My favorite place to be! I have been going to Kenneths Hair Salon since 1996. He and his staff are very accommodating. All of the stylist go out of their way to give you the look you are trying to achieve. My stylist is Dana Nolan. I personally cant live without her. She is the best stylist I have ever had. I would recommend this Salon over any in New Orleans or Metairie. You can match their work with the best of the best. Love Them. !!!!!

This location is the training location, but the stylists are still great, and the prices are very reasonable, at least for a mens haircut. Ask about Kenneths hair products as they are relatively cheap. You can book online two days ahead or call in to see if they have openings day of.

We came in for the first time for updos on a Saturday. We had Amanda and we loved her! She did an amazing job on our hair, short and medium. Not to mention we only had one appointment but she fit me in too! Fast and beautiful! Thank you Amanda and Kenneths for helping us look our best for Endymion!

I received the japanese hair straightening treatment from kenneth and I am more than pleased. I have received the keratin treatment before at another salon and it didnt seem to make much of a difference to my hair type, so therefore I was a little skeptical to as how the results would look on me after the japanese straightening. But it turned out great, my hair is straight, smooth and so soft. I can just let it air dry and I have no frizz, no curls, just nice smooth, straight hair. It is such a breeze to fix my hair now and I know I will be back for my root touch up in the future. My hair doesnt seem to have suffered any damage from this treatment either, which I credit to the application of the product by Kenneth. He took good care of me and made sure he inspected my hair before and during the application to not over process my hair. Turns out I have about 5 different hair strengths and textures on my head and Kenneth did great in sectioning all those areas and apply the solution accordingly. I cant express how happy I am with my hair. If anyone is interested in getting the japanese hair straightening treatment, and is not quite sure yet where to get it done. Look no further, Kenneth knows his stuff. By the way, I had to drive about an hour to get to Kenneths salon, but it was well worth it and I will be coming back for my next treatment. So glad I found this place.

I was a walk in at the salon. I was taken within 5 minutes I’m like cool quick. My stylists was Joy let me just say this lady does amazing work. I am usually a little picky about my cuts because I’ve had some bad ones. I recently moved back here to New Orleans to care for my mom. I was looking for a salon and Kenneths was close to my home. They took me right away and said Dawn would be my stylist. She was fantastic. Best hair cut I ever got and color was PERFECT. I highly recommend DAWN BORDELON to everyone. Kenneths is the best!!!!! I also thought the price was right for the superior job and professional stylist.My search for salon and stylist is over😍

I loved the manicure I got from Tee! She is very friendly and can make your nails look like little works of art with her amazing skills. She can create any kind of graphic you would like on the tips of nails. She is a great listener, too, and helps you relax.I prefer going to see Tee more than going to some generic nail salon.

Great cuts

I had never been to Kenneth’s before, but I was having a “hair emergency” and ran in there 15 mins before closing on a Saturday.At first, they were reluctant to help. But, after I started crying about the “not so great” haircut that I had just received, hairdresser Jeff came over to the counter and said that he would help.Jeff was so nice, and I ended up with a great haircut!!

After complaining about something in my usual haircut, I went to Kenneth at the urging of my sister, one of his usual clients. I was immediately at home, felt I and my concern were treated with great professionalism, and Kenneth solved my problem. The salon is very welcoming and warm, and Kenneth is a top notch professional.

TOO EXPENSIVEPlease dont waste your money.I had my hair highlighted, roots dye and a blow dry for $217.00 REALLY!120.00 for the highlighting67.00 to color my roots30.00 to blow dry with a brushI am not complaining about the hairdresser, she was very nice and professional (Dawn).It was my fault for not asking the price, but I believe I should have been told upfront either when I scheduled the appointment or came in to make sure I was well informed.Shame on you for ripping off people.Never again.

From the time I called to make my appointment, I was so happy! The receptionist Melanie was extremely courteous and professional, provided me with options for appointments, and explained how they operate very clearly. That made me comfortable because you never know what youre walking into when you try a new salon. My stylist Kelly was on time for my appointment (in fact, she took me a little early!). She listened carefully to what I wanted, and my wash, fabulous haircut, blowdry, and style was done in less than 45 minutes. The pricing was right on target as well. Ill be back!

Im using my friends account as I cant get into mine at the moment. My name is Marlene, I had a appt. with Kelly or Kelli for 3:15 today, apparently she only cuts mens hair, SHE GAVE ME THE WORST haircut of my life, I didnt ask her to wash my hair, as I had just washed before arriving. She didnt style it, because I said no thanks, afraid I would pitch a fit. Kelly didnt listen to what I wanted, which was simple, I should have saved the money and botched it on my own, I would have done a better job with sewing scissors. I called the salon once back home, in tears, and the woman on the other end just tsk-tsks and said I know . First BAD, TERRIBLE, service EVER. I want them to either fix it, by a stylist that KNOWS what they are doing, or at least half my money back, including the $10 tip, I usually tip $20 for a good cut. Kenneths has either gone to shiat, or it was a bad day all around. VERY upset.
