I was in the process of buying a car from this dealer just to find out they sold it to someone else after a week of communications with the sales person. I had given authorization to run my credit card for the deposit, completed online credit approval AND submitted a hard copy credit application. I had discussed and agreed to the terms of transporting the car since I am out of state. When I called and spoke with someone in management I was advised that I would be receiving a call from the General Manager. I have not heard from anyone. BUYERS BEWARE!
Mercedes would never have done me this. I am totally dissatisfied with the “service” or lack there of service I received at this “dealership”. I brought my vehicle in as a drop off after I called and confirmed that I could. The representative I spoke with told me it was an urgent matter and I would be assisted due to me having brake issues. I checked my vehicle in with Amanda at 9:00 a.m. and she assured me my vehicle would have a diagnostic done by lunchtime AND that she would put me on this so called “list” to get a loaner vehicle. Thank God I received a call to go have breakfast so I didn’t have to wait there, otherwise, I’d be spending the night. I left, had breakfast, and ran errands with a friend. It’s now one o’clock and I called to get the status of that diagnostic, I was transferred to Amanda’s desk twice and she did not answer. I left a message with her apparently for nothing because she never returned my call and the representative (Joseph) claimed he would leave a message for her. Here comes three o’clock and still nothing. I called back and spoke to Joseph who again transferred me to liar number one, Amanda, and still, nothing. Joseph then proceeded to tell me he would call me back. No call. I called him back an hour later and liar number two, Joseph, tells me that my vehicle has not been seen yet, however, I’m at the top of the “list” to get a loaner vehicle. I later found out that was a total lie! I called the next morning and spoke to Tina who gave It to me straight and said when vehicles are dropped off, there’s about a three day wait before your vehicles is seen and due to Covid, there are no loaner vehicles. I told her “so I was just flat out lied to”,she agreed and at least apologized for the lies her coworkers told. I would have prepared accordingly had I been properly educated by those employees. This is bad business, very tacky and unprofessional and I do not appreciate being lied to and having my time wasted. This is unacceptable and needs to be rectified. I’m an entrepreneur and take pride in running an honest business and having my customers trust me.I will definitely be escalating this up the proper channels. This was absolutely unacceptable and Infiniti needs to do better.
I was able to make an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Upon available, they told me how long it would take. I was surprise that I was finished in the exact time. Thanks

According to the Carfax report, my 2019 blue Cayenne was sold to the first owner by this dealership. They put a GPS on the car which drained the battery after two years. Replacement cost was $2600 for the battery of this car and it was not covered by warranty as the car was altered. It also took three weeks to find the source of the draw.Update: Contacted the email they provided here and nobody wanted to discuss anything. Their response here is just for the show.
Not sure where to start. From the greeting to the customer service to the showing of the cars, my experience was horrible. I couldn’t feel lesser than a customer shopping around for a car. Instead I was stereotyped into being told, the company’s that finance the vehicles are Bougie, immediately the rep ended our conversation and walked me to my vehicle. I do not recommend this dealership if your shopping around for a new/used car.

Service met expectations. Staff was friendly and helpful.A negative - I asked for oil and tire maintenance. I was called and told that windshield wipers and internal air filters needed to be changed. That was good to alert me. But the pricing was ridiculously expensive for wipers and filter. I will consider getting service elsewhere as a result.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was very frustrated with my entire experience. Infiniti had my car for 6 weeks, 3 of which they had no idea what was wrong with my vehicle. The lack of communication was extremely dissatisfying. I never heard from them unless I called them, which I did at least twice a week because I was left in the dark on everything that was happening. I would have liked to get at least weekly updates on the status of my vehicle but that was not done. For the last 3 weeks they had my vehicle they told me the parts had arrived and it would be ready the following week and when I would call, again because no one ever called me, it would not be done because they only thought they received the parts for my car. This left me very frustrated and I will not be coming here for service ever again.
Top notch Service Dept.On a Saturday while i was trying to pack for a trip my lift gate wouldnt open but the Ray Brandt Infiniti service departments didnt have any available appointments. Javier Salmeron the Service Consultant went over and above the call of duty to get it open and functioning again.Javier even took the time to show me how to reset the lift gate opener.I always say that the salesman sells you the first car but Service Consultants like Javier Salmeron will make me return to buy my next car.Thank you Javier Salmeron and Ray Brandt Infiniti.Will B

Most places that does alignment wont even try to do the alignment.100% Glad I went here the Techs here are very skilled. I expected to wait an hour longer for my service to be done. Have made 2 attempts at purchasing a vehicle at Ray Brandt Infiniti of Metairie.The first attempt was 2 years ago.The sales person and manager kept changing the agreed about price of the vehicle. After the second time this was done, we drove an hour and half away to Ray Brandt of De Iberville. We purchased a Qx60 for my wife with a courteous and very attentive sales staff and no changing or haggling of price.My second attempt was this week, we decided to try Metairie location again.We were very interested in purchasing a Qx80. The vehicle was at another location. The sales team said they would pick it up and that it needed to come to their dealership anyway. We set an appointment for Thursday at 4:30. We received multiple calls and emails, even a call from the Sales manager confirming appointment and that the vehicle would be there.Hours before meeting, I was informed the vehicle was not being moved and I needed to go look at it, at the other locationon the West Bank. Extremely disappointed with Metairie location. Hate to not spend my money in Louisiana. We will be going back to De Iberville location where we have always received top notch service even on repairs.
I reside almost 2 hours away and called to receive a quote on a set of tires. The guy told me it cost $236.00 per tire plus labor and taxes. Once the service was completed I proceeded to the cashier area to check out. The bill totaled almost $1600.00. so I asked to speak with someone. The service provider told me thats what the guy had quoted me on the phone. So he attempted to overcharge me $316.00 per tire. While discussing the fall out, I ended up getting the tires for $262.00 with the customer service guy coming out of his own pocket to pay the difference. It is a disgrace that women still face these barriers while attempting to get much needed services with billion dollar corporation attempting to get over on its female consumers. I was taken back by the whole process and will be trading this vehicle off for company thats honest and values every client. The most fustrating part was all the tire prices he showed me in the system for my vehicle was two hundred plus dollars so where did the $316.00 price take originate from? I will definitely be calling corporate first thing Monday morning. I also instructed the representative to check his call log and recordings and he can hear for himself what the guy quoted me over the phone. Im so disappointed with Infiniti and the entire experience. I would not recommend this company to my enemy!!!
Ray Brandt Infiniti SERVICE Department provides a top-notch level of service and quality work. They are very accommodating to their customers, which is important in todays world. Personally, they are always so helpful with my wife, who arrived to service her vehicle at Ray Brandt Infiniti with an 8-month young infant in-tow. Greatly appreciate the courtesy and professionalism of the Ray Brandt Infiniti Service Staff, and Mr. Brandt would most definitely be proud of their efforts if he were still on this Earth today.

Came in for a simple oil change. Arrived at 12:30 and it’s now 3:00 pm and still waiting. Unacceptable waiting here for two and half hours plus for an oil change
After working with Victoria Revels for a week I was prepared to drive from Shreveport to Metairie to purchase a car . It is a 2018 Infiniti Q70 Stock: IP5594 for $33,399 as posted on their website.I received a call from Troy Morrison and I was accused on going back and forth on pricing with Victoria. However, there was no back and forth I only mentioned the differences in prices that they placed on their website. Never the less, I was told that they would honor the lesser price posted and received a buyers order for that amount. Troy went back on his word and the signed buyers order and priced the car at $36,995. He mentioned not making money and referenced the factors of finance charges. I have e mailed Calvin Liggett and Fred Mena and I have yet to receive any acknowledgement.

I had my car serviced on 11/10/2020 at this facility.When I retrieved my vehicle. 502.00 dollars was stolen out of my vehicle. I filled a police report also call consumers affairs. Which stated they would send my information over to a manager. Hours later someone did respond to a message I left on the internet whom also said. I will have the manager to call you back whose name is Troy. Never called or came out to see what even happened or why a police officer was assisting a customer on the property. This is so UNPROFESSIONAL of this establishment. I feel like no one was concerned about what happened except for the service man. I am a victim and I feel betrayed by whom ever went through my vehicle at the infiniti dealership wow thanks a lot.Lisa D

I was already approved through my credit union for a car. When I got there the salesman and finance manager asked if I would finance through Infiniti so I can get certain perks, well I agreed. Later found out it was through an online bank that I never heard of with double the interest rate . It is my fault for not looking at paperwork before signing but no one informed me of the change in financing. I feel taken advantaged out. I’m a single mother of 3 and was without a car for months and I think they knew how desperate and not informed I was. Different people kept coming in the office where I was sitting alone and telling me to sign here print here etc. I would give my experience minus 5 stars.

I was able to bring car in on a day when loaner was available so that my kids and I did not have to wait at the dealership for several hours. Repair, oil change and tire rotation only took 3 hours. Annie is the best service specialist that you will ever find. My vehicle was having AC issues, and my manufacturer warranty expired, so I was at the mercy of my extended warranty. Unfortunately, the warranty provider made the repair process more difficult than it needed to be. Annie completely took the stress out of the whole experience. She would go above and beyond by contacting the provider multiple times a day as well as give me updates every step of the way. She made an extremely tedious process absolutely painless for my husband and I. We do not want to business with any other dealerships because of the amazing customer service we received at Ray Brandt Infiniti.

Ryan was awesome. I had the full inspection and decided to buy 4 new tires as well. The process was seamless and proficient . Ryan was a huge help in getting in touch with me throughout the day. He went above and beyond the norm when I asked if I could have my engine cleaned At the end if the day when I picked up my car, at quitting time, Ryan took the extra time to power wash my engine. Something I had asked for the last few trips to this facility, but it had not been performed.The young lady at the service desk was also pleasant and apologized to me, in not knowing that I had an appt but had waited for almost 2 hrs. Shes always most helpful too.

First time in for service, really good experience. Came in to get nitrogen in my tires, the representative took it upon herself to check for nails and found a nail in my front driver tire. Very knowledgeable service Manager.. No snacks but, Overall great experience. I probably didnt need the cookies anyway!

From my appointment drop off through picking up my car the service was professional, through and pricing reasonable. Ann called me before any service was performed. She also gave me the cost without taxes before the services were started.
Had to call twice to speak to service - everyone busy & no return call after 30 min. Brought car in for unscheduled service because had nail in tire. Was told it would take 1 to 1&1/2 hrs. Took 2 & 1/2hrs. Did provide transportation to mall to wait but would have asked to be taken to work had I known how long it would be. Staff was pleasant -just extremely busy.

Swift but courteous service...explained clearly what would be done, then confirmed with a follow up call...describing what needed to be replaced upon their multipoint inspection...called a couple hours later saying work was completed and car was ready...CLEANED and ready. My past experiences at other shops was always a hassle when it was time for the car to go in the shop and I never really knew how long it would take. The staff are all friendly and professional. Joel goes above and beyond any of our expectations. He makes these transactions as painless as possible. I have had beautiful new loaner cars when maintenance was going to take a good bit of time, as well as, have been dropped off and picked up at the mall for faster services. And for those times when waiting, the coffee/refreshment bar are a nice extra.
