Brought Harley the wonder dog to your office late Sat night and the receptionist checked with staff to ensure that they could squeeze her in. She confirmed and I said I could be there in 4 minutes. Exactly 4 minutes later, they walked out to take her in. You guys are always very responsive, professional, friendly and it the way you take care of my lil pup, shows how much you love doing what you do. Thanks to the whole Sat night shift!

I’ve been bringing my now 3 animals here for about 10 years. The staff have always worked us in regardless of the circumstances. They take care of the “babies” and are dedicated to make sure they are always ok.They are highly recommended from my girls and I. They are top notch.

I have read some not so nice reviews (maybe they are for other locations?) but have to say that I have always had a good experience at the Pet Care Center on David Dr. in Metairie.The staff all seem very friendly and communicate clearly. Our dog has seen several of the vets who are always professional and caring. We are glad they are open 24 hours and have used after hours - once when were concerned about a reaction to a bee sting, and one other time. Each time they explained and offered options for treatment and were clear about cost. It’s worth it to me for the peace of mind and for not having to miss work. I would recommend.

I have had Pet Care Center caring for my pets for years. We love the atmosphere, the Tweedy paintings happily adorning the walls, and the friendliest, pet-loving staff in town. They beautifully handled an end of life event also.Thanks for being so wonderful.

I began using this place for boarding and grooming services when my dog was 6 months old. My dog was labeled a biter and medicated at first to be groomed then eventually just to be tolerated. He began pulling away when I would drop him off which didnt leave me with a good feeling. Turned out he just hated that place. I ended up enrolling him in a board and train facility and the trainer of 30 years observed he displayed behavior as if he was being taunted in a kennel by hands and suggested I dont bring him back. Switched boarding facilities and the new place says he does great with baths and does not give them any problems. He is excited to get there. The new staff at Pet Care Center its not friendly and the place is almost always understaffed.

Reception knows my dog’s name and they greet her when we walk in. She (my dog) is as comfortable as she can be when I have to leave her. The groomer, Belinda, is top-notch. Not only does she keep our schnauzer looking like a show dog, but she points out fatty tumors, recommends different foods to combat skin allergies, and has tips for saving money on the flea and tick meds.

Love the doctors and unfortunately have seen almost all of them because almost every time we go in we see a different doctor even if I ask when I can see a specific doctor. I don’t like that they always take our cats in the back when they do examines, bloodwork, etc. as I then have no idea how well they do taking care of them.My biggest problem is the office staff. A few of them are very nice and friendly and immediately seem happy to see you and your pet, a few others are very pleasant and attentive, and others are either shy or just bored, unhappy to be there and it seems so many of them are inexperienced and have no idea what they are doing. One actually once told me she was new and didn’t know procedure, but the rest of the staff and office manager brushed her off and belittled her when she asked the correct way. She seemed very nice and wanted to do her job correctly, but upset that she couldn’t help and the other staff would not help her or me.I have NEVER had a phone call from the staff after any type of tests when I have been assured someone will call. Sometimes I have assumed tests were negative or fine when the opposite was the case. I have called back, left messages via staff taking messages as well as in voice mail, often several times a week, but unbelievably still get no calls returned often.Usually the only time I can ask questions or get test results is to just make another appointment. I’ve even had the doctors say how horrible they think their own staff are at their jobs. That’s pretty bad when doctors can’t get professional staff. They seem to have a bit of an employee turnover rate.One of the staff pretty much implied I was lying when I said I left messages for the doctor, saying i couldn’t have because they changed their phone system and customers could not leave messages on a doctor’s private voice mail since the new system did not have that option or ability. I explained I left messages on the hospital’s main voice mail that it now always defaults to as well as the prescription line and personally spoke to more than in staff member who took messages for the doctor on different days. I just got a snide harumpf and a brush off when I once again(for the third of fourth time) explained my inquiries I needed to know that I had discussed with the doctor before. She also kept telling me she didn’t know anything about what I was talking about in regard to my cat then would read it off his file and interrupt me while I was speaking to tell me what I was explaining (& she subsequently all of a sudden “knew”). I, once again, never got my question answered & was rudely and condescendingly dismissed several times during the phone call. She gives the impression of trying to convince the customers that she is in charge, knows the history and treatments of the animals off the top of her head, but of course, not my pets, because mine are unimportant, or that she’s just in a mood to be rude and dismissive, so your animal and your concerns are of less consequence to her than a flea.I started coming here several years ago after we moved nearby and the doctors and staff seemed caring and helpful, but the office staff competence and attitudes have steadily and progressively gotten worse each year. I have four cats and am considering changing back to MSAH whose every staff member project a caring, professional and empathetic demeanor. They were wonderful and their prices were excellent especially when we were dealing with surgery and end of life care for one of our babies. I can’t imagine all of the staff(with an exception or two and the doctors) at PCC being that caring, concerned or comforting during end of life care for any of our babies now.

Pet Care Center on David Dr in Metairie,LA. was wonderful. Receptionist, Vet Assistant and Dr. Chartier were attentive and helped our fur baby through a cardiac crisis. We were cared for immediately and are delighted with their professionalism. Cannot imagine one thing that could have made our visit better.

Most of the positive reviews are from 2 years ago when this practice was bought by a corporate entity. Never even saw a doc, but the rest of the staff are trash. I went to MidCity Vet instead.

I called several 24 hour vets near me. The first didnt answer and the voicemail was full. The second wouldnt give advice without me bringing her in. Thank God I called here next. whoever I talked to gave me enough info so I could decide what to do . Then when I told her I didnt have what they charged for exam fee she referred me to one that was cheaper! Thank you so much!!

Tech answering the phone overnight 7/22-7/23 is completely stupid and uninformative, have her go back to school or at least be able to give referrals like “here’s the number to aspca poison control” or “call aspca poison control” instead of saying “call poison control to check if it’s toxic” when the other tech just told you that yes, the thing is toxic. Vet techs are chronically underpaid, but maybe this company should pay enough to get workers who aren’t mouth breathers and/or have a vet actually present.

Just a good group of people willing to help with anything you may need for your animal.

The staff was very responsive to our needs and kept us informed along the way of our pets progress throughout her recovery.

They say they’re are a 24/7 facility but they definitely aren’t! We brought our dog here earlier today, waited 45 minutes when there was NO ONE else waiting to be seen! We even called them before we came and told them we would be there in 20 minutes. They let us sit in the waiting room with our dog pacing and whining for 45 minutes with no communication from the front desk as to how long we would be waiting or if the vet was even on their way. While we were sitting there, they turned another family away because they “couldn’t take any more animals today”....but they’re a 24/7 facility?? What if my dog was having a real life threatening event?? I can assure you she wouldn’t have made it. We ended up leaving and going to MedVet. Worst experience ever.

My first experience with kennel cough and Roscoe and I were treated well and reassured that all would be well. The cough was scary but the medications helped and Roscoe is all better now.

Ive been going to PCC for years with my felines, and I love Drs Alex and Stephanie. Theyve been phenomenal in the care of cats. They have a great bedside manner and are incredibly kind women. The staff is also very kind and communicative. So thankful that they are my vets!

Both of my babies are very well taken care of when we go there. I have been going there for over 10 years and we are always taken care of.

Dr. Alex explained everything about what was going on with my dog so that I could understand easily. Her Assistant Brittany took very good care of my dog and me. She even took the extra time to split the pills for my pup.❤

I bring my dogs to David Drive Pet Care Center location, all I can say is the Doctors and Staff are outstanding. Dr Michelle, Dr Erica, Dr Alex, Dr C and Dr Stephani, CARING, I have nothing but confidence when I bring my dogs in. Belynda is the groomer at this location and gives an amazing spa to my dogs, professional, loves dogs and is fearless of any personality in a dog she works with, amazing. McKayla, Nancy and Danielle who are the first and last contact of my visit, helpful and kind.

The vet was very professional and you could tell they really loved animals & wanted to help as much as they could. Nothing but the best for my fur babies.

This is Marilyn posting not Richard. We love Pet Care Center. We have been going there for years. They all take such good care of our babies. We just brought in our 4 babies for influenza vaccines and on needed her annual shots. It was easy peasy!! We always feel like family when we are there. Its a place where everybody knows your name. We normally see Dr. Michelle who is amazing and we love her. Everyone up ther is great.

Always accommodating. Very professional. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have taken such very good care of my pets for over 10 years now.

We had a minor issue with Roux that made her very uncomfortable. We called late but everyone was very professional and responsive. They took Roux immediately and within 45 minutes we were on the way home with a happy dog and a VERY reasonable bill.

I love everyone at Pet Care Center. I don’t know everyone’s names but Danielle, Nancy and Belynda always go above and beyond to help clients. Everyone at Pet Care is polite and very professional. They understand how much we love our pets and show empathy and compassion at all times. I know when I bring my babies there, they will be taken care of and I don’t have to worry about them. Not impressed. Went there about 8:00 pm needing emergency aid for our puppy. Very lackadaisical reception. Only one staff member in the reception area, who was not particularly attentive and kept leaving the area. She could not answer some basic questions and did not seem to have a sense of urgency about our needs. We finally left without being helped.

Cant say enough about the Team at Pet Care Center Metairie. Doctors and team truly care about their customers. I cant imagine taking my baby to another vet.

Ive taken my dog to a few clinics around New Orleans and this has been the best. I was in and out pretty quickly & the staff was nice. Ill be going back here for his next visit!

The people here are wonderful and care a lot. My 2 year old cat had feline uteral obstruction which costs 1500 to fix. We didnt have the money so they did what they could with the money we did have, not full treatment but hopefully it was going to be enough with us giving him his medicine and watching him closely. 2 days later he was acting his normal self and we couldnt be happier to have him back. I want to thank the staff for helping us and always being there when we call for questions and advice as we go through this. You guys saved his life and I will always be grateful!

I use Pet Care Center very frequently for boarding my dog Ginger. I have to say that I feel so at peace leaving my baby in there hands. I can tell that when we go that she is happy to enter the building and when she sees the employees she gets so happy. They send me pictures of her during play time which shows me how happy she is. I have had excellent experiences with the staff. Both upfront and the kennel tech manager. When I pick her up she is so happy and always has a new bandanna. I highly recommend++++

I fear that others may come into contact with this place. I’m discouraged by the experience and money paid. This Veterinarian should vet their employees. When my cat was taken outside the room for an ultrasound, I heard the vet tech saying “if the cat dies overnight, he dies”. I was taking him in for a possible urinary block and that was the last thing I wanted to hear.They dismissed me with a steroid/antibiotic combo saying “we will treat him based on the empirical evidence”. And then proceeded to explain the definition of ‘empirical’ to me.Needless to say, I feel uncomfortable bringing my pet here and I encourage others to find somewhere with experienced and compassionate employees.

We had a very difficult decision to make once we knew it was time to have our sweet dog put to sleep. The staff at Pet Care Center had a room ready and waiting for us. They were very compassionate, gave us all the time we needed before saying Goodbye, and treated us and our pet with comfort and respect. The euthanasia cost was very affordable and gave us the peace of mind we needed. Professional and highly recommended.

I decided to bring my dog here for the first time and will never be going back. The front desk needs to adjust their attitudes since they are the first staff members we see. My total was $72 and change and they didn’t have change for a hundred. The brunette told me to go to PJ’s for change. Go to PJ’s, and guess what, they aren’t allowed to give out change. Another puppy mommy was so sweet and over heard this and she graciously had change for a hundred. I then go give the front desk $80, AND still told they don’t have change. So I asked her what are we going to do. She then shrugs her shoulders with a smirk on her face saying I can come pick up my change tomorrow. I’m not coming back out here to get change, I’m never coming here again. So I told her to keep the change and she said ok and walked away with another smirk on her face. I didn’t even get a receipt so who knows what I paid for. For all I know she pocketed that $80.

After moving to NOLA from Texas, we tried many of the vet clinics in the area and we were not impressed. From our first visit to Pet Care Center we were treated liked family -friendly, caring staff and fantastic vets. And their after-hours emergency service on David Dr., is a Godsend!! I would highly recommend Pet Care!!!

I thought vets cared about animals. Wrong!!! They care about money. I called on a Sunday morning with an extremely sick dog. He was throwing up bile, couldnt walk or even stand, wouldnt eat and I wasnt sure he would make it through the day to see his regular vet on Monday morning. I was told they wouldnt even look at him without a $500 deposit. Even just to talk to me. After 2 days and $800 total, he came home with no real diagnosis and is sick again in 2 days. Now, to even see the same vet who misdiagnosed him they want an additional$60. No thanks PCC

Doctors miss diagnosing last 2 dogs. As a result of recommending no treatment both died early. Way overpriced. Staff turnover alarming. Only good thing there is office manager Nancy.

This is a top rate Veterinary Hospital. They are staffed 24 hours a day for emergencies. They are full service, meaning that they do complex surgeries that very few other Veterinary offices perform. The doctors are very knowledgeable and explain whats going on in a way that is easily understandable. The entire staff is friendly and treat you and your animal as if you were family.

I usually don’t post reviews but I had such a great experience at pet care center I felt I had to. The staff was wonderful and helped make our visit quick and welcoming. If you can get time with Dr Erica she was the friendliest and most thorough vet we have been to.

Amazing, helpful staff! I came here a few weeks ago for an impromptu checkup for my dog. They were fast and highly accommodating. This is definitely where Ill be going from now on!

This was the most amazing experience I’ve ever had with a vets office! Our baby had an eye infection, they had a very convenient appointment available, everyone was so nice and I just can’t stress that enough. From the first person on the phone, to everyone in between and the delightful young ladies checking us out. The dr and everyone were fantastic. Plus the office was beautiful and smelled very nice! Better than any pediatric office I’ve ever been to! Highly recommended. And the price was more than appropriate.

The Doctors are awesome! They call the next day after an appointment or grooming. The Docs are extremely thorough and explain procedures, exams and test results accurately. The grooming staff does wonderful work. They are kind, gentle and always have convenient appointments. The front office staff is always happy and helpful. The center is so beautiful and spacious. It is more beautiful than most peoples homes! I cant imagine bringing my beloved babies anywhere else!

They are a little more expensive than everybody else, but they are top notch. My first experience with them was last year that my dog had an infection on his skin from scratching and He was bleeding badly, but they were able to cure and treat the infection very quickly.My second experience with them was last week, I had to take my dog for emergency care, because my dog was dying.He was disoriented, extremely weak, not eating and just sleeping, but they were able to save my baby and now Hes eating, playing and as powerful as He was when he was very young.Thank you for your top notch professional attitude, as our pets are part of our family and We suffer when they are ill.

My dog has ended up with an atypical combination of Cushings and Diabetes Insipidus along with her previously diagnosed urinary incontinence. Dr. Erica Brooks was the only vet Ive been to who was able to diagnose and treat my dog. She went out of her way to call specialists and pull out text books to help figure out what could be causing my dogs symptoms as diagnosing this combo is incredibly difficult to do considering its rarity. We have been symptom free for over a month now after 14 months of heartache, worry, and life altering symptoms. I couldnt be more grateful for the care we received from Dr Erica Brooks and her staff. She will be my vet for life.

Pet Care Center was great this weekend when out family cat Jade began acting strange. She was walking like she couldnt keep her balance and had a terrible smell.We took Jade to PCC, and they met us at the car (COVID PRECAUTIONS)they took her history, and listened to us describe her symptoms and took her inside for care.They were wonderful woth providing updates for us, and while her drunk walk may be a permanent issue that we are unable to determine the cause for, she is better than we left her.They took great care of her ensuring she was healthy enough to return home.This was only my second time using them for emergency medicine (the first was several years ago when our aging cat passed)Both times they have been so caring and compassionate. They understand our furbabies are part of the family and dont mind when you call to get updates just for peace of mind.Anyone with a pet experiencing and emergency would do well to seek their care. I highly recommend them due to their professional and compassionate way of managing pet care.

I have read through all of these reviews. I am a little beside myself with some of these peoples experience. I just recently had to bring my cat (Racer) in after he was attacked by a huge alley cat. He probably wouldnt have made it had I not brought him. The staff was excellent, caring, and completely understanding of the situation. They took very good care of my baby. Explained everything that needed to be done for him and even had to keep him overnight due to unexpected side effects. They called me every few hours to give me an update on Racer, and to let me know that he was doing fine, and that everyone on their staff were showing him all the love and support that our family couldnt with his being there. They were truly the best Ive ever encountered. I had also brought in one of my 3 dogs (Ethan) He had his heart worm tests done and they noticed him favoring his back leg. They gave me further advice on how to treat that problem and take care of it for him to try and prevent the need for surgery for my baby. They also informed us on why his weight was fluctuating so much, because we could not figure it out. This is truly one of the best vet clinics Ive been to in a long time. Theyre absolutely reasonable on their prices, and love and care for each pet that come in to their clinic. I will never be seen going into any other vet. This will be my forever Vet Dr.s for my babies!!!

I had an emergency with my pup at 3am. Rushed her to PCC. The emergency staff were amazing. Very compassionate and took great care of my dog. Had additional problems a week or so later. I went in during normal business hours and the staff was every bit as wonderful. It was a very hard day but the vet techs, vets and even receptionists were amazing and treated us like family.

Amazing, caring staff. When it was time to say goodbye to my beloved cocker spaniel, I couldn’t have asked for a more respectful, compassionate staff. All services from routine shots to boarding and grooming have been top notch!

We were quoted $48 a day for all three of our dogs to rent a condo, because they are all under 10 pounds, and we had offer and acceptance from an agent of the company- we were assured that was the price by an employee of the company, and we asked three times (and she had to check to make sure and assured us that was the price). Then when we returned from our vacation 7 days later we returned to a bill of $800. We were completely blindsided, and we could have boarded them for less at Metairie Small Animal Hospital with each of the dogs having separate accommodations. We spent an inordinate amount of money with Pet Care Center caring for a very ill rescue dog- and we love Dr. Amelie, but we will be bringing all of our emergency vet business, and any future boarding, to MSAH.

They saved my dogs life. From the moment we walked in, I knew she was in good hands. Very caring and intelligent staff. They do not jack up prices, they do whats needed to save the animals. I will never bring my dog anywhere else. I trust this staff completely.Forever in love with them, my fur baby is okay!!

Nice facility, nice staff, absolutely ridiculously expensive. It seems like every time we go back for grooming or boarding its some other reason why its going to cost more money. More shots, some new dog flu, more shots, couldnt get the other vet on the phone, more shots, couldnt find the records of the shots your dog received here, more shots. As far as Im concerned, its the best place to board in the area, just be prepared to pay for it.

We have been using Pet Care Center for daycare for the past year and have been boarding Paris there for almost 10 years. We know she is in great hands whenever there. We love being greeted by Chandler, Catherine, Tyler, Krystal and Kaitlyn at the front desk. They always have a smile on their faces and are excited to see Paris coming to stay with them. Madison, Hoyt and Shelby (and all the rest of the techs whose names I don’t know) are always checking on her when she’s in daycare or her condo to make sure she isn’t lonely. I don’t feel as bad having to leave my dog knowing that she’s surrounded by people who love her almost as much as I do. Thank you to everyone who goes to check on her and play with her, even on their off days. Yall don’t know how much that means to us. We really appreciate it!!

The doctors at Pet Care Center have been treating my dogs for the past 25 years & I would not trust my pets to anyone else. I have always been happy with the service of both the doctors and staff, even during difficult visits. Everyone at PCC is caring and truly concerned for my pets well being.

Took my baby in for a wellness check up and her annual shots yesterday and everyone from the receptionists, to the vet tech ( I think his name was Jeremy) were so sweet to me and my pup! Dr. Alex was quick and gentle with my dog, it was nice to get in and out quickly while knowing my pup was well taken care of! Thank yall!

I’ve never had the opportunity to bring my puppy to the pet care center, but I would have to say that they look like a trustworthy place to take care of your pets whom you care so much about. As a proud pet-parent I totally understand the need to be discerning when choosing the right care specialist; and, for the folks in the Metairie area, I would recommend the Pet Care Center on David Dr. !

I literally could not say one bad thing about this clinic. I normally go to the Mid-City location and that one is just as awesome. But today I had to go here since I needed to see a vet on short notice and they only had one opening but it was worth the drive. One of my feral cats has been sick and not many vets in NOLA will see ferals without sedating them which can be hella expensive, so before you even walk on the door you’re already out hundreds.. not pet care center. They were so patient with my Buster Bear and I couldn’t believe how well he did once they got him out of his crate. These 2 clinics always go out of their way to make sure you aren’t spending any money that isn’t absolutely necessary and Dr Stephanie was so mindful of the fact that I have a huge colony I care for and didn’t want me to spend a penny more than I needed to to ensure I wasn’t taking away from my other kitties and possible future visits/treatments. Other vets I’ve been to with my ferals usually don’t even try to fix what’s wrong since they’re harder to treat so they’ll just throw a blanket treatment out there and hope it works but these guys did the exact opposite and I couldn’t be happier with my visit. Of course I wish I didn’t have to visit under these circumstances at all but this clinic exceeded my expectations completely. You can tell every single person who works here absolutely loves what they do and they take pride in what they do. There are a lot of vets down here that clearly don’t care about anything other than money and have absolutely no transparency when it comes to treatment, meds and the bill and all the sudden you get handed this bill for $1000 and nobody can break it down for you and there’s random charges that you didn’t approve and so on... Not this clinic. She went through every charge with me and made sure I had all of the information I needed and never once did anything without asking first. So I really really really appreciate you guys making a not so great experience into the best it could be. For real. I wish every vet clinic was like this.I almost forgot... I can’t believe people are saying they’re expensive... I got my dogs infected/broken K9 tooth extracted last year for less than $400 that included the initial visit, surgery, anesthesia and meds... the other 16 clinics I called quoted me $800-$1200 not counting follow ups and meds. That to me is just proof that they’re not expensive because k9 dental work is very costly usually. I was also expecting to spend atleast $400-500 today with X-rays, meds, fluids and exams but I was pleasantly surprised when the bill came and it was less than $300. Most of which was the medications and not the services. So if you were thinking about coming here but saw someone say it was expensive then call around and ask other vets to give you a quote and I guarantee this will be one of the cheapest places you find. I would even pay more just because the service was that fantastic.And I can’t believe I have to say this but I DO NOT AND HAVE NEVER WORKED HERE. I was not paid to write this review... this is 100% the truth. Lol. Some people who left negative reviews accused people of writing fake positive ones so I just wanted to clarify that this is a real review from a real experience and I am sorry that you guys had a bad experience but not all of us have had that happen. From my experience customer service and respect goes both ways. If you’re rude to employees then you’re probably not going to have a great experience. Just saying.

Pet Care Center is the best! My daughters 6 year old cat Likes to eat things he is not suppose to. Well it caught up with him last week and he became very ill. So we made a (last minute) appt with Pet Care Center. And I have to say everyone was great! From Tyler who answered the phone and made the appt for us and checked us out. He was very nice and efficient. Ms Nancy who checked us in. She has a very welcoming attitude. Brittany who was the vet tech who helped us figure out what was going on. She asked the right questions and was very kind. Dr Alex who was so sweet and compassionate to our situation. Dr Michelle who is an absolute angel performed the surgery to remove an ungodly amount of pony tails out of our boys stomach. She kept us updated and informed of his condition every step of the way. To Meriah and Roxanne who watched over him while he healed for a few nights. I felt very confident that he was good in their hands. And last but certainly not least Vikki. Who assisted Dr Michelle in saving our boy. She was very knowledgeable and efficient. She was very compassionate and just overall the best! I can’t thank Pet Care Center enough for saving our cats life. He has been with us for 6 years and we just could not picture our life without him. He is our family member and the team at Pet Care Center helped make sure he would be with us for much longer! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Just want to say how wonderful the staff and doctors were when my pup was critical. Glad we had them to take care of him and get him home.

Always a great experience with the main location. Weve been going for nearly 20 years! But, I had to send my girl to a better place, this was not a great experience with the night emergency doctor. She did not read my girls chart before making me feel horrible about my care for her. Pretty much yelled at me. Will avoid ever using her in the future.

My family has been under the care and services of Pet Care Center In Metairie, Louisiana for a few years now. The services provided are of Excellent Care and the staff are absolutely wonderful.Also; recently my little loved one has had a surgical procedure preformed here on site, not only did the staff treat her well but also had a way of using words and gestures to give comfort to my Husband and I as of course it was a bit unsettling to Patiently wait and her having to stay the night at the facility. The staff were reassuring and provided a peace of mind everytime we called to check up on her. I highly recommend PetCare Center.P.S they also have a great Mobile App with documentation and a perks program!

Great care for your babies but they say one price and when you leave, its almost double, they are very passionate but very expensive

Ill go again. Was told to go here by a friend when my black lab got sick. Dr. Steve took care of her and she was fine the next day. Ill tell my friends now and will bring her back for routine checkups.

We have been using Pet Care Center for almost a year now and we are so pleased! Before we started using Pet Care Center we were not very happy with where we were. My American bulldog has extremely sensitive skin, before we figured out it was a food allergy, I always felt as though I was being judged any time he had a rash pop up. So, I was really looking for a vet clinic to treat us and our pets like extended family and that is exactly what we have with Pet Care Center! We are always greeted with a smile and they know who we are as soon as we walk through the door. Our vet even texts or calls after a visit just to make sure our fur babies are doing okay. They always go out of their way to make us happy! Not only is the environment welcoming but the prices are pretty affordable too!

Dr. Erika and Dr. Steve have taken care of many of our pets through the years. They have always done so with professional care and open hearted love for the animals. My wife and I trust our babies to be well taken care of by Dr. Erika, we would have it no other way!!

We went in twice with our dog who was having skin issues. He was chewing himself alive and missing patches of hair. They ran some tests on him, prescribed a flea pill (that did not work at all), gave him a steroid shot, prescribed us antibiotics and some antifungal medication, and sold us a medicated shampoo. They said to come back in a couple weeks if he was still having issues. They said they would call with the test results. When we didnt hear back, we assumed theyd been negative.A few weeks later, nothing had changed, so we went back. Apparently he had ringworm, which was found in the tests theyd performed during our first visit, BUT NO ONE CALLED TO TELL US. Even the vet we were seeing on this second visit asked us, No one called you?! But she wasnt much better. She seemed like shed really rather be anywhere but at this clinic. My questions were met with indifference and apathy, almost irritation. They prescribed some more medication and told us to follow up again in a few weeks and suggested allergy tests. Obviously we followed up elsewhere, and our dog is fine now. No allergies, no flea issues.We will not be back here. We cant trust them to even give us test results, and this was something that is contagious to humans as well. They did not seem to care enough to really try to figure out what was going on either. We were very disappointed.

Cici and Kaiser love all of the Doctors there. We are well taken care of. Dr Michelle has been our family vetanrian for years. Everyone know Cici and Kaiser by name when we walk in. Great place to bring your family pet!!

Really liked this place. They took care of my gfs pup and the lil guy was much better as soon as I got him back. Def be taking him back here next time. 10 out of 10 for service for sure!!

I have been a client at PCC for 10 years. My first experience was with my Piebald Daschund, Cooper. Cooper has many back and spinal issues, was a diabetic and later in life he became blind. I lost him after 16 years but the care and love he received on his many, many visits to PCC was wonderful. He loved everyone and everyone loved my Cooper. The doctors and staff at PCC made Coopers crossing over the Rainbow Bridge easier by the display of compassion and love for my boy and my family.I now have another baby, a 7 month old Goldendoodle named Baylee. She has had the pleasure of visiting PCC and we are still experiencing the live and care from everyone there. We love Dr Michelle, Christian, Mrs Nancy, Danielle and all the staff. I would recommend PCC to my family and friends for all of their pet services. Love PCC!

This facility is a great place to bring your pet, however they need to work on their customer service. Everytime I come here I see at least 6-7 workers doing next to nothing, however only 1 of them can help me. I even watched one Lady who I assume was a supervisor not answer the phone just to tell the newbie to do it. Of course she wasnt doing anything except gossiping with another enployee and could of done it herself or at least signed my pet in. Do as you will with your pet, however customer service means everything to me.

Dr.Michelle saved my Dog Dukes life...I went in for routine shots. She noticed he had labored beathing before I knew it she diagnosed him with cardiac failure. With the quick action of her and her staff Duke is here with me today! Pet care Center will always be my vet clinic!

Pet Care Center has been taking care of my pets for approximately 17 years. Yes, they may be a little more expensive, but you absolutely know your pets are in the best possible care. Over 17 years, if I had an issue it was immediately addressed and corrected. The doctors are extremely hard-working and very caring people. With regard to the bad reviews, people are human and humans make mistakes. I BELIEVE IN PET CARE CENTERS DOCTORS AND STAFF AND THEY REALLY DO CARE! AND I DO NOT WORK AT PET CARE CENTER.

Brought our very sick dog here and got charged for a horrible experience! First our dog was passing out, shaking and breathing heavy. When we arrived the assistant grabbed him up by his chest and groin instead of around his legs. She yanked him so hard he instantly pooped. Then the vet told us she thought he had a heart mermer but didnt have the equipment to know for sure. (Wait... you dont even have a stethoscope?) She said we had to go somewhere else to diagnosed. Tried to leave and she charged $146. Refused to give discount (since nothing was done) and would not give dog back until bill was paid. When the woman at the desk didnt have change for $200 She yanked our dogs leash and was choking him as she literally drug him into the back. He was sick and already struggling to breath! We were told that we would have to go get our own change before they would release our dog so that we get him help somewhere else. A yelling match insured, the bill was paid and we took our dog to a REAL vet clinic where the staff and vet were AWESOME. still waiting for blood work results on our baby but he DOESNT have a hasty mermer! He is now in GREAT hands even though the quacks at pet care center tried to call around and have us refused treatment elsewhere.

This place was very kind and professional to my mother while dealing with an elderly cat.

First of all I contacted Pet Care Center on a Thursday and had an appointment for Saturday within minutes. From the moment I walked in with my new puppy the staff was unbelievable. I have been to other vets and have had horrible experiences. Dr.Nick was great. I applaud you and your staff Dr.Nick I will be back with my other dogs. And by the way they didnt try to charge me for additional things that my dog did not need. I walked out with a puppy pack which included a measuring cup,toy, and a free sample of Heart guard.
