By far one of the best choices of my life! I got the Destress massage. I’m terribly sorry but I forgot the name of the fellow that did my massage. But, he had glasses. He was so super nice and attentive to my problem areas. No, you do not hear any sounds outside of your room. I got up from that table feeling like I was in another dimension 😂. I feel so incredibly relaxed, and all stiffness and aches I previously had are completely gone! Wonderful and extremely professional atmosphere! I will definitely be back!

This is THE place to get a massage around the city. Lydia was my massage therapist and did an amazing job and I feel so much better after leaving today.

This is an easy in and out place for a massage if you are a busy person. I have seen Angie twice and definitely recommend her. I was a little skeptical reading reviews about hearing noises from inside the store and I caught myself trying to hear those things and really couldn’t, both in a room adjacent to the store and one upstairs. I wouldn’t let that stop you. The prices are also reasonable in comparison to other local options.

Brenda was really good and focused on the areas I had the most pain. The only thing I didn’t like was hearing rolling carts and hearing what’s going on downstairs it was hard to relax.

A massage is supposed to be relaxing. While having a massage it’s supposed to be quiet and tranquil and comfortable, this experience was anything but that. I could hear every sound in the entire store. The massage therapist was nice, however I could hear her music from her earbuds over the supposed tranquil music they try to play in the store. The treatment room was so tiny! Again, the therapist was nice, however, I felt like I was being beat up during the massage. No issues were discussed before hand, ie: what type of pressure, what do you prefer. At the end, I was offered a warm bottle of water and told to sit on a hard bench in a brightly lit room while I waited for my husband. Total assembly line and very unprofessional. My husband said the therapist had to physically move the table to be able to continuehis massage. NEVER AGAIN!03/27/2021-A manager attempted to reach out to me, once, since my review, however, I have never been able to reach her. I have made 3 attempts to reach her back, and have decided to chalk it up to unprofessional business practices. There are many other spas to patronize, I stick by my original review, steer clear of this one.

I had my first ever massage today after working a short-staffed double (2 servers instead of 5😒), so I was very excited but also nervous to get a massage from someone I havent met before (you get the option to pick your person, but I didnt know any of them lol); However the fates were good to me I ended up with Weezy, she was extremely kind and fantastic masseuse! I got the Balanced massage, a combo of head, back, legs, and feet, and it was heaven! Weezy also made me feel very at ease, as I was VERY apprehensive to have someone massage my feet, I feel weird having people rub my feet for me, even if it is their job, but she was very accommodating. Weezy was also the perfect conversationalist, she talked to me about stuff I cared about when I wanted to talk, and when I stopped yacking and wanted to just enjoy the massage Weezy would also go silent, another thing I had to be assured was ok since I felt weird having someone massage always my stress while I didnt talk. Ending my long love letter to Weezy Im a server who waits on people for a living, but who feels weird being waited on, but Weezy put me at ease and gave a great massage...... Im sorry this went on so long, I wont shorten it though, all of this is important lol.

Kari and Angie are the best massage therapists there!! They book up quickly. Nina is great with facials and waxing. Easy to make appointments online. Definitely my go to place.

The building is luxurious and smells incredibly fresh. Also, the workers were kind. However, I was displeased with the quality of the service. For one, the pedicurist doing a customers feet in the chair next to mine began using the polish remover dispenser that my pedicurist was using on my feet. And she double-dipped her cotton ball. What this means is that whatever was on that ladys feet (by way of the cotton ball) would have gotten on my feet had I not said something, because my pedicurist did not notice. Next, the color on my toes began bleeding, and the pedicurist left it like that.For my manicure, the color that I selected was substantially different than the color on the brush. On the brush, it was gorgeous, but on my hand, it was several shades lighter. The manicurist had to apply several coats to get the color remotely close. I ended up leaving with a color that I did not like. On top of all of that, the gel polish began peeling after six days. That was a waste of $55. I called to see if anything could be done, and the receptionist told me that I should not expect gel to last very long, that they accept such calls between one and four days afterward, but that she would schedule me to have that particular nail fixed. She emphasized that only that nail could be fixed. I scheduled the appointment but cancelled when on the eighth day three more nails began to peel. I went to another spa, paid $30 less, and left with a color I actually liked. For the record, I get gel nails regularly, have paid far less than $55 and have had them last well into three weeks. I was disappointed with the service, will not be returning, and would not recommend Earthsavers.

There were 6 of us and we all had different services- massages, facials, pedicures and cupping. All of us were extremely satisfied and loved every minute at Earthsavers. From booking all of our appointments to making us all feel at home- everyone who works there was wonderful! We will definitely be back! Thank you for a few hours of heaven!!

Massage experience was fantastic. I absolutely loved every bit of it. Checking in was nice as well, checking out was a different story. I know and understand working front desk can be frustrating for some. I don’t expect perfection, but it shouldn’t be an unpleasant and uncomfortable experience either. Especially when I ‘paid’ or excuse me, had a card on file ahead of schedule. I don’t usually leave reviews... but I am highly disappointed for a first time guest. Might I add this also isn’t fair to the hard working girls in the back. Front desk is the face of the business. Period.

EarthSavers is heaven on Earth! The atmosphere is always relaxing. My experience is always exceptional no matter what service I choose.

One of the best massages Ive had to date! Still feeling relaxed two hours later after driving around in parade traffic- that never happens!Went here because my co-workers got me a gift card for my birthday. I walked in and was happy to see behind the curtain in the back was a very plush, nice seating area.I filled out a brief questionnaire, asking what my goals were for the massage. I specified relaxation and Angela delivered! The essential oils were awesome and the pressure was perfect for me. I prefer a gentler massage and for me this was just what I was after. Looking forward to another visit soon!

I have been here once before where the service fine and the staff was friendly. I enjoyed my massage and planned on returning. I recently called to make an appointment as a surprise for my mother and specifically requested that they do not call or text her and if they needed anything to please call my number as I was going to be with her getting a massage as well. They were aware that this was a birthday surprise from the very beginning. I received a confirmation text this morning and noticed that I had not received one for my mother. I called and inquired about it and the cancellation policy with the storm that is coming in. The lady at the front desk told me that they were just about to call everyone to cancel appointments due to the storm coming in. I explained to her that this was a birthday surprise and asked if they had availability for tonight. The lady put me on hold and transferred me to someone else. I reexplained what was going on and was told they did not have availability. We ended the conversation and I realized my original question of “Was my mother notified?” was not answered. I called back and they said they did call my mother and they apologized for ruining the surprise and said that my mom was not upset or mad. My mom may not have been upset or mad but I am as I specifically asked for her to not be called or texted and was assured that she would not be. Caroline, the lady who I was speaking with the second time, apologized again and we ended the conversation. Then my mother received a second phone call from earthsavers saying that I called to cancel my appointment and when I called, they told me they had called her and ruined the surprise!!! That is not how that happened. I never called to cancel. I called to confirm my appointment after they had called my mother already. I don’t appreciate them ruining the surprise and then lying to my mother. All they could say was “We are sorry.” But I need the ladies to put themselves in my shoes. Sorry does not make up for ruining a surprise when you tried to take every precaution for it not to ruined. I’m not sure if I will be back yet as I am extremely disappointed at this time.

Incredible how much they lack the human touch here. Not a whole wellness clinic, profit driven and looking out for their business alone. There are many option in New Orleans - And I can’t wait visit them so I can wipe this experience from my memory. The booking appt staff would benefit from training - my day was already ruined having to cancel my mother’s day gift and knowing that we were paying for it. Its my first Mother’s Day, I don’t have family here, my husbands away and the sitter cancelled. The last thing I need is a ride reminder that my husband was texted an appt reminder the day before. At least pretend you feel sorry for me and then charge me.

Massage....not likely...back rub...yes...had to stop the masseuse 20 minutes into the massage and ask her when she was going to be done with the warm up phase...Sooo...basically I paid $55 for a 30 minute back rub ....what a disaster

We visited the Metairie location for mani-pedis. Overall, the service was pretty good and the facilities were okay. However, the repetitive new agey music with birds got on our nerves after about 15 minutes. By the end of the almost 2 hour experience I was beyond annoyed. Apparently, they play the same recording day in and day out. I will opt for any other spa in the future.
