After blowing my tire, fixing it, finding out that my battery was dead, searching for two hours for someone to help me, and calling three other wreckers, the police, and smaller non-religious community organizations to help in the area, I was blessed by God with these wonderful people. Quality work, they called back sooner than expected, and they were easy to get along with and a swell group all around. God bless these people, and may they do His work.

Last night I needed a tow truck and my sister called this company for me. A lot of numbers on google don’t seem to be very legit.Justin came through quickly and provided great service at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend them!

As of now, have not utilized BIG TEX TOWING services, however; Justin was SUPER DUPER pleasant to speak with. VERY PROFESSIONAL.Currently pending a tow. Will update this review, but so far they are AAA+++ in my book!!

I caught a flat at 6am on my way to work and pulled over at the nearest gas station which was right next door to this shop little did I know. I got stuck trying to take the last lug off of my tire so I started googling roadside assistance and they’re the first place that came up. I then seen they were 24 hours and ran across the street. I got in the office and explained my situation and he immediately got up to help me. Within 5 minutes he was across the street and took my lug off! Thank you soooo much !!!!

I was so freaked out when my truck did not start on the way to Mesquite, TX. I panicked for around 15 minutes while I was waiting for them to come. Their truck showed up and the guy inside approached me with a smile. He was super nice and very professional. Thank you for the fast response and the excellent emergency towing service. On 6/9/19 at about 1:30 am had flat tire with no spare on my 2016 Ford Focus RS, called my insurance company Geico which I have roadside assistance service. Geico advised Big Tex Wrecker would be dispatched to my location. I received phone shortly after from Sal with Big Tex Wrecker who advised he would be at my location in 15-20 min. EXQUISITE service!, broke down on the side of a busy highway (635& coit), and i phoned the closest/top rated wreckers in the area and Big Tex popped up on Google as my first choice, and let me tell ya what, i am so GLAD i found out about them, these guys are INCREDIBLE! they treated my property as it was their own and i can’t stress this enough, they’re service was QUICK and EASY, hell i even tipped the wrecker driver (Alan) who was working hard out in the summer sun. over all i was IMPRESSED and i’ll definitely be recommending y’all to all my fellow friends and family, God bless y’all!

Wish I knew about their affordable towing service last year when I got stuck in Mesquite, TX for hours waiting for assistance. I recently passed by their truck and took their number. The guy seemed super friendly and I will definitely call him the next time I experience car-issues on the road.

Well..i needed my tires aired up. The GENTLEMAN there seemed busy as i only saw 1 man. he didnt seem to talk much but i did get my tires aired up for free. Tried to pay him but he just waved me off..so....i left...thnkx I WOULD GO BACK IF I NEED SERVICE FOR MY CAR THO! 👍 👍

First & probably last time I will use this company customer service was not great at all. So my car is stuck near 635 & amc because my tire blew out so less than 5 mins away from this shop I googled nearest tire & towing shop. now I call the Number posted on this and I ask how much to tow and to get a tire so the guy tells me we can do that but call this number and they can give u the prices I’m like um ok this is the number listed on there so whatever I call the number he gives me now this guy answers and tells me to call the other guy back I’m like no he just told me to call you I go on to tell him my issue and he’s like oh well let me give him a call & you can call him back in 10 mins. I’m like wait can you give me some kind of estimate how much it’s gonna be to tow my car & get a tire at least and he says oh it’s down the street 40-60 bucks to tow & as for the tire didn’t know cuz he wasn’t sure of the size and neither was I. so he asked what kinda car I tell him & still didn’t give me a price, I’m like okay so I know that so far and he rushed me off the phone. So at this point I’m so confused with what’s going on. I wait and call the first guy again no answer I call back the second guy no answer I’m like wow really so I wait a little more call the first guy again and he goes oh well we don’t have any used tires (which i didn’t care I just need a TIRE) and they’re closed already, I’m like wait your website says 6 on Saturdays how is it close already?he said no they close at 4 actually, I’m like okay well your website says different for the shop. So I’m getting annoyed at this point the second guy could’ve told me he they were closing but I guess that’s why he told me wait 10 mins to call back I guess so he wouldn’t have to answer; so I’m like well it’s shows y’all offer roadside assistance can I just have someone go there and help get the tire off since that’s what we were having trouble with at least so we can get another tire from somewhere else that is open. He goes on to say no we can’t do roadside assistance either because the drivers were all near Harry Hines area & busy. so I’m completely aggravated at this point I’m like Look i just need my car towed to get off the highway. & he finally says we can tow it here or you home but the shop isn’t open til Monday I’m just like okay just take it to the shop since it’s close to my home as well since I live down the street and I’ll just have to wait. So finally I have my car getting towed and he tells me how much it’ll cost he says 75 I’m like wait the other guy told between 40-60 bucks cuz it’s just down the street and he goes oh well I’ll do 60 and apologizes. I’m like fine whatever I just want my car picked up & get my tire fixed. This whole ordeal was a mess and I’m carless all weekend now hopefully I can get another tire and get my car back tomorrow but this whole thing was ridiculous.

Not even worth 1 star driver lied said he called and came to my address I have video proof and call log that proves otherwise when I called whoever answered the phone was extremely rude didnt care that they completely ruined my day that I had to rearrange for them
