I have had soooo many bad experiences with dentist in the past and when I retired, my insurance changed. Thank goodness I found Creek Crossing dental! Dr Le and Kayla are caring, compassionate and do EXCELLENT WORK. I told them about my fear of dentist and they truly understood. My bridge had broken so the repair and dental work was extensive (at least for me). Throughout the entire process, They both made me feel so comfortable and they explained every step of the way what needed to be done and kept me informed, without one bit of pain! The waiting time wasnt long at all. I got right end and they got right down to business. Love it.

Mother had several teeth successfully extracted by Dr. Asgar. The support staff made sure she was comfortable while being prepared for the extraction. Provided her with a warm blanket. This helped comfort heras well. She is 94 years old. Once the procedure was completed she was in no pain just a little discomfort from having to sit without moving for awhile. Because she couldn’t tilt her head back he was able to work on her almost sitting up all the way.The rest of the staff throughout the office were attentive and all with smiles.As my mother left out of the building she talked and talked all the way home and for two days since has not experienced pain and has been able to eat soft foods.I would recommend this facility and especially this dentist who possesses an approach and bedside manor to his patients that is a rare quality and and professionalism seen today.For anyone looking for a dentist and wondering if they should come to this place don’t hesitate. And if you have the chance to get Dr. Asgar do not hesitate.

I thought my appointment went well went in for pain Dr said she would call me in something which I asked for ibofren well nothing was ever sent in I went the whole weekend in agony. Called Saturday left message Monday came and still nothing receptionist Maria was upset about me calling. 🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️ I would not GO I am still in pain at 2:05 Monday now

The first visit to Creek Crossing dental was great and the mistake wasn’t the dental office it was Walgreens. The whole staff was nice both times I came here and I would come back. This is the best dental office I’ve ever been to since I’ve been living here.

On my first visit, each of my teeth were individually x-ray’d and a verbal and written treatment plan was provided. An appointment to begin treatment was scheduled the following week.

I was meeting with the ortho in a different office and we scheduled my daughters appt for the Mesquite office due to several factors. There was a huge miscommunication problem and we had driven 3 hours to her appt only to not continue treatment with them at this time.HOWEVER, with that said, the staff was very apologetic for the issues, and had it not been for that we would have used them for braces with my daughter. The staff was very friendly, and most were welcoming.

I hadnt been to the dentist in over 10 years and was pretty nervous about my visit. So much so that when they took my blood pressure I noticed that my pulse was in the 120s! However, the dental hygienist was able to explain the process in a way that assured me that I had nothing to worry about. Everyone there was extremely nice and professional. Looking forward to my next visit.

I was anxious about finding a new dental office, however the clinic answered all my questions and I quickly found myself feeling better. I believe this to be an honest establishment, I was not given some bogus dental plan to follow regarding inflated unnecessary charges. (It happens....) I started going to this dental office in 2018 . Really grew to trust these people with my Dental needs until a little over two weeks ago . Received a bill in the mail, out of the blue from services in 9/2018. The bill was almost 300 . When I called Maria back after sending an email to their office . She told me the bill was from a crown I owed on over a year and a half ago . These people are swindlers . I paid my balance at the time of service and it was the balance they presented to me when I agreed to have the work done . I even called the insurance company and had a two way conversation with both the provider and insurance company to verify the amount I owed because I couldn’t figure out why I owed more than the insurance company . I told them both I wanted a predetermination so that I knew when I had the service what my portion was . They assured me that the balance I paid was payment in Full. Otherwise it would have been a no-go . I felt I did not need a crown but that a filling would have been fine . They assured me that the balance I paid would be in Full . I had other work done also for several office visits too . They collected what I owed Every visit with balance zero . Now they come a year and a half later trying to charge me 260 plus dollars and tell me it’s over 90 days old . Really ? Paid in full means paid in full . When I made a decision to do the work I was told that would be the price . Not an estimate . The actual price . You have lost my trust Creekcrossing dental . Your dishonest and it’s appalling . I will file every kind of complaint known to man and I will prevail . Because I’m honest and responsible and I know I paid in full . You chose the wrong person for tour. You need to take the fraudulent charge off my account and stop trying to swindle people . I will be talking to an attorney and filing other complaints . Why would you send a bill a year and a half later . You know it’s bull . Own up to it . Beware of this office . Don’t do it

The staff at this facility has always been friendly, kind, and consistent. My dental hygienist is the greatest. She tells you what she is seeing, what will be done for the day, and the reason. Dr. Barquet is very attentive. He remembered my case without reviewing my chart. He creates a comfortable environment to discuss any concerns.

My experience was awesome. When you enter the door you are greeted with a smile. The hygienist was awesome. I normally hate the X-rays but she made it painless.The Dentist makes you feel as if he is not just trying to take your money. One of the best dental experiences ever.

First time coming here and I was very disappointed. I scheduled a cleaning and when I got there it was just a consultation. I was very upset!! Now I have to schedule another apt to go for the cleaning which I think is crazy. Out of all the dentist Ive gone to never have I had to schedule two appointments for a cleaning, they always do it that same day. I have a 8 month old and its very hard to find someone to watch her. This was very inconvenient for me. I wouldnt go back but now I have to since they already did my x-rays and my insurance wont pay for another set of x-rays if I go somewhere else.

Dentist was great since he has left I have been getting the runaround about my dentures can’t get return phone calls every time I try to call it’s always the answering service. We’re supposed to get a phone call last week from the office manager and did not after speaking with her. I was very pleased until this happened and I would like my problem resolved

Ruth Ann up front has done so much to help me there. I am paying cash and as we know times are tough but I have to have a wisdom tooth pulled tomorrow . Dr. B. did a fantastic job on fitting me for a new crown. The deadening took longer than usual but he was never in a rush. He talked me through the entire process. Also, I would be remissed, if I didnt talk about his wonderful assistant. I was very nervous as I always am but she calmed me down, and she was very attentive. Upon my way out, the front desk staff was also wonderful.Keep up the good work!

Both of my parents had terrible first experiences with this office. My mom was complaining about her mouth aching for days after they tried to take some X-Rays. She’s gone to a dentist her whole life and never experienced this level of pain or discomfort. On top of that, she paid over $100 out of pocket for just a routine exam even though we have PPO insurance that is accepted at this office. My dad felt that this office was on the lower end of all the ones we’ve ever gone to. Do not recommend to anyone and we will not be going back.
