Got my nails done here, and the pedicure came out great and the lady was really nice. However for the manicure, it was a completely different story. The lady did not shape my nails good at all, they are uneven and did not get shaped properly. For the actual gel nail polish, it just does not look good at all. I wanted a simple French tip and half of my nail is painted white, not just the tips. It is also messy and not crisp or clean. They also didn’t paint all the tips of my nail and I have nail polish on my actual fingers. She did not do my cuticles or put any lotion or anything on my hands, as well as just clean them up. Don’t recommend coming here. Waste of money.

A really great pedicure. I had the deluxe with hot towels and wax. Very reasonable price. Also had 20 minute foot massage for 1 dollar a minute and it was great.

I got my nails done here, coffin with a flame “design”. The original look i wanted they could get do which is fine i still wanted the flame look so they showed me several sticker flame designs which I thought were very cute. I tried it out and immediately when i got them done i was disappointed in the price, shape, and overall quality of my nails. It looked like i got them done days ago despite just finishing them. On top of all that my nails aren’t even a week old and the matte has chipped away and the sticker on my nail is coming off. In total my nails were 63$ and i am not going back.

It is a struggling business that is trying to overcharge their customers as much as possible. I suggest going somewhere else

I dont usually go to nail salons because i always think they gonna mess my nails up but this time they came out just as i wanted 😩😇

I went there to get my nails done today and the service was great, dawn was pretty fast and nice but i just noticed that the gel on my nails is starting to peel off :/

I am only giving one star because it’s required . I went to ivy nails on 3/8 . I asked for MEDIUM LEGTH saltillo nails NO GEL . I was told the price of $55 . When I questioned why so much when a full set on the price list is $24 . She stated my shape and length . Now I’m like HOLD ON, $31 extra for shape and length(when the price on the wall stated $5 for length and $5 for shape) then told me if I didn’t like it to leave then cut off the nails she put on and stated i still need to pay her . The other customers in the shop agreed I was being over charged . I walked out and popped the remaining nails . the tech was rude and I warn anybody to take your hard earned money elsewhere .

Amazing work! I got a pedicure and full set with design and stones! Very nice clean work and the staff is friendly! I love how knowledgeable they are and helpful! I recommend them to anyone!

Selected the most basic option and received the most thorough pedicure of my life! Were very friendly and took their time. I visited post-COVID and felt very safe with the temperature check and the barriers that have been installed between me and the nail technician. Highly, highly recommend!

Took my daughters here and we felt very welcomed and relaxed. Toom time out to get to know us but wasnt too assertive. Very friendly ladies and did a spectacular job!! No need to look for another nail salon😄

Omg was looking for a place to do my nails and my girls toes polished for a wedding on Saturday went to two other places and couldn’t be serviced due to lack of staff. Found this place and so happy we came here I love nails and the service was excellent the owner is awesome and very professional. I love my experience here will be back. I definitely recommend!!!!!

Visiting here from (Naperville Illinois) truly New Orleans has been an experience great vacation everyone’s polite here I went to get my nails done here me and a friend and Truly great customer service makes you feel right at home young lady that did my nails offered me some Her Beignets. I went there for coffee shop afterwards because she said they have great coffee and I tell you if you want to experience something better than Starbucks when you go to New Orleans go to Café Du monde. I’m experiencing something better than Starbucks when you go to New Orleans go to Café Du Monde.
