Onstar assigned them when the cv axel came off the car and man the wait went from 1 hour to he’s on another project idk when he’ll be there. It was 1:30 and I just decided to cancel it. An African American male calls me talking with an attitude “you canceled the order?!” Well no duh. Tired of looking stupid out here waiting for someone with no real eta or when they can actually do the job. He hung up on me too.
Over the corse of a day I’ve had a few other tow truck drivers show up and not be able to tow my car, it’s on a hill, my car is heavy.....Then late last night Jerry with NLF towing shows up and saves the day! Just after shaking his hand and explaining the trouble I ran into with the incompetent other drivers, he tells me “oh, I don’t leave cars behind... I’m getting this car out” and sure enough he freaking did! He was super polite and friendly. He explained the process and how we were going to pull the car out, get it on the flatbed, and deliver it, as crazy as I thought his plan was, it did work.
WORST service ever. At&T road side service placed my wrecker request at 3:24. They quoted 60 minute pick up time. At 4:30 I called the contact number (which is a cell phone) and was told the driver will be there in 25-30 minutes. After explaining to her that the tire shop I was being towed to closes at 5:30. We’ll at 4:45 the tow driver finally calls to say he is 30 minutes away. Again I explained that I’ve been waiting since before 3:30 and tire shop closes at 5:30. He finally shows up at 5:20 and takes his time to load my car. Finally at 5:28 we drive off. Of course when I get to my destination the shop is closed. The. This clown has the nerve to drop my car and then tell me to call th office and set up another tow and he would come back and pick me up again. Please please if you call for road side assistance and they offer NFL rowing just be aware of the type of service your in store for.
I spoke with what seems to be the owner Tiffany who was referred to me by another company. She sent her only driver Billy Jenkins to come pick up my vehicle on a hot Sunday afternoon after getting cancelled upon by multiple towing companies who after cancelling refused to take my calls and just sent me straight to voicemail. With what seemed to be a day where I would never have my vehicle towed back to my house. Billy went above and beyond. Showed extreme professionalism. He also drove his vehicle with complete knowledge of what he was doing. I can properly compare his work to one of another companies that gave me excuses about not being able to tow my vehicle. I am completely grateful and ever so blessed to have crossed paths with this company.
After my tire flew off my car, I was stuck with my 3 children tonight. I called my insurance company who then were able to get NFL Towing in less than 20 minutes whereas some towing companies were 1.5 - 2 hours. They moved me up to the front of the line because of my situation and where I was at. Tiffany was so nice and extremely helpful to get me and my kids back home safely. Her attitude was upbeat and ready to help. The cost was reasonable and I would definitely recommend this place. I would use them again!
I used their service yesterday with my AT&T roadside assistance. They were fast and courteous, the driver and the dispatcher did a great job. I’d use and recommend them.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I was rear ended in a car accident and needed my car towed. NFL Towing first estimated 60 minutes. Then another 30 minutes and then yet another 30 minutes. A total of a two hour wait. The guy that showed up, Danton Yeager, was GREAT. Since my trunk is totaled, the light drained my battery. He was trying to give me a jump when my key broke as he was trying to turn it in my ignition. He was apologetic and nice. I asked him if I should just call the office to get the key replaced. He gave me $100 in cash. We both didn’t know how much it would cost to get my key replaced. He got my car started and I took the key to the Toyota dealership. The replacement key quote ended up being $250 due to the remote part of the key. I text Danton and he told me to call Elliot, the owner, and that he would send someone out to replace the key. I called the owner and he was rude. He said he was busy and would call me back. I had a work health screening scheduled for 3:30 yesterday. So I needed it to be fixed quickly. So I text Danton and told him that the owner is busy. Danton gave me the owners wife information and I gave her a call. The wife told me that Elliot, the owner, was now ready to talk to me. I call Elliot and he is ignorant again right from the start. He didn’t even give me a chance to tell what happened. He started off by stating that he thought the key was already broken and that I broke the key in half and then gave it to the driver. It all sounded so crazy. The owner was not even there during the tow and he is telling me this made up story about how the key was broken. He said that people are always trying to get over on him and that he wasn’t going for it. I told him that he was very rude and I am not sure how he stays in business. I told him that Danton was very nice and respectful and I’m not sure how the owner is ruder than the workers. I told him that Danton had tried to start the car a couple of times and the key was fine. It was just that last time where it broke in his hands. Danton did not break it intentionally. It just happened. Afterwards he gave me $100 to replace it but it costs more than that. The owner started yelling again that Danton shouldn’t have given me any money. I told him that he had a serious attitude for no reason and he hung up on me. So I am left without a key to drive my car. I will be filing a claim against NFL Towing to get my money for the key. I prefer that route because I never want to speak to that man again. You know, I am black and I like to support black businesses. But some people are just too ignorant to be in business at all. He is the face of what black business shouldn’t be in character and customer service. He needs professional mental help. And he has the nerve to have “God” on his truck. The Lord definitely was not with that man when he was speaking to me.
Thanks to NFL Towing and a special thanks to Mr. Elliot for getting me out of a bad situation. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Very professional and caring.
Called to get car unlocked phone was answered and they stated that the driver would be over an hour out but I have been waiting that long already. Person who answered was very rude🤦🏾♀️Wouldn’t recommend very unprofessional...
Trust me! Get anyone else ETA 1 hour =4
