Excellent Service! The free estimate was very helpful for me as I could only afford to get one of my two laptops repaired. As a older, non-tech type of person, I was impressed by the way the tech support guy (Ron) was able to explain things to me. Other repair shops Id dealt with were speaking in terms way beyond what I understood and I still dont know if any of it was real. My laptop now runs better than ever and I have a better understanding of how to stay safe from viruses.
