Great customer service and very professional!

Do not even think about using this company.They are a bunch of compulsive liars starting with Kenny and everyone in their office. They will destroy your equipment and over bill you for time they said they work and they never was on the premises to clean the pool .I have never met a more incompetent company in my life they should be investigated .STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY

Horrible service and miserable people! All around terrible company!! They want to take your money but not do the job they were paid to do, coming up with bs excuse after bs excuse. No repercussions for the workers if they don’t show up to the job site week after week by the owner has no problem fussing at the customer when you’re annoyed that they aren’t showing up like they are being paid to do. Don’t waste your time or energy with this company!!

Horrible Service! Basic pool maintenance proved to be too daunting of a task for this pool company. Having never owned an inground pool before, I didnt know much about maintenance and upkeep (which is why I hired this lousy company in the first place) the owner kept talking to me like I KNEW what doing and almost demanded that I do prep work before his tech came. Not accommodating at all! My advice to you if you land on this site and are trying to make a decision on a pool company, dont even think about Beverly Hills Pools. Youll be extremely disappointed in their quality of work!

Ive used these guys for 8 or 9 years. Theyve done pool refinishing work, installation of filters, sweeps, etc. and maintenance work for me. Theyve always been professional and friendly to deal with.
