One of our work trucks needed towing. 5/10/21 Called and they were very nice and picked up the car in a good time frame. Omar i believe was his name communicated the whole time regarding pick up and drop off. I didnt have any issues on price giving and having to pay at the end price was the same.I recommend them ☺️

Didn’t show at all. Had to leave without resolving the issue. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Had to make all the calls ourselves to ask where the driver was, no one bothered to called to let us know what was going on. We were told 40 minutes initially, then an hour later we were told 30 minutes then 45 minutes later we were told that they were 10 minutes away after being stuck in traffic. After another 30 minutes we still had to call them back only to be asked, once again, “has anyone contacted you.” Terrible experience. Just glad it wasn’t an emergency.

Towing Legends are the best tow truck company in Mesquite, TX. They come very quick and do a great. I love them and will definitely use them again.

WE GOT CHARGED $70 FOR NOTHING. Called for an estimate to have my car pulled out of a ditch, did not need the car towed anywhere... just pulled out. The man told me it would be $60 but they said the driver was at least 45min away, so we agreed to wait. While we were waiting we ended up being able to get the car out of the ditch on our own. We called them back not 5-10min MAX after the original call and explained that we would not be needing them anymore. Mind you, we were in Mesquite, their office is in Mesquite... so the driver was coming in a direction towards their office to get to us anyways and did not have time to even get 10 miles in our direction. The man then said that we owed him $180 because their driver was about to be there. Explained that is not what the driver had said 5min prior to that and then our card was charged $70 without authorization. Bottom line, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Patrick Quoted me $89 for the truck to come out and $60 to $90 to hook up the truck plus mileage. Then his driver showed up and proceeded to tell me that Patrick didnt know what it takes and its going to cost more. Then he wasted a bunch more of my time after making me waiting for over an hour. Then he says its going to be an extra $65 because I have aftermarket tires and wheels. There is zero reason why it would be any different to secure this truck with aftermarket or factory tires and wheels. I told them to leave unless they wanted to honor their original price and the driver proceeded to leave. Stay far away from these guys. They are scam artists.

Call this company when Triple A could not provide me a tow within the 2 1/2 hours and this service was bar none the best towing service. the guy who towed vehicle handle it properly and a was just an awesome experience for an inconvenient time I highly rate this company

We did not wait for long when we asked Towing Legends to repair our car’s engine. They arrived in less than 30 minutes and performed the services without hassles. Aside from that, their friendly staff and excellent services makes it easier for us to handle such stressful situation. Great service by Towing Legends Mesquite! They have a tow yard so helpful with an abandoned vehicle. Super nice guy picked up truck and dispatch was very helpful and nice.

They were nice on the phone but make sure to get a specific price on your entire situation. Ask as many questions as possible, youre the customer and have every right to now what you will be charged beforehand. It was cheaper for me to use another tow service after paying the $89 for them to show up. A 6 mile trip that required chains ran up a total of $340.

They were responded quickly and very friendly. Pricing is very responsible. I would recommend them anytime.

BE CAREFUL! THEY WILL LIE TO YOU! We agreed on $190 for my tow trip. I had confirmed that it would not be anymore than that. Once I got to the drop of location and was told to pay they raised the price to $300! Complete rip offs, they’ll tell you anything to get your vehicle on their truck and they’ll hold it hostage demanding more money. Have never met anyone more rude or dishonest as these crooks running this business.

These guys are total scammers do not use them. They will quote you a price over the phone then show up and charge all types of other fees once your vehicle is loaded on the tow truck. They will hold it hostage and then threaten to impound your truck or vehicle unless you pay them. They are a broker that sends out other towing companies and makes a hefty fee on top of what the small towing company makes. Scam!

They came really quick and transported my car to the auto service without any damages. You are really one excellent towing company. Highly recommend Towing Legends to everyone.

I gave this place a good review, but now Im changing it... It cost me $119 for them to come put my spare tire on. AND not that Im not blaming this company, but having to give my credit card number over the phone was not unusual but I I thought it was strange that they would return the service charge as $56 back into my account then turn around and charge me $119 total to change my tire?? and coincidentally two days after that, I had a fraudulent charge on my debit account, for $75 to someplace using PP* MELISSASMAG... in Plano, Tx. ( My whole credit card number and everything was manually entered my bank told me) I I have canceled that payment and have had a new card issued to me... But I will NEVER use this company again!!!!

These folks are the masters of bait and switch. First its 89 to tow and then they arrive and then way more. Stay away from these folks. Probably from New Jersey down here trying to rip off us Texans.

Called Towing Legends company because my tire was flat and falling off. Tthey Arrived on time, knew exactly what to do, got the job done quickly, efficiently and even cracked a joke or two with me! Highly recommend!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.Called at 6:45pm with a flat tire and was quoted 59$ trip fee and then 30-160$ for extra charges. We just wanted to get home and so we accepted. They asked for a credit card number before any details were discussed.Then after confirmation we were told our wrecker will be there in 30-45 minutes. Great fine.AT 10PM. 3 HOURS of waiting on the side of the highway and 10 phone calls later listening to the fact they have the wrong address and the fact they don’t have GPS to find our location after giving specific directions, an address and even coordinates, we decided enough was enough and decided to call ‘All Around Towing’ who arrived in 20 minutes flat and charged $50 flat.After calling the other company we called Towing Legends straight away to say this was silly and to please cancel the wrecker they had sent. To which their response was the fact they were going to charge us anyway. They then continued to yell at us on the phone call LITERALLY THREATENING us saying they know where we are and that ‘we are going to find you and one way or another take our money’.To which point we called 911 with literal fear for someone coming and hurting us. So as I’m writing this post, we are sitting alongside a Dallas Sheriff while ALL AROUND TOWING is fixing our flat tire.Do not EVER use this company.

Very fast and friendly service. I called at about 8:00 am and he was there in just over 10-15 minutes. Hook up was quick and drop off was too. I would use Towing Legends again but I hope I wont need to.

They charge you twice for the services. 1st charge is to take the call, 2nd charge is for the service when they show up hours later. Worst service ever. They are open 24 hrs though, that’s the only thing that’s worth the service.

Driver was a great dude, honest throughout. Dispatcher told me a Price Range, but didnt tell me that for inoperable vehicles it was the maximum charge. This particular service, for broken down vehicles, is 89 to show up, 89 to tow inoperable vehicles, and 10 per mile. I even told the dispatcher the vehicle was inoperable.All in all, not the cheapest around, dispatchers are shiesty, but the driver Michael was a good honest guy. Hope someone reads this review if there is a pricing question. Michael is what made this 2 stars and not 1.

Scammers!!! Beware!!! They say it’s $59 service call plus a $35 hook up fee but I ended up paying over $386 dollars for a 4 mile tow. I’ll be contacting the BBB to report them for scamming inocent people who have families to support. They also threaten to impound your vehicle for failure of payment which I found out was illegal till after the situation. There company has different names but they mainly use one called 360 towing solutions according to the driver who had no control of the price. There address is 14140 midway rd Farmers Branch dallas Texas 75244. FYI they are not located in mesquite they just use one location (Call center ) honestly biggest rip off ever. When I called to complain about my bill they told me nothing could be done because they do this to all of there customers and this is normal procedure.

I would never recommend this service to anyone.First of all, they don’t have a physical address. The one on google only says mesquite TX. And the one on the website takes you to a private residence.They will ask you for your credit card info as soon as you call so they can charge a different amount than what was discussed. When I called to ask about the extra fees on my bill. He said he used special equipments and extra labor. I asked what the special equipments he used since my car runs and I actually was the one who drove it and placed it on the flat bed. He said it’s because he used chains lol. Because that wasn’t included in the other random fees and it is special they don’t use it on every car haha. The guy got rude and loud because I kept asking about the fees. So I asked what was the extra labor fee for. He said that’s because He had to deal with my car and unload it. Lol i swear that’s exactly what he said. No exaggeration at all. It was a funny answer, I started laughing, he hung up. And that’s why he charged me 150 on the top of everything so my total goes up to $332.It blows my mind how these guys still have license.I would rather push my car 10 miles next time than do business with these people.

Waited 40 mins from an estimated time of 20-30 mins. Driver couldnt start car with mobile jumpstart so used truck. The thing was he wanted to charge me an extra $20 on top of the extra $40. So I paid 99$ which is equivalent to a AAA membership. Way over priced. Im upset I had to spend my last cash on that. Will not use services again. 99$ for 10 mins of a 45 min wait on service. No recommendation from me sorry Christopher Tow Service.Companies like this overcharging is disheartening.

Ridiculous!!!! We got an over the phone estimate of $180. When the guy got here with our car he charged us $348. We have NEVER paid this much for towing. The car was 20 miles from home about 30 min. Ive been charged $160 to get my suv towed from Euless to Mesquite more than an hour drive.

They didnt chain my car and if feel off of the flatbed onto the street. Then refunded me $300 and refunded to pay damages. I had to file a lawsuit for the $4000 of damage to my car

Horrible. I was told by the drive I was suppose to be given and estimate on my total I was never given it. When he dropped my car off my total was 330. Not satisfied took longer than 25 min, had to call back and see how long it would be before I was told the total time.

Rude and dishonest people. Do not give them your information at any cost.
