This photo was just taken today, which is less than a whole day after having them redone. I got them polished in gel this Saturday afternoon, but they started peeling slightly before going to bed and was really bad before a full 24 hours. Also, the tech that was giving me a pedicure cut me and didn’t apologize until after I had pointed out that I was bleeding. With that being said, I will not be going back. What a complete waste of money.

Horrible...horrible....they use to be good be now..their not!!! Its mainly their customer service, but today it was both. 🙄 Unprofessional!!!

My favourite place for claws and paws since 1998! I love these guys and I give them full creative authority when they do my nails. They remember my name every time I visit and they never forget my nail style likes and dislikes!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Doesnt even deserve 1 star !! Horrible customer service, and my nail tech was soo money hungry and kept yelling at me . She had an attitude! My mom and I did not feel welcomed as we came in. Most of the nail techs were lounging and acted like they didnt want to get up to greet us. Ive been trying to look for a good nail salon that does dip and thats why I went here, but the dip selection was horrible! Only 20 colors to choose from. So I just picked a color and then I was trying to determine if I wanted a long nail or short nail and she kept yelling at me as if she was rushing me and had better things to do .... At that point I kindly told her to take my tips off and never mind with getting my nails done. Would never recommend this place to anyone .

The polish for my gel manicure barely made it to the edge of my nails, causing it to chip within less than a week. The polish for my pedicure was sloppy and noticeably didn’t cover the entire nail. I was not impressed and will not be returning.

She had a horrible experience but my tech was great even embarrassed at how the other tech was treating my daughter. My daughter decided she didnt want her nails done and abandoned her mission. After leaving a bad review a few days ago. I noticed a $5 (yep its my money) was charged to my card at 2:49pm today from this establishment.Knowing that I was at home cleaning my grill and I have proof, thanks to my Ring cameras, this was impossible.First I made sure I had my card and it wasnt stolen and in my possession then I called them. They denied charging my card and asked me bring them proof. I declined because I live an hour away. I called my card company and explained what happened. They informed me that my card number was manually entered and opened a fraudulent dispute case.I will be notifying the media and BBB as well as advising everyone to double check their statements especially if you left a review. This will not happen to anyone else.

They are friendly, clean a.d above all they are very goodI travel from Houma because of the serviceI always bring my own polish, its just what I do

Theyre not friendly, rude, no patients with their work and dont even care if they hurting you. I left with pain on my toes I was bleeding.
