Great local company. I use this business to send my wish packages to, due to porch pirates in my neighborhood. Super friendly and helpful staff.They also repair computers and cellphone screens at affordable prices. Awesome service! I needed a screen repaired on a laptop and I called around to get a timeframe on how long it would be to repair. Most places I called would take about 2 weeks and some even a month. ICE got it done in 2 days. Very knowledgeable guys and I couldnt be happier with the job they did. Very good pricing and quality work. A part of my laptop was damaged so I brought it in today (a Saturday) a little after 3 pm with a replacement part and it was ready less than an hour later at 4! Scott was pleasant, efficient, and helpful and Im very happy with the 89.99 repair cost!

Absolutely the best repair spot in Metairie

I brought in 2 phones to repair. One needed a new screen and other one we thought needed a new camera. The phone took hazy pictures. The guy took a quick look and cleaned off the camera and it looked clear again. I was slightly embarrassed but very glad it was such an easy fix. Prices are very reasonable. Wait time isn’t bad. While I waited, I went to nearby cafe for lunch. You can also pay to use their computers if you rather, but we were hungry. Plus, he didn’t charge me for fixing the camera lol.

The guys here are friendly and generous, but most importantly they are exceptionally knowledgeable regarding Linux, an uncommon OS that no one in my area seemed to know about. And IF they dont know something, theyll research it until they do. After suffering me as a customer these poor guys know WAY more about medical-based distros than they probably ever wanted, but always welcome my dimwitted questions with a smile and a solution. 6/5 these poor dudes are stuck with me forever.

Replaced fractured screen on my iphoneX while I waited-took less than 15 minutes. Checked other iPhone repair stores for screen replacement-average estimate was $250. ICE did replacement for $139.99 plus tax!!! Staff was very pleasant and informative. Will surely return if I have any more iPhone, computer, or electronic problems. I have had many very nice pieces of Jewelry shipped to their store from WISH- it’s a website to purchase items and not pay shipping if you send it to their repair shop. I have lost over $100.00 in items that they say were not delivered. They can’t help me at all and WISH shows they shipped. Are they keeping packages from people like me? Do they sell Jewelry and a variety of other items. I am going to make a report with the Kenner Police Department. Even if it doesn’t get solved at least their is a legal paper trail.Update the Kenner police department is aware of their reputation of stealing packages and selling the items in store. They asked for me to get a confirmation via email from wish with tracking or showing delivered. I hope people see this as a group effort and join do your own police reports. I made a official police report and now I just need to show that the packages were shipped. I want this store to be closed down and charges filed.

I have had 4 birthday parties for my sons at different ages at ICE and each time has been a pleasant experience. I had previously not needed their repair services but when my screen broke on my LG I called them first. I do not own an incredibly popular phone. The representative took my phone information called me back with a time frame for the screen to be ordered and and for the phone repair. I was able to put the deposit on their website easily. It took one day and I could not be happier with the repair and the service provided. Thanks, ICE!

I brought my Samsung Galaxy S6 there for a new battery. I know its an old phone but I love it. Now I can enjoy it that much longer. The crew did a fantastic job of replacing my battery in a timely matter and an affordable price. I highly recommend.

Took my iphone to get repaired and I must say it was by far the best experience I have ever had. Owner was very friendly and inviting, kids were entertained the whole time I was there. Took my IPhone for a cracked screen to get an estimate for a replacement. These guys quoted me almost half of what my other estimates were. Needless to say I had them to replace the cracked screen. In about an hour my Iphone was as good as new. Looked just like it did when I took it out of the box. Scott and CJ are both top notch in my book. Also had them replace my screen guard. And the charge was way less than I have ever paid before. Highly recommend them for all types of electronic and computer repair.

Absolutely amazing service.Very helpful, quick, and informative. I had my Iphone SE replaced by another company only to find out that the touch functionality would not work(repair person also got glue stuck on the inside of my front facing camera). Dropped it off at the store front and ran out to do some errands, a little after I left the store Scott(founder and owner) calls me to inform me that the previous repair person never hooked up the touch function; charged me only for labor. Super upstanding businessman, he could have easily charged me for a new screen without actually replacing it. Well worth the trip from Orleans Parrish and half the price of phone md on Magazine. Also repairs computers and tablets. Give them a call and they can get you fixed up in no time!
