Hands down the BEST manicure pedicure I have ever gotten. The staff is incredibly kind and skilled. The place is immaculately clean. Im sold! I will be getting my nails done here from now on. Everyone in the salon (clients included) was so happy. 11/10 experience.

Misinformed about the extent of the service of a pedicure .Explained that I needed alot of attention on the skin of my feet they said no problem after spending over 100:00 dollars excluding tip would never recommend. Not once did they try to satisfy me. Poor business ethics.

They are such a great nail spa. They are not afraid of hard work, and happy to fix anything that isnt exactly as you expected. I would recommend calling ahead as they have gotten quite popular!

I wish I could give this nail salon more stars! The time and perfection they spent on my nails was above and beyond. I went with my boyfriend and we each had manis & pedis. The nail techs got us in quickly even though we didn’t have an appointment. The entire experience was great. Right before we left, I messed my nail up and without hesitation they fixed it. This place really seems to pride themselves on perfection. I highly recommend checking this place out!! All of the techs were nice, friendly and personable! We’ll be going back for sure 💙

This place was very clean and very good with being on time for your appt. But the prices are a little high and expensive even though you get what u want for your money it is just very pricey.

This place was excellent! The owners were very friendly and accommodating. They have a huge color selection, and did a great job on both the manicure and the pedicure. They also tracked me down to return a wallet that fell put of my backpack outside of their location. Great folks. Would recommend 100%.

This was my first time using this nail salon. I found it based on their reviews and it did not disappoint! I got a pedicure as well as tips with dip powder and both were wonderful experiences. The ladies working were all friendly, and I will definitely be coming back.

The interior is aesthetically pleasing, the staff is nice and taking proper covid19 precautions. The prices are a little more expensive than what is competitive and I was very disappointed by the massage. I paid $55 for my pedicure and the massage was maybe 7 minutes, half of which was just rubbing lotion on my calves. The friend that went with me said her massage wasnt good either. They painted our toes well at least.TLDR: Massage sucked, little pricey, cute atmosphere

I went for a refill and was very disappointed to find out they do not do long nails they literally only do short nails🙄🤔which is cool and all but I would of liked to know that before she began literally she looked at my nails before starting took the other color off my nails and then said I cant do long😑.like now I have to pay for new nails instead of just a refill she even cracked one of my nails. I got my eyebrows done here and they were just ok as well didnt even trim my eyebrows with scissors just wax then had the nerve to charge me 15 dollars for a rushed job. Im not tripping I spend 100$ on my nails and feet at better salons out of town.just actually thought they were good due to pictures on google and I hoped for a better experience and was hoping to write a way better review but I have to honestly say whats real.

Love it here! They are nice and I always love the way my nails come out. All of the nail techs are great. I definitely recommend this place.

I got my nails done here for my friend’s wedding that I am in this weekend. Originally, I picked a color that was nude. After they finished the dip, I noticed that the color matched my skin tone and just did not look good. It was my fault for picking the wrong color for myself, but the ladies at Lux noticed I wasn’t satisfied with it and offered to re-do it for me! They were so sweet and nice, and they really wanted to make sure I left happy with my nails and the color. Lynn is awesome and took the time to make sure everything was done properly and never once complained about redoing my nails. These are very sweet and hard-working people. My nails look excellent and perfectly done! Thank you ladies for an awesome mani and pedi. I will always come back and recommend others to go to Lux as well! ❤️

I absolutely loved my experience at Lux Nails & Spa! I was actually going to go to another place, but their reviews were not as great as this salons. So, I called them and they told me they could fit me in right away. My only complaint will be that I wish you could see the location better coming down Old Metairie Road, because you definitely have to keep your eyes peeled or you’ll miss it.Anyways, I got here I was taken aback at how cute this salon was! It gave me cozy, luxury vibes which made me feel instantly relaxed. The lady at the counter greeted me and asked me to put on hand sanitizer. Another lady came over and took my temperature while I was signing in. When it was time to get my nails done, one lady worked on my toes and another on my acrylic. I usually don’t like when nail techs do this because it’s hard for me to relax, but somehow these two women made it feel like a dream. They were both very friendly, and made me feel like a princess. They even gave me some courage to try something new with my nails, and I am glad I did because it came out so pretty! Afterwards, no one rushed me out the chair as my nails dried. Everyone continued to be attentive to me even after I got my services, I even messed up my nail while leaving and they fixed it with no issues. I just wish I would’ve got everybody’s name to personally thank them in this review, and it’s a shame that I’m leaving the New Orleans area soon. I wish I would’ve discovered them years ago! But I’m grateful for the experience that I had. Thank Lux Nails and Spa, keep up the awesome service!

So before COVID I had a nail place that I loved but they no longer do acrylic nails so I’ve been looking for a new place and after many fails I can say I have found my place! Lux nails is extremely clean with a very attentive and polite staff! Mimi did my acrylics with gel polish and my nails look perfect! Im completely satisfied and I will be back!

They are taking all precautions with COVID and that makes me feel very safe going there. Love my dip by Nina. She pays special attention to your nails and makes sure nothing is wrong before you leave.

This is an awesome establishment. Ive never been into getting my hands worked on, but being a mechanic who works 5 to 6 days a week, my hands tend to be very bad for my home life. I just so happened to stumble upon this place and I mean they did an awesome job. They cleaned my hands and nails from sitting residue, removed calluses and made my hands feel new. I will definitely visit again and recommend this fine establishment to friends and family.

Lux nails very exquisite my experience hands-down was wonderful I had my nails dipped and a pedicure which came out beautifully. The nail polish colors go on and on hundreds of bottles to choose from. The staff Pampered me and my service was top of the line nothings wrong with drinking a little wine while getting your feet done .Im a poker dealer and my hands are very important look and feel. I have gotten so many compliments on my nails and I vowed to my family and friends this is my nail salon for now on I get my hands done regularly and I must say this was the best service that I have had in a long time and I will be back ill tell anyone try them at least once you wont regret it believe me
