to give us more dips to add more fun! We really enjoyed the whole trip.

The process in order to get to the location where you parasail is kinda long but Max and JP, the crew workers of the boat, made it all worth it. They were so fun and made sure you had a great time and that you were safe. Definitely going to parasail again in the future.

Great experience. Max and Eric were awesome! Only reason it’s 4 stars instead of 5, it’s not on Miami Beach and you have to take a shuttle. The whole experience took like 4 hours. But, totally worth it! Check it out!

The shuttle ride from South Beach was great and informative. The parasail ride was great for the family and they even let our son steer the boat! This is the only crew you need to use while in Miami! Word!

Struggled at first to pick the right place to go parasailing at & im glad we picked this place. Loved it!! Carlos and Max were super cool and nice. It was my first time doing this and it was super fun.

Rented a 14 foot Hobie sail boat and had a blast. Beach and water are beautiful. Was an easy, low hassle check out and turn in. We were an hour early and just going to hang out, but they said go now if you want.While I am a sailor, the boats are easy to handle, and any one can do it. They have a power boat to come render assitance if need be, and they do keep an eye on renters. Were heard them on the radio offering advice to another crew to handling the boat.

I when to one the offices lady lie that the place was 2 -3 min away drive and when I called the office after booking everything while I was walking to my car due to I realize she never gave me the address and when I put it in the GPS I notice lady lie it was 30 min away and then I called back to cancel because if I knew it was that far never wouldnt of booked it and after talking to the guy he state last parasailing trip was booked for 6pm it was never at 630pm.... owner had someone reaching out and my money Got refund....thank you for being understanding.

The parasailing was awesome!But when I reserved the trip, I received an email that says there will be free transportation from the shop to the cost,THERE ISN’T !!!I had to take uber 20 minutes prior to the trip, so be-careful of that.

They overbook...we had a 1:30 parasail time and never got to go because they over booked people. In addition the most unprofessional lady at the marina as well as the man taking people. The jet ski team was great though!

Well... sounds like once you are actually booked, its a good time. Karen gave me the hardest time on the phone.I called on Saturday morning to book parasailing for Monday. She was so difficult to understand and figure out what she needed from me that I thought I had reached a scam and was genuinely concerned about this company.She told me everything would be taken care of that day and to text her my information and I would receive an email from her. I specifically asked her, if I do the early bird for $65 could we tack on speed boating for $10 more still? She said yes and she would book that for me.I called again on Saturday afternoon after not receiving an email. She said oh yes I remember, she said her computer was down and thought she would get right on it and email me immediately.I called again Sunday afternoon to try and make sure we were good to go. She now said that we would be unable to book the speed boat for $10 + the early bird special. She also said the only available times were 12 and 3. She began to get argumentative with me as I asked what happened with our conversation from yesterday. She also told me that she is tired and ready to go home, do I want a booking or not. She said that I have a very good memory of what we discussed yesterday but that now she has a new schedule and is looking at new information today. I asked her why she was unable to honor what we discussed yesterday and she said the earliest she could do would be 11am. She said she would go ahead and look at my texts from yesterday and call me back in a second to confirm. Here we are 30 minutes later and she has not called me back.Needless to say I already booked a trip through another south beach parasailing company.Please look at the text images that I attached. Karen is the first customer contact point and I dont think Ill ever consider using this company due to her. All she had to say the first day was that her computer was down and she couldnt book, and also that she couldnt honor a special price. Then I wouldve circumvented her and booked online and all wouldve been well.

Had the pleasure to have Max and Eric takes out for a parasailing ride. They went above and beyond their expected service. They kept us entertain by playing music, making us laugh, and even driving the boat. Definitely recommend this place.

These guys are really unprofessional.. We booked tickets on phone & we reached thr before time but they were not on time at all. They were 2& half hr late for our turn & we couldn’t able to hv lunch properly & couldn’t able to go on miami beach on time as we had thr for only tht one day.We had plans for other activities but couldn’t able to do anything just bcz of their unprofessionalism. Tht guy named max on the boat,Don’t go to him for taking pictures, totally disappointing photography.We didn’t get any 1 good pictures out of 96. He told us to click nearby 130-150 photos. He clicked only 96 and they were all bad. we can’t able to see any of them, they’re all dark. our mates clicked our photos in our phone were good thn his so called professional cameras photos.Although we enjoyed the parasailing by our own.

The parasailing was fun and I enjoyed every minute of it. However these people charged my card for two people when I only authorized one payment. Evelyn from the office calls me arguing me with telling me I authorized them to charged my card for two people when my friend paid cash. How dare you tell me what I authorized on my card! Either the guy kept the cash or they are trying to rip me off. Don’t use your card pay with cash smh.

They are amazing and great staff. Felt very confident getting parasailing. I have lots of fun and I for sure enjoyed it.

This was an amazing experience that I will never forget. The captain (Max, I think his name was) and his deck mate were helpful, polite, funny, and professional. This was my first time parasailing and I recommend these two for your first, or even millionth, parasailing experience!

Our whole experience was amazing! My boyfriend and I agreed we would want to do parasailing again with these guys. BUT !! Their driver who took us to and from was driving absolutely RECKLESS! Speeding, sharp turns, almost crashed into 2 cars. Keep in mind their was a family and their child in the car with the rest of us. I understand there was a lot of traffic that day because of a festival and construction. The driver was trying to stay on schedule but that’s no excuse to put all his PAYING PASSENGERS/COSTUMERS in danger.!!

Best experience ever!!!!!!! these guys are awesome.....not sure why their reviews are even remotely bad....super friendly....super safe (coast guard operators) probably the best thing you can do in miami....almost cant put it into words. Thanks guys!!!!

The experience itself was very nice though it was quite expensive from my view. Costed us around $255 for 2 adults and 1 kid 8 years old. The stuff on the boat was not so friendly. When we came back from the sea, we waited the driver more than 30 mins and after that they informed us that the driver will take another 30 mins to arrive to pick us up back to Miami beach. We decided to take uber to at our expense catch the remaining of the day that costed us $25.

Overall, the day was amazing and worth every penny especially the jet skiing. Please check this spot out if in Miami.

Our guides/sailors/staff, what have you, were super chill. Their joking, but confident attitude had us all calm before our parasailing adventure. Ive never been before and it was awesome! I would definitely go again. I recommend these guys if you want a friendly down to earth vibe with amazing views. The staff also suggested some cool places to go around miami. Super friendly and chill guys.

Great experience. I would recommend this company for your adventure sports. I took the wife and kids (age 6 and 7) Parasailing. They absolutely loved it. Staff was uber friendly and helpful. My kids want to go over and over again. It is not an inexpensive hobby, but go for the early bird discount. The driver was off on personal time, and the owner of the company was running the shuttle service.

Avoid the jet ski package. It is a big con. Paid for a photo package for my entire family and still not yet recieved the photos for the jetski session. We have sent emails chasing for our photos any the response was that they will get it to us shortly. We are still waiting. It has been 2 weeks now.
