I come here every year for my birthday with my niece and its always a wonderful experience 🎂🎊💞💅🏾 lovely people working here! I admit though the nail color options are limited and the pedicures arent as nice and fancy as they used to be. I used to love to get my rose scented foot scrub and foot mask along with my hot stone massage but that has been long gone. Still good though but I miss that option!! 💔🥀

Recommended a friend, she was told they couldn’t serve her because they were too busy with only two customers in the shop. I’ve been going here for years. Time to find a new regular nail salon.

Today 9/6/2020 I arrived at Blush around 11:50am the shop was suppose to open for 12pm. I sat in my car 45 mins before any workers showed up and opened the shop. ( they all rode together in a black van ) Of course I was the first person in line, but there were two ladies behind me. AFTER I signed in and waited about 10mins I was i formed that they would not be able to service me because “they were too busy and I did not have an appointment”. ( In my head I’m thinking how are yall too busy when its only 3 customers in here? Busy businesses open on time and are ready to serve their customers) I have gotten serviced at this nail shop since COVID and since they have reopened I have NEVER been told that I could not be serviced because I did not have an appointment. This is not posted on the door nor website. Like I said I been there since they reopened I was just there 3weeks ago and did not have an appointment. Me having an appointment was not the problem but I am super upset that I waited on this place to open for 45 mins, was the first person in line and still could not get serviced. If this business is based on APPOINTMENTS ONLY IT SHOULD BE POSTED AND VISIBLE. I am a very loyal customer I have been getting my nails and toes done here since 2016 and have referred many other customers. But I wont be back and I will no longer support them !!!! I fell like I was discriminated against because of my ethnicity.

This place is great! It’s been under new ownership and they are absolutely the nicest people with great customer service!! Consistent too!! Thuy, Hai, Tran have all done my nails and it’s very clear they all take pride in making sure your nails look great.

My nails look amazing, Thuy did my nails, she was super awesome and so talented. This is my new nail place !! I can’t wait for my next appointment.

The wait was a little long, but overall great experience!!!! (I trust a place with a lot of regular customers). I’ll definitely be back! Your friendly and welcoming salon was a great change from most nail salons I’ve been too.

I love this place! Today I had a dip manicure & a wonderful pedicure with exfoliation, massage, & my feet wrapped in a warm towel. I was greeted when I arrived & my services were started right away. Reasonably priced.

I started coming here a few years ago, and have always had a wonderful experience. Employees are great and very personable. Atmosphere is relaxing and laid back. Not only is the nail work on point, but they offer other spa services worth checking out. Highly recommend!

I used to come here often. I quit coming once I found a new nail tech due to the lack of customer service. I recently made an appointment to get a pedicure with a friend & it went smooth. I was actually greeted & acknowledged upon arrival. Days later my polish chipped. I came in to have it repolished, and the young lady that repolished had the WORST attitude ever. I’m not sure who’s all working now, but I can say for sure it wasn’t Stephanie. Granted I’m sure business is perfectly fine for them, but there’s more to keeping your customers. It requires excellent customer service!

Started coming here in october and havent gone anywhere else! Big selection of colors, gel and regular polish. The pedicures are wonderful, the herbal pedicure is very relaxing. I stick to gel on my natural nails and the polish lasts!

Doesn’t even deserve one star. Went last Thursday and got acrylic nails. For one, it was WAYYY overpriced. They charged me $5 extra for a coffin nail, then they charged me ANOTHER $5 because I wanted different colors! And while they were doing my nails, they were acting so unprofessional, they were watching some movie that looked like it should’ve been Rated R, with all the cursing in it. The next day, my nails were already starting to crack, and almost a week later, HALF of my nails are gone!

Go somewhere else! They are unprofessional & when the polish didnt last he tried to blame it on me saying my nails were bad. I get my nails done very regularly and gel polish should last longer than a few days. They use the cheap base coat. Also the guy had a hole in his shirt. Rude, disrespectful and unprofessional!

This is my first and last time ever coming to this nail salon. The employees here are very rude, I walked in for a refill and the workers actually took other people that came in after me first! I feel that was very inappropriate, Im a customer spending my money just like every other person that walk through the door

They are the rudest people I have ever encountered. There services dont last and there nail technicians are horrible. They give you the run around and they are not held accountable for the services they provide. Only one person speaks English and translates between the store. Dont waste your time or money because another salon will have to fix the problem. They suck!

The lady who did my nails admitted to me half way into doing my nails that she didnt know how to do a full set of gel nails and that she was still training, and she took 2 and a half hours to do them! She got gel on my skin, made my nails look very square, and filed them so short that she might as well have not even put tips on. She also made them all crooked, and bumpy and thick. I will not be coming back. She also charged me $65 for a crappy job. They told me it would cost $45.

The nail art girl was not there on a busy saturday. They didnt tell me until I had already waited 40 minutes and started soaking my feet. Highly annoying, but acceptable. The woman who did my nails was mad that I wanted different colored nails and toes... She rushed through everything and the gel was totally splotchy and uneven. Half of my fingers were gel glued along with my actual nails The pedi was substandard and they did not clean the tubs btw customers. I told my sister to go sonewhere else from now on.

I really appreciate basic customer service. But I know Im not asking too much for a nail shop to at least provide services they are offering. Blush Nail and Spa stated via phone that they take their last customer at 6:30p even though there store hours are to 7p. I traveled from the WB to Metairie and arrived at 6:20p. When I arrived they were incredibly rude. Who answered the phone, are we still going to take them? No eye contact or confirmation about if they were taking us. When we asked they said, I said sign in. I dont usually post about these things but I think we need to show businesses that their customer service MATTERS! And we are the only ones that can show them that. Blush Nail and Spa did not make me feel like they valued my sister and Is services. We walked out and will not patronize them again. Clean, not crowded and not noisy...good job!

Should have listened to all the negative reviews about this place. The guy who helped me was very clueless and made two of my fingers bleed while cutting back my cuticles. On top he also painted my nails with a wrong color.They still insisted to charge me $65, then told me to come back the next day to get them fixed.I came back the next day. They made a third finger bleed for the same reason (see attached), and charged me an extra $10 for changing the color. Completely ridiculous and and I feel they took advantage of me after over charging me and not compensating for the damage.The bleeding fingers hurt whenever I carry anything, and one of them is swollen.

Dont plan on returning EVER!. Ive been mutiple times, Their prices are too high and nail work doesnt last AT ALL. Great selection of colors but gel polish peels horribly every single time, WAYYY TOO SOON😔... Oh and pedi SUCKS! Just being honest!
