I wouldnt call this place quality.They charge $15 and I usually leave a tip so I pay $20 but I am always unsatisfied with the haircut. Their employees are experienced but I guess its just another day another customer cause I keep having to let them know they missed here or there.Im actually in the process of looking for another place.

Service its not the same,, seems like lady in front is always mad and with attitude, New barbers, gave them the chance, but they always understaffed that are also rushing with clients and which end up on the final product not being what you expect it. We certainly miss Cesar being there. Please get more staff.

I have to say I was extremely surprised with the work these individuals do. Both my eldest son’s perm and my baby boy’s haircut were the best I have ever seen, hands down. Totally recommend them.

Wait times are minimal for walk-ins, and if you call ahead theyll put you down in the waiting queue. I prefer to set up appointments. One of the main reasons I love coming here is the relaxed environment and warm, inviting decor. Even if you have to wait, you dont feel like youre waiting at an unfamiliar location, as you would at a traditional barber shop/salon. Sofas, televisions, and a complimentary drink add the extra touch.On a side note, I really appreciate the professionalism and friendliness that each employee exudes. Ive had the opportunity of speaking with the manager, and she took the time to hear some of my thoughts regarding the business. Its nice to know that they work very hard on customer satisfaction.
