I cannot say enough about this company. They were recommended to me by Bay Pool Company that installed my pool. They only came out once and Barry gave me his cell number. Since then I’ve had two issues and they have patiently walked me through it and the problem was solved. No bill just great business! I highly recommend this company and their services to anyone looking for a pool maintenance company.

They sometimes clean the pool and sometimes they do not. When they do clean and test the water they just randomly dump whatever chemicals are on hand in the pool and tell you someone will swing by to check up. The result is week after week the pool is dirty and covered in algae from mismanagement.On Monday morning my pool was clear that afternoon Pelican “serviced it” now Wednesday morning it looks like a science experiment.

Great service. My pool is always crystal clear. Very responsive to any isssues. Highly recommend.

Awful service. Only shows up some of the time. If they do show up, they throw some chemicals in the pool and leave. They dont return phone calls

The most awful service experience ever. They lie over charge and steal no doubt about it. They do nothing when servicing. Don’t scrub walls, don’t skim leaves and debris. And they have made big mistakes. Money hungry people. They don’t send a polite bill they send a bill that says pay this ASAP it’s getting too large. Which isn’t true. Barely one month into it. And I’ve paid every month for a year on time. Stay away from these crooks!!!! Great job you just lost another customer. You’ll be out of business before you know it.

Pelican Pools. #1. They answered their phones. Unlike four other pool companies I called in the Metairie area. #2 Tim came to my house on a Saturday to look at the job to give me an estimate. Which was replacing a sand filter that had a split in it. #3 They came when promised, did the job and the price was great. Call Pelican Pools. Im glad I did.

My first horrible experience in real estate (licensed 7 years) (closed 8 Million in sales last year) Pelican Pool owner from what he said cursed me out, for his assistant’s error (who was also being difficult) when my broker call the assistant admitted it was indeed his fault.. I’ve never had a man speak to me as bad as he did in business I’ve given them business before and never had any issues (and I had witness of him cursing me out over the phone)

Worst service ever. And when I complain they always seem to make excuses instead of fixing the problem.
