Around the Clock Towing is hands down the best towing service out there. They are super reliable and quick. They made it really easy to get my car off the side of the road and to my mechanic. I would highly recommend!

Incredible service! They have trucks ready and available, the drivers are personable, friendly and dont mind following up! I was driving home with my mother and son in the car when something flew and hit the side of my car and ended up in the tire. The hole in the tire was big enough for two fingers to fit in. My car was only equipped with a compressor and patch kit and this could not be patched. I called Around the Clock towing and James showed up within about 15 minutes and took my car to my house. He was extremely nice and helpful and I was so thankful I didn’t have to wait long in the rain. He drove very carefully in the rain. I would highly recommend them!

I called Around the Clock Towing at noon on Saturday to have my vehicle towed from a fast food restaurant. The dispatch told me the driver would be there in an hour. I repeatedly called the driver until 2:30. When he finally answered, it was 3pm and he was at the WRONG location! He then told me he would be there soon, didnt show up until 3:30, ON METH! He towed my car home, but shortly after, I noticed a leak from underneath my car. GEORGE HAD CRACKED MY OIL PAN WITH A BALL TOW HITCH! No wonder he didnt leave a receipt (trust, I asked for one). When I called the company to inquire about how they handled situations like these, the dispatch got into a screaming and cursing match with my husband and said GOOD LUCK GETTING ANY MONEY WITHOUT A RECEIPT! I dont know what kind of business theyre running here, but this is NOT the customer service they should be putting out! Horrible experience, horrible people, I hope this business is shut down!

We called to get a tow because apparently the insurance line we would normally use was not working. They told us it would be 30 minutes tops. The tow truck driver was there in 10 to 15 minutes. They were very friendly, professional and fast. Highly recommend.

!!!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!I called for a tow at 12:00 noon... Their driver George didnt arrive until 3ish... High as hell on meth... i KNOW the signs... when he put my car down at my home I payed him n asked for a receipt... Said he didnt have any... then left... when we called to have the matter resolved I was cussed out n called a liar... these r not good ppl... my Uncle is a lawyer with a law firm here in Dallas n I will b suing based on the principle of the matter... I merely wanted my oil pan replaced...

Too expensive, tried to go complete opposite direction of my house, and tried to unload my truck on my parkway... not very professional at all
