* BEWARE* If I can give this place 0 stars I would ! This is a SCAM. The whole experience was TERRIBLE ! Gisela Torcivia is meant to be the host of the operation, however as soon as she collected everyone’s money she gets off the boat and leaves the rest of trip to be run by the boat crew. The site advertises water activities for 30 minutes each however there were multiple people who did not get to ride the jet ski or banana boat at all. The crew only has 4 jet skis for over 30 people (2 of the jet skies are being used by the crew), the entire 3 hours people were waiting around to get on jet sky or banana boat. The banana boat usage by others were thrown overboard as one of the guide crew personnel was going top speed. Everyone in the boat was shocked after the person was heard crying “HELP ME” as she was starting to drown due to child size life jackets. The crew with the jet skis were being extremely reckless with jet skis as they were seen drinking alcoholic beverages. In the trip, The Coast Guard had to board on board along with PWF. There was a deposit of $159 given before hand, and the remainder balance of $513 were given to gizala torcivia by Zelle, over $650 lost. The worst experience in Miami. During the trip, Gisela kept harassing me thru texts accusing me of not paying the balance, trying to scam me of more money. When I sent her screenshots of transactions made, she threw a tantrum and started calling me names “ you rat, keep the money to purchase your wife a lipo procedure. “ truly unprofessional conduct and worst service. When asked for a refund to be issued, she stated that refunds will not be given and is not willing to meet in person or send any corporate/management personnel information to clear whatever scam they were pulling.

About as shady as a rental company gets. I would not recommend.

Been booked for snorkeling but nothing close. Only swimmingly the docks. No reefs no fish.

DO NOT GO HERE - we should have listened to the other reviews. If I could give 0 stars I would. We had a snorkeling booked Tuesday, we arriver and they told us it’s cancelled, thanks for the call? We wasted two hours of our day. So they rebooked us for Friday. We arrive today and the clouds are dark, but they insisted it’s fine we are still going out. While standing there I started to feel faint, as I have blood pressure problems. My husband was starting to feel ill as well when he realized how dark the clouds were and we are going deep in the ocean. We asked to cancel and offered for them to keep the $50 deposit. They told us no; Even though they cancelled on us Tuesday! The woman Vivian was talking to the other employee about us as if we weren’t standing right in front of her face. I could tell Jake was trying to follow the rules as an employee and was trying to work with us. Vivian straight up wants your money - DO NOT GO HERE. If for some reason they cancel on you or you have to cancel on them, good luck getting ANY money back. They took 4 hours and $150 from our honeymoon that we will never get back. They gave us a $100 refund when we paid $250. DO NOT GO HERE

Rude on the phone, sounds like a scam.I was calling at least 10 jet ski rental places in the past 30 mins for rates and basic info such as locations and deposits. This location was the only one had troubles giving me an address.The guy talked to me said a few times that I should give deposit and reserve first (which requires a credit card) yet he claims the business on Google is located norther than the spot they rent jet skis at (Watson island as he claimed) although Google has no mention of this rental location.When I asked for an address or the name of the business so I can see this is a legit business before I provide credit card info, the person I talked to completely ignored my requests with an excuse of giving me a discount and said you sound like a whiner.In addition, when we texted he said theyre not in the renting business, not into making $40, trying to make it look like hes doing me a favor by renting like I wasnt going to pay for it. Ok, now it really sounds like a scam.Awesome way to talk to potential permanant customers whod rent every other week. But thats ok, there are other rental owners who talk to potential customers with respect on the phone.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! Customer service is so poor, they took a deposit for 3 jetskis they did not have! The host named David was rude and cut us off to say they didnt ever have 3 to rent. We had to call several different numbers and wait on hold for 30 minutes to get a refund smh. Owner came just to further insult us, did not even apologize. DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY!!!!!! Worst experience ever

My friends and I had a jet ski experience in Miami Beach over the weekend with this company. Our jet ski experience was awesome, however, the customer service was subpar. To start Jenny, the representative, failed to mention that each person in our group had to pay additional $10 each for a jet ski/boaters license. Also, she told me I could pay the remaining balance with cash or card, which was not the case!!! It was either cash or CashApp! This was all very misleading!Also, when I got inside the grand mall to complete the registration and pay the rest of the fees for the jet skis, I was told to arrive at 430pm to see Gina. I was early, Gina didn’t even arrive until after 430!

Its fraud. They want cash and take deposit. Do not book.i have file company to my credit card

We did the ultimate excursion. From the front desk to the boat the entire staff was amazing! Larry and his staff on the boat were incredible and made sure your experience was great! Would go there over and over again! Thanks again guys for a great experience!

Do NOT book with them. They canceled with no notice twice. Still waiting for refund. The numbers given for when arriving at the pier never answered or responded.

A friend of mine recommended me this place. At first I hesitated so decided to call them first. The guy on the phone was very nice and explained me everything. Very exciting and pleasant experience. Definitely recommend!

Came across Wahooa on a quick google search, and sure glad I did. They offer an array of activities, my wife and I went snorkeling the first day, then parasailing and jet skiing the next. Everyone took care of us and we had a blast the whole time. Anyone looking for water activities in Miami, I encourage to book through Wahooa!

My snorkeling trip was rebooked to another day. When I tried that day to call and make sure it was going out no one would answer the phone. I called multiple times, an hour prior I got a call it was cancelled again. Would have been nice to know before I loaded the coolers and was on my way.

The lady who answered the phone was very rude to me and my friend because we wanted to pay our deposit in person rather than over the phone. She told us we could not come in to the place. We had to give her our card info over the phone. SCAMMMM!

I would give this place a zero. It also sound like a scam cause they don’t allow you to make a reset in person which doesn’t make any sense ! The lady that answered was rude and should be FIRED for talking to potential customers that’s way. STAY AWAY ! They just want you money .

Im a local to Miami and my friends and I always turn to Wahooa. Scott books me every time and takes care of us. We only rent a few times a year, and have zero complaints about Wahooa; furthermore, I would suggest them to any of my friends and family.

Water sport is my thing and this company full fill my expectations.

Feels like a scam to me, stay away.

Total FRAUD. Do not do business with this company. Nothing they tell you is the truth about charges or services.
