I have had issues with my computer in the past and this place was able to fix my laptop and do it quickly. I recently was looking for a gaming computer for my kid and I knew nothing about it and would not trust my kid to keep it right. So I went in and talked to Chuck. He asked for a list of what games that would be played on it and offered to custom build a computer. It turned out to be awesome. This thing has LED lights and colors changing all over. My kid loves it and says that all the games are working great. This place is a sure thing for your computer needs.

Chuck, one of the technicians, upgraded my laptop with a more powerful processor and it saved me from having to buy a new computer. I can upload all my high resolution photos now without having to use an external drive. I have used them numerous times for viruses and repairs. I highly recommend using Computer Worx.

I use Computer Worx for all my computer repairs, virus removal, setting up my new computer. Very knowledgeable and quick. Had the ransom virus one time which wanted money to release my computer. Chuck got it off for me immediately. I highly recommend them.

I was scammed by someone claiming to be from Microsoft. They got my credit card number and bank info. I had no idea what to do but Jeffrey helped me get everything straight. He told me to immediately call the bank and dispute any charges on my credit card. Both the bank and Credit card issued me new account and reversed all charges. I was freaked and they kept me calm through the whole thing. I will defiantly ask them before I trust anyone again. Thanks for all the help!

Useless, supposed to be computer experts and tech tells me he cant receive email to look at the power supply I was looking for. I inquired as a computer repair store, they must have their own computers to receive an email with a picture, and his reply was he was not comfortable giving out the email address. I checked their webpage and it is posted on the webpage.

Stay away from computer worx. Horrible customer service. I brought my computer into his store to get a virus removed as I am a musician and was afraid of losing my music. My computer wasn’t running properly The owner Chuck scheduled an appointment with me at his store and he failed to show without even a cancellation call. I gave him another chance the next week and he did the same thing. Couldn’t get him to call me back after 3 voicemails. After I finally talked to him he gave me an excuse that he was very busy. I went in to the store the next day to pick up my computer to bring someplace else and what do you know he was out of the offfice with only the lady working the desk. She stated they have been having this problem with other clients.
