I called at 10 a.m. this morning to see if they can fix my muffler. They said I can bring it in and they can look at it but they wont be able to get to it. Why would I come all the way out there for them just to look at it and not fix it? I said you have eight hours. Simple job. I asked to speak to the manager. I can hear her in the background acting like she doesnt want to talk. The guy gets on the phone and tells me shes busy. They couldnt care less about their customers they are not accommodating at all. FYI, I gave one star because you have to give a star just to make a review. Otherwise they would get a zero from me!

I was in and out quickly, the staff was friendly, professional, offered me discounts and reward cards for future visits. As far as I can tell so far they did a good job on my routine oil change though I still feel that $60 is a little on the expensive side for this service.

Never go to Midas in jefferson.....,,!!! Kidsthat dont know any thing. Ill never go back there again...!
