This place is kind of hidden in the strip mall but so clean inside and so many colors to choose from in regular polish, gel polish and dip powder . Customer service is great, you get welcomed as you walk in. They always get to me pretty fast even if it is just to soak your polish off while you wait. Staff is super nice and aimTo please. They always make sure you like whatever service before you leave and always fix any issues you may have.

I love their service, what can I say I love good customer service. Ms. Rose took her time to do her job and she said she’s been on the business for the past 29th years. Totally agree, her work speaks for itself. The owner is super nice and everyone in there has good vibes and you can tell they enjoy doing what they do. Very recommended you guys.

I am a very picky person when it comes to my pedi, I needed a new place so I decided to try, I am not disappointed. David did my pedi and let me tell you, amazing def friendly and made me feel comfortable especially while being 8 months pregnant! I will def be back, hopefully before I go into labor!

I dont normally write reviews. Actually this may be 1 of 2 that Ive ever done. However, when I walked out was very nice, quiet, and clean. I confirmed prices before sitting down. Once I got in the chair for my nails after my pedi the rep said she mistakenly quoted the wrong price for an overlay w/ gel polish, which was $30dollars. I said ok. Then she told me oh no Ill charge you 25 plus 18 for gel, mind you this price change only came because I questioned how much for full set which was literally only 25 dollars. Im not understanding why I paid for a full set for just an overlay. However, the price was the price and total for my nails was 40+ dollars and I have no length, nothing basically just added foundation to my damaged nails without drilling my nail bed as I requested. I wouldnt go back simply because I set down and was given one price and then later changed it to make more money and what I requested was less work/product but more money. I can not understand the logic behind it. I didnt leave a tip because I felt as if the tip was in the increase in price.Stay away. I can not stand hidden prices I did give 2 stars because overall the nails get the job done and visit was nice.

I came in not knowing what I needed, they helped and guide me all the way thru ! Overall, I felt comfortable, happy, and pleased with the awesome and welcoming job they provided . These nails specialists are definitely different and better !

Was in the area with my sister decided to try this place for a pedicure....worst service ever. The guy doing my sister pedicure scrapped her skin off to the meat. Do not recommend them at all. My toenail Polish was poorly done. 😡😡😡😡

Ive been searching for a place to get my nails done regularly, and Ive been searching for a while, (since Mar.2017) to find a place! About a month ago I needed a refill and this place is just down the street from my house. Ive already exhausted all other nail salons in my area with no satisfaction! In my line of work and since Im a smoker, Im hard on my nails, to say the least, and they either break, the paint chips and fades, and/or they turn yellow in less than a week; and thats just unacceptable! So, in search for a place that could satisfy my needs, I found Orchid Nails! After 3 weeks, the tips of my nails just started to fade, no breaks, my hair didnt catch at the top of my nail, and they werent even close to a shade of yellow! Id say Ive finally found EXACTLY what Ive been looking for and the price is just right!

Wish I would of read the reviews. Firstly when I went in I was treated very rudely. The gentleman doing my nails was very rough and insisted I relax despite him filing into my cuticle several times causing it to bleed.Then a woman I dont know if she was a manager came over to do my nails. She wasnt wearing a mask and blew her breath on to my open wound.The nails were so thin and poorly done I had three break off within a week of getting them. I thought about going back to have them repaired but I would hate to pay to be treated so poorly again. WATCH OUT!

I’ve been here several times it’s close to my home guy did horrible job with my pedicure feet still rough and he kept pulling on my feet the last three times my fingers were bleeding from the drill the girl rushed my refill to go get food you can see my real nail and bend it from under the fake nail paint job horrible $57 down the drain

Clean place, feel-good atmosphere, fair price, massage chairs in good working order and the employees are polite. I got the deluxe pedicure and the massage + paraffin wax was wonderful!I would have loved a glass of wine, but wont hold that against them 😉

I used to like that place. I went there few days ago, communication was an issue. I literally screamed when she try to rip my nails off with cuticle clipper. I asked to soak them or file them but she said no and ended up damaging my natural nail surface. One nail cracked down in the middle.I mentioned few times what shape I wanted but she cut my nails too short to do the shape, like it was my fault!Every single nail looked so different and was very thin. After removing nail polish at home some of them started dissolving. What a waste of my time and money.I will NEVER go back there again!!!

Went to this place asking for holographic nails, but the woman was not able to apply it correctly. I then asked for plain black instead, which they did, or so i thought. After i left, i realized they had actually painted my nails a sparkley dark purple instead & the paint job was quite sloppy. I could have done better myself. Extremely Disappointed.

This is an okay nail salon. I would recommend them for a cheap pedicure ($25 for a regular pedi at the time I went) because the staff is friendly and my polish would usually last a while, but I would not recommend their nail services. The technician really struggled to take off my dip layers, and though she finally settled on buffing most of the dip powder off, she had buffed them so much that my nails hurt. I later realized that my nails were damaged and it took months to grow them back out.Then, after she had finished a new dip manicure, she cut me while buffing my nails down because she was moving so fast and was too close to my skin. Thankfully the small cut did not get infected, and perhaps it was just this one technician who did not specialize in polish removal, but I’d just caution that some services may be better when performed by more experienced technicians.

Took my husband for a pedi on his birthday, we both had an amazing experience. Everyone was amazingly nice and I watched them clean the bowls before and after.

Since I was in the area, I decided to try this nail shop. Let’s just say, it was a bad idea. I would not recommend a Pedi from this place. The tech was drilling in my cuticles to the point I was about to start bleeding. After one foot, I asked her to stop and charge me for that one foot. The young man doing nails said $10, I asked $10 for one foot that is about to bleed? He replied “do you want to pay $25?? I paid the $10 and will Neverrrr return nor recommend. His customer service was horrible.

OMG!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! Everyone was so nice and had amazing personalities!!! Far from boring and quiet!!! My daughter and I LOVE our nails!!! Place is super clean too!!! We will definitely be returning!!!

This is my first experience at this salon. Im very happy with the service and how well theyve treated me compared to other salons in the area. My sandle broke while putting it back on after my pedicure, the young lady offered to glue it back together for me, this showed an unexpected kindness. Ill come back thanks!
