EDIT: Further edit: So after some persistence they agreed to replace all of my discolored headrests and now everything is perfect. I applaud them for ultimately righting the issue.so I realized shortly after buying the car that the headrests were a completely different color than the leather seats. I contacted them and they said they would look into it. I had to reach out to them again to figure out what was up, now being told that hyundai told them the headrests are made by a different manufacturer than the seats and basically tough, thats the way it is. Find this very hard to believe after buying a $50k car. May be all on corporate but sorry, this reflects on the dealership as well.We had an amazing experience. We were in and out with our new car in under 2 hours. No pressure sales and negotiation. Got a great car for a great price with no hassle. We will certainly be buying our next car from them as well. BEWARE, BAIT AND SWITCH FINANCING!!!!Was quoted 2.99% for 84mos. I have EXCEPTIONAL credit rating. No reason I shouldn’t qualify. I signed for a credit pull. The rate changed to 3.99% for 84mos. Learned after that 2.99% for 84mos didn’t exist. They lured me in with a lie then took advantage after I already agreed on a credit check.They did 7 hard inquiries when I had an EXCEPTIONAL credit rating. That’s reckless and irresponsible on the dealerships part. There were numerous additional misrepresentations. BEWARE OF BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.

There was an issue with my engine and after diagnosis, the engine needed o be replace. Well my mileage was almost 100.000 miles and I was told that the repairs were going to be covered at no charge with a care loaner. Fantastic....

Purchased a certified used vehicle, which i initially thought was a great purchase, in December of 2020. Three months later I began having issues with the transmission and had to bring the vehicle back to have the issue resolved. Unfortunately, it was a temporary fix because my vehicle is back hesitating during start and stop, occasional jerking, and it now makes a whining noise while driving.

Brought a certified used vehicle and experienced issues with the dual clutch transmission within two months of having the vehicle. Also had to replace both headlights on vehicle. Luckily, my vehicle was repaired and I was given a loaner vehicle until repairs were completed, which was probably the best experience I had with this dealership. My vehicle was repaired, however; it still does not sound or run well. I went back to Hyundai because my previous vehicle was a Hyundai and I absolutely LOVED it!!! Too bad I cant say the same for this vehicle. Before purchasing a certified vehicle from Hyundai, take your time and choose wisely because all they want is that sale!

They had exactly the model I wanted and were able to get me into a test drive immediately. Very easy process and compared to other brands and dealerships, they had a ton of cars available.
Labor charges were very high, but they did fix my main problem. All estimates for other work needed was higher than any other quotes I had received elsewhere. They checked my AC and didn’t put the high and low pressure caps back on when they were done and I didn’t notice until a couple weeks later when my AC was acting up. I wasn’t going to leave a review but they’ve emailed and texted me multiple times without a response and I got tired of being bothered about it.
We weren’t expecting to buy but our salesman Rashaad was as by far the nicest and most helpful you could ask for. He went above and beyond but was never pushy. Ask for him if you go.

Service department is horrible. Took my car in for two software update recalls and when my transmission failed I brought it to another dealership and was told the updates never happened which led directly to the failure of my transmission.
I had to take my car back due to issues caused by the dealership itself. Long story short, I went in for a flat tire and ended up with a new tire but along the way something broke with my Tire Pressure Monitoring system. After a third trip back they made things right. The service manager kindly made sure that the issue was taken care of personally. They allowed me to borrow a car while the car was in the shop.One small suggestion I would make is to maybe have the service techs take steps to ensure my car isnt dirty from them getting in and out. Possibly covering the seats with some protective sheets before hoping in would be great.

I went to get my tire checked because I was losing air in in, about 10 psi a week. I set up an appointment stating the issue with my drivers side back tire. Thry day of my appointment I get off from work and head in after a 12 hour shift hoping they would look at it sooner then what I had been scheduled. Turns up I had 2 nails in my tire too close together to repair it and they had to replace the tire. Everything seems to go well, I get home, I see the tire pressure on my screen, they once again fill up all the tires more then what they should be and go to sleep. I know I should have checked the tire before leaving but at this point I had been up for 20+ hours. When I wake up like 3 hours later, my mother tells me that she thinks they changed the wrong tire. Sure enough when I looked they changed the tire on the passenger side and the paperwork said RR. I made sure to put on the appointment drivers side because I dont know what mechanics call each side, Im not one. I call up the dealership and the guy goes to explain to me what they call each side. I tell him I dont care what they call it, I said drivers side. Well we go and get the tire patched because apparently I have been driving over a bed of loose nails. Would have given 5 stars if they had gotten it right the first time and the man who was dealing with the whole thing knew what he was doing.

Beware of the ridiculous restocking fee that they will charge you even when you call and cancel services before the part arrives. Beware of the service manager. This is the first dealership to ever actually give me a run for my money. My last dealing with them was months ago but I recently had a buddy notify me of bad dealings with them also. I imagine hell is a lot like having to sit in this dealership full of existential dread and heartache. Over priced, discriminatory, and rude. Every interaction I’ve ever had at this dealership. The GM seems to be a great guy. That hardly matters.

I went in for an oil change and customer service was on point, they were able to get my car in on time and do the oil and filter change plus tire rotation. They called me when my vehicle was done, and signed some paper work and that was a wrap.

The male that greets you at the front door did not have a mask on and then proceeds to walk up within 6 feet to talk to you. I definitely did not feel safe coming in to buy out my lease of our car. In the cubical next to us was a maintenance employee that also did not have a mask, not even one worn below the nose and on chin like a few other employees I saw throughout wearing them incorrectly. Then he also started to cough and I had leave. This location is not concerned about the health and safety of their customers nor staff.
Hyundai of Metairie is spectacular. All of the agents including the finance manager were very helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend this company to any and everyone. Process was quick and easy. I was approved for financing on my new 2020 Hyundai Elantra within 30 minutes.
Had to call to find out if car was ready. Dropped car off the night before. Car was checked in and stayed in service until I called. Was on hold for a while just to be told yes your car has been ready.

I had a faulty starter motor and indicated to service automobile issues consistent with a motor problem. They told me it was just my battery and sent me on my way. When I ended up stranded, at least they sent a Lyft (during a pandemic) and towed my car back to the dealership.
They always do a great job, and my car is running as well as the day I bought it.
We havent driven our new car very much as of this date because we still have our lease vehicle, as the lease is not up on it as of yet.

Waiting for them for my sisters tire, for the 3rd time in 3 days! Omg! That said, the automated coffee station is amazing. PJs brand, easy to use, totally customizable, great taste. Decent snack selection in the vending machines, moderately priced. ($1.50 for M&Ms). Fruit basket is okay. Chairs are comfortable, for sitting only; low backs, so probably couldnt sleep in them. Big screen TV, not sure where the remote is, but I like HGTV. The decorative plants are a good thought, but they need a little love. Temperature is pleasant, comfortable, not too cold.

I greatly appreciate Travis Santa Cruz and Eric St Amand for their superior service during my vehicle purchase they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and pleased. They also stayed past closing time and offered to deliver my vehicle when I told them I didnt want to drive at night.

Had my Hyundai serviced here for 2 years. Other than one missed diagnosis about a year ago, I couldnt be happier. Super good service, super friendly staff. When my transmission broke and had to keep the car there for 10 days while I shopped for a new one, staff was incredibly helpful. When I sold it for salvaged and had to have it towed, all the staff came and helped me. Especially thankful for Patrick Dehnel and Caralynn Ledet for how helpful they were during the entire process. Highly recommend.

My car was serviced in a timely manner. The staff was very courteous. But I do believe the waiting area could have been cleaner. There was sugar droppings on the counter and there was no paper towels or napkins.

The service for the recall appears to have been top notch. They scored down on 1 telling me my tire tread was low but not noticing the air pressure was low. 2 telling me my wiper blades needed replaced but nothing about the fact the windshield was cracked. 3 telling me my inside air filter needed replaced but nothing about the check engine light that was on when they got it and was still on when I got it back. 4 saying they stopped washing cars because of covid. I wasnt expecting a car wash but come on its the outside of the car. If they are that concerned about covid they shouldnt be working on cars at all.
