The dentist is absolutely the best. Buy, even better and tech! She talked while doing the xrays and was so nice. She made my experience go from good to outstanding. I wish I remembered her name. I would request her every time!

It’s not enough time or space for me to explain my experience but let’s just say. I’m am 51 bad teethe due to severe fear of dentist since child hood. Dr Flores is so gentle patient calming and understanding. I went because my front teethe was broken. Though we all know the colors want exactly match he spent as much time on fixing that big chip as he would on a a patient with a route canal. He takes so much pride in his work big or small. I was so impressed and satisfied I haven’t stopped smiling and I cried immediately when I got in car. The work he did truly changed my life literally. He is concerned about the patients health as well. Again I would use all the space if I continue. The you h ladies from the front to back to insurance ladies were superb. Literally he is amazing!

Love the consultant was in an office where an indepth explaination thoroughly informed me of the good, the bad and the worst case/best case scenario so I coukd feel empowered to make a decision based on my circumstances and comfort level. I liked the step by step explanation during procedure. The call the next day to check on how I was doing was a very pleasant unexpected touch. Comfort Dental is in process of completing an implant procedure. I went in after horrible experiences at another dental office with high turnover close by whose front office staff severly incompetent, rude, more worried about payment... other dentist had started a implant procedure to due to a botched root canal from former dentist at same location and gouging me everytime I came in for more money while shoving care now credit financing information at me instead of explaining what options I had, what needed to be done, why it needed to be done and cost options. Last straw was when they prescribed meds I am allergic too which they had been repeatedly told of for YEARS - Kroger pharmacist next door caught it. I feel I am in competent, caring hands now.

I had a very challenging day. I had a temporary crown come loose. The office told me to come right in. They saw me quickly and Kat did a great job getting a new temporary crown fitted. Unfortunately after I got home the crown shattered while eating lunch. I had to come back to the office.Rebecca had some challenges with my “jacked up teeth”. LOL. In the end, Dr. Williamson came in and tackled the issue and got the job done right. The dentist answered all my questions about tooth and gum care and gave me serious recommendations to improve my tooth and gum care.

My wife went and had treatment plan and bought their gold plan for dentures. When she went back to start this procedure they changed their tune and told her they would not do it and recommended a $12000.00 plan. Total ripoff for someone who wants something. They only will do the most expensive. If you want the more expensive why go to clinic.

Throughout the years I learned to judge for myself. I read reviews; however, take them with a grain of salt because they can be so subjective and written out of emotions or upset with things unrelated.Having said that, I moved to the neighborhood and sought out a new dentist. I can honestly say this has been the most pleasant experience with a dental practice I have ever experienced in the last four decades.Dr. Petros has been amazing. Attentive, kind, communicates everything every step of the way. The dental assistants have been just as great. The front office staff and billing staff have been exceptional as well. Even during Covid-19 times, and the challenges, they are still working and making it the best they can with what they have.I will continue to come here as well as bring all my children and spouse. My 4 year old just had his first dental appointment and it was a fantastic experience for him. What else can one ask for?I work in the service industry and have learned that you cannot please everyone, but most importantly, there are humans out there that can never be pleased no matter what. You can’t change that fact nor them.I am glad I take reviews like a grain of salt. To those reading mine, take it the same, but I encourage you to try things out for yourself and you be the judge.I am happy, my family is happy, and I am grateful for the services provided and the customer service. I never have high expectations but this dental practice has been a great find.

I was referred to this office by a family member. I wanted to have a chipped tooth filled and crown. I didn’t have to wait at my appointment. The assistants helped me with paperwork and X-ray effortlessly. I had a little baby with me and they were able to calm him while I had my procedures done which I didn’t expect with their busy works. I saw Dr. Park and he was efficient and throughout. He quoted a price for my procedure that I know is at least $100 less than other offices that I’ve seen. After examining and assessing my tooth, he said that I shouldn’t have a crown for my tooth because there was little left of my real tooth to properly hold the crown. The crown will not last long. He helped me filled the chipped tooth and said that I can use it until it is broken then have an implant by another dentist at the office. It’s been 2 months and my tooth has not been bothering me and the fillings still last. I think Dr. Park is ethical, friendly, efficient, and throughout. I will recommend him to my family and friends who need dental treatments.

Dr. Park was great!!! I was told by other dentists that my teeth needed a bridge; however, Dr. Park advised me that it would be best to keep my teeth and suggested a different method to make that happen. This dentistry truly cares about their customers, and I highly recommend Dr. Park!

I would like to recommend Dr. Park. I took my four years old daughter for regular check up. It took a hour but she felt comfortable with him. He is a professional dentist I ever met. He kindly explained all treatments she got and plan for her next check up. I am not scared to take my daughter in a dental office anymore.

I went in for a bad cavity, in which Ill refer to as mean tooth. I forgot what Medicaid covered. The office informed me that only the exam, x-rays and basic cleaning is covered. I almost cried when I got reminded what the government covers. I was going to have to pay out of pocket. Not the offices fault, but the governments. The staff and doctor were all nice to me and did their job well which dulled the pain of learning how much it would cost.I went home and tried to figure out what my options were because I really needed to get that tooth extracted. I remembered a certain fundraiser site. I signed up and shared what I was dealing with on there. I got some donations including one that covered the rest of my bill. I cried learning that I could get my tooth extracted. I made my appointment and went to it yesterday.I had my deep cleaning, filling in one tooth & the mean one extracted. It put up a fight. They had to drill several times and take it piece by piece til it was finally gone. It was like full-blown surgery from the suction to the scalpel to the sutures. It took them from around 12:30 to almost 3:00 to get it done.Dr. Park, Krysta Powers and Ashley Nguyen were all great. Most of the pain was felt when I had to pay, but it was worth it plus they earned it.Krysta has an amazingly soothing voice thats calming. It goes with the Comfort Dental brand. During the procedure both her and Dr. Park were very attentive in making sure I wasnt in pain. Ashley did the deep cleaning and did it well. It was a little intense, but bearable because shes trained well.Dr. Park must be pretty amazing at what he does because the only discomfort Ive had was right after my dental procedure. Other than that, I cant tell that I even had work done except for missing that tooth. Thank all of you at Comfort Dental for an all around painless experience.

I was charged almost $1500 plus house insurance per month and a $25 copay. 2 cleanings a year. I was being prepared for an inlay. Had to wait around 4mos before it could be complete. Asked to get cleaning first. The assistant began prodding my teeth and gums and calling out numbers. Then I was told they could not do a regular free cleaning as I had deep pockets. So it would be another $450. I asked how much with the house insurance and was told same price. So I said to just do the inlay to fill the hole from my extracted tooth. Oh thats another $1200. I walked out and never went back. The dentist was good but I think they are out to fleece you. No refund from house insurance either.

Negative stars is what this place deserves!!! Went in for an exam and was told I needed about 5 grand worth of dental work done and I knew that just didnt sound right so I went and got a second opinion. After another exam at another dental office I was informed that I didnt need anywhere near the work done this place said I did!! Im cash pay so Im sure they were trying to stick it to me. Never again

The staff and doctors are very sweet and understanding. Love this place because of the hours plus theyre open on Saturdays! Very affordable, and so close to home! Dr. Petros did my root canal was very gentle and caring. Would recommend to family and friends.

My family and extended family have been going to Comfort Dental for years and we love the staff. The entire staff there were very professional and the office itself was very clean. Our family will continue to go to Comfort Dental for years to come and we hope your experiences are as great as ours.I recently took my two year old son for his first check up and was hesitant about how he would do. I heard some offices do not let you go back with your kids, which is why I chose to stick with Comfort Dental for my son because they had no problem with me being with him. The staff all made him feel comfortable, maybe too comfortable because he did not want to leave. Dr. Williamson was great with him and explained all the steps that were about to happen.His Dental Assistant, Stanley, was awesome with my son. He made him feel at home and never got impatient with him and even talked about Superheroes with him to ease him into his cleaning. Another Dental Assistant, Brittany, was great as well. She did not assist in his cleaning, but she did go out of her way to stop by and conversate with my son and made him laugh and gave him a couple of stickers for doing so well. Thank you for making my sons first visit to the dentist a fun one. He cant wait until his next visit.

Dr. Flores and staff at Comfort Dental of Mesquite were very professional and friendly. I went to see Dr. Flores for a second opinion. I have dental anxiety so you can imagine my fear of going to see a new dentist. While he was doing my dental evaluation I felt very comfortable. I went back for a second visit to have my cavities done. I might have been a little difficult to work with because of my anxiety and mouth cramping up in the middle of having cavities done. Dr. Flores assured me that everything was okay and waited until I was comfortable enough to continue. He was very gentle when working on my teeth. He definitely listens to his patients. I love how affordable they are. I don’t have to go off and sell a limb in order to have beautiful teeth! Thank you Dr. Flores and staff. You’ll be seeing me and my husband again soon!

I brought my daughter in the other day to see Dr. Park! He was so wonderful! My daughter needed several crowns and fillings. I was very nervous, but the assistant assured me that she would be fine. I asked her how long she had been working here, she told me that she had been here at this office almost 8 years! I felt relieved when she said that; it’s a little nerve racking when you see new faces all the time. She made me feel so comfortable! She spoke to my daughter like she was her own. I asked her if Dr. Park had done a lot of crowns before, she assured me that children was his specialty and that he would not let us leave until everything was perfect! Her and Dr. Park were an awesome team! Very quick and efficient together! She rubbed my daughters arm the entire time! My husband said that is what helped him sit back and relax. I am very thankful for the both of them.

Dr. Flores has done an amazing job at putting me at ease regarding my dental health. He has shown great concern and care for me and goes through great lengths to make sure I understand my treatment plan as well as preventative steps to take. Any time I have voiced a concern or needed to communicate with Dr. Flores, Melanie or Lily my questions are answered or brought to the attention of the appropriate party. I feel very well taken care of and am so appreciative for how much easier the staff at Comfort Dental has made my experience.

Had a great experience with Dr Park!! I highly recommend him!! I was in horrible pain the day before mothers day and not only did he answer his calls he had me come in for a perception for pains meds( on a Saturday). he checked on me threw out the weekend!! Postop care was just wonderful!! He does not high price he is honest and caring!!!! We need more doctors like him! And I am a cash pay only I have no insurance. Is very adorable

My son gets seen here. Yesterday, he had some terrible tooth pain. Called and they got us right in this morning. Dr. Park is amazing! He is great with my son, takes his time and we were there 2 hours to get everything done. My son felt so relaxed getting his teeth worked on. Best dental experience ever. All the doctors are very friendly. The front office girls always greet me with a smile and keep me updated on my future appointments. I went in for a cleaning and to get a cavity filled, but they couldn’t even do that properly. The dental hygienist just scraped my teeth, she didn’t use the toothbrush at all which is the whole reason I was there. And while scraping, she stabbed ever single one of my gums on the process. So now my gums are swollen and bleeding. Moreover, my filling is rough, patchy, and gritty. I will never, ever enter that place again.

Just love this group. Lets face it...going to the dentist can be emotionally and physically taxing. This group removes that possibility. Be it the light familiar atmosphere or the ability to explain a procedure till you get it...these guys have it down to a science! I would recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Park is a great dentist. He took his time to explain all that needed to be done, explained the treatment plan perfectly and also did great communicating with me throughout the procedure. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff is very unprofessional. On the day my procedure was done his assistant was talking about him to me. She said, Im surrounded by idiots today... I told Dr. Park theyre waiting for him in another room and hes still over here. She went on to tell me how this procedure normally doesnt take this long. My thoughts were hes taking his time because I just paid you $2,300 and I scheduled it to be on my day off so it wouldnt be rushed. What kind of employee talks about a supervisor/Dr. in that way behind their back to a client? I thought she was probably having a rough day, but also, I have rough days and I dont talk about my coworkers in front of patients and clients. Well today, I went in for post-op and I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes total (waiting area and room) and no one ever communicated at all with me. Finally, Dr. Park says hi and lowers my chair and I hear someone say Dr. Park, Room 2. (Im in room 6) Dr. Park checks my mouth, and says it looks good and asks if I have any questions. And again the same person says Room 2 Dr. Park! I forget my question and Im pretty angry at this point because I waited over an hour for a 2 minute appointment someone was rushing the Dr. out of. As great of a dentist as Dr. Park is I dont think I will be returning to this Dentist. There are so many other options out here for you to have such a weak team. My experience with this dentist office staff was everything but comfortable.

I am so glad I found this practice!I needed extensive work and an appointment was quickly scheduled.Dr. Shakespear spent time going over my treatment plan and he and his assistant were so friendly and reassuring. I had two more appointments the same week and half the work has now been completed. Any concerns I may have had vanished, because the entire experience was great.

Me and my family will never again visit this dentist!I cracked a tooth and struck a nerve on a Sunday night.I called Monday morning and set up an appointment for the next available time Tuesday 10am.At this point I was sleepless for two nights.Ibuprofen and orajel had little to no effect on the pain.Went in and the dentist “Williamson” said he couldn’t save the tooth and would have to extract it.Prescribed antibiotics and Tylenol #3.I drove over 20 minutes to the pharmacy and they didn’t even call it in.I had to wait even longer for the pharmacy at this point...I took two tylenol#3 pills and fell asleep finally. An hour and forty minutes later I was awake and in excruciating pain.I called the office to see if they could prescribe something stronger.They said the doctor has left for the day I’ll reach out to him and get back to you.This was at 1:45pm.I called again at 6:00pm!!!!Same story “he’s not here I’ll reach out to him and call you back”Another sleepless night.I called at 7:30am Wednesday when they open and they said “oh he doesn’t come in until 1:00pm do you want to call back then?”I asked if another doctor could help me.“No because they didn’t see you”I called again at 1:15pm“He doesn’t come in until 1:30pm I’ll reach out to him and get back with you”I canceled my appointment!I went to a family dentist.Royse city dental care.The doctor had me in a chair performing a root canal saving the tooth within thirty minutes.The staff seemed just as anxious to relieve my pain as I did.I got a voicemail at 3:25 from comfort dental...3:25!!!!This dentist is the worst!!!!!

Yall.... Dr. Flores performed a root canal and took out a nasty tooth and one of my wisdom teeth all in the same day, and all right next to each other. You would think I felt even a little pain during the procedure or even after... Nope. This man is a true professional. This company is great and they have earned a full family of teeth thanks to this visit. Is it possible for 10 stars?

I have been to Dr Curtis several times, no trouble getting an appointment. I have also taken my 10 year old daughter him and my wife. He took care of the issues and we were on our way. I would recommend Dr Curtis as a competent and efficient dentist. I plan to have some additional work done as soon as possible and I will continue to take my family.

Everything was fine at first....I went in thinking I only had one cavity (because I ONLY complained about ONE tooth) turns out I had 3. Ok fine no problem, lets take care of them. I leave sore which is normal.... but the pain NEVER went away..... It has been months and I still feel so much pain... I have gone back numerous time to explain to them how I felt... yet nothing has been done. I even asked to see a different Dentist for a second opinion, and nothing was done... Ive kept telling them, my teeth may look fine (because thats what they ALWAYS tell me) but I FEEL EVERYTHING. the cold breeze is the worst... I cant even chew gum.... no chips, popcorn ext. Must I remind you Ive had this pain FOR MONTHS. All they have told me was that it will go away....it will go away... well it hadnt. And Ive even called corporate to explain the situation, and I have yet to reach somebody. I feel Horrible, I go in with ONE tooth ache but no pain whatsoever, and had to pay for the work done and suffer with this horrendous pain that nobody will listen to. Hope I am not the only one because I really hate the fact that I have to pay once more for somebody to fix THEIR mistake.

Dr Petros is the bomb!!!!! Over the years I had bad experiences with dentist he is the first i ever felt comfortable with and dont having work done. He is the only dentist at Comfort dental that i want to be worked on by. Although the dental experience is awesome I have to say that at times i was disappointed with the staff dealing with insurance verification and follow up. They really need to work on that piece. I was given incorrect information, they did not understand the insurance responses and neither did they follow up. I was the one calling the office alerting them of my payments, their payments and so forth. Because I love Dr Petros I remained there otherwise I was moving my business elsewhere. There definitely needs to be more training in that area. I am an Executive Admin and work with insurance daily, I negotiate and appeal. I have been doing this 20+ yrs. Overall I am pleased with my dental services

This is by far the best dentist office i have ever been to(and i have been to a bunch) and affordable i have no dental ins my bone had broke under my gum on a front tooth i was having surgery on a Tuesday and i was a walk in on the Saturday before it.Dr Williamson extracted my front tooth and had me fitted for a flapper and it was in my mouth Monday so i wouldnt be rejected on my surgery Tuesday morning and he offered Dental Ins which made it all reasonable he now has put a beautiful bridge as my front 3 teeth had gotten knocked out when I was 14 . They open at 7:30 am and except walk-ins which makes it exceptionable and they treat you like theyve known you for years and are your best friend. And I am scared to death going to a dentist as ive had such bad experiences but not any more Dr. Williamson is the greatest !

I missed an Appointment and I called to reschedule it. The person I spoke to told me that i have to pay for the treatment, but i refuse to pay before the treatment is done. This whole time I thought i had an Appointment and the day of the appointment she told me she didnt reschedule my appointment because i didnt want to pay before but she wants to schedule me an appointment later when i was specific what day I wanted my appointment and time i wanted it.

Went in for an appointment and never got a call back so sad right down the street from my house. So unprofessional.

By far the friendliest and most accommodating staff and dentists. Great at what they do. I went in with anxiety but a slowly calmed down as they made me relax. Dr. Petros talked to me during the procedure and answered all my questions.

The staff and doctors there are horrible. I had a great doctor there named Dr. Shakespeare..

This dentist is really amazin. They are very gentle on you teeth and have funny conversation to make you laugh . I highly recommend it

I had been needing a dentist with nights and weekend hours. I was recommended to comfort dental. First let me start by saying I made the appointment for a teeth cleaning. I get to the appt- it is very disorganized 3 different ppl do my xrays. Let me stop and say the techs were very unprofessional- talking about other patients rudely where I can here. They refuse to clean my teeth. I wait and wait and wait for dr park. He comes in and half way looks at my teeth and xrays. He tells me I have two cavities and had to have a deep cleaning. What should have been a simple cleaning has turned into an over $600 situation. They badger me to make the appt, while telling me to make the appt for evenings because the Saturday hygienist are terrible. Also very unprofessional. The whole experience made mE really nervous and uneasy. I did not make the appt. I went to my family dentist for a second opinion. He takes dozens of xrays and throughly looks at my teeth. I actually do not have any cavities and absolutely do not need a deep cleaning.. his hygienist cleans my teeth no issues and I’m on my way. Dr park and comfort dental pushed me hard to get two cavities (I didn’t have) filled and a deep cleaning. I spent a week trying to cancel the gold plan. I called this location to express to them what happened. All the receptionist says is oh ok. Your dentist tried to fraudulently push these things on me that I didn’t need and that is all you have to say. The corporate office cancelled the gold plan but didn’t even apologize for what had taken place. I do not know if what I went through was a fluke or this is a standard procedure but I would use caution when going to this place. If I could give it zero stars I would. If I had not gotten a second opinion, this dentist would have happily done work I did not need. That is simply unacceptable

I had some issues with the office however, Emily responded with great urgency & empathy. I see that they are willing to correct their wrongs and as people we are not perfect, but the mere fact that they took personal time out to apologize and attempt to rectify the issue says a lot. Thank you!5 mths later update. Please do yourself a favor and dont go to this place. I wrote a post earlier this year and deleted it as the staff attempted to rectify the issue. I regret taking that post down now. Really and truly horrible service.

Unorganized, dirty office.

I just want to say that Dr. Flores and his staff are wonderful . Customer service is nothing but excellent and I appreciate how they have worked with my schedule and my financial situation. Highly recommended

Dr. Shakespeare Was great guy the staff was helpful to it took a bit but also I didnt make a appointment I was a walk in did a wisdom tooth extraction everything was 👌🏼 And also you cant beat the price.

Everytime I have come in for anything that was needed I got nothing less than 5 star service. Dr. Jace Williamson is the absolute best dentist I have gone to in many many years. What another dental place ruined Dr. Williamson made completly right. I give out the number to this place all the time because they deserve the business. I agree with one of the earlier posts about them needing a 10 star. You guys all rock there.

I really enjoy having Dr.Florez as my dentist! He does precise work on whatever I need help with and will always assure that I am the best I can be!!! He is such a great person to trust in when having any kind of problems. He is the only person I can ever trust and he always leaves me with the best results with my smile!! Gracias Dr.Florez

I made an appointment a week in advance. They text me three times to remind me of my appointment. The office was so hot I thought I was going to be sick. I gave them my insurance information when I made the appointmentThe dentist said he could do what I neededThey took erays. Then told me that they couldnt do the work as my insurance company was closed. They had the information for a weekI just wasted an hour.if the staff cant do their job what kind of dentist do they have

I LOVE THIS PLACE DR. FLOREZ IS SOOO AWESOME HE MADE ME FEEL RIGHT AT HOME, VERY DETAILED AND UPFRONT ABOUT THE COST! MY PROCEDURE WENT EXTREMELY WELL I WAS SOOO PLEASE WITH EVERYTHING. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

Worst place. I went in there for a tooth ache. He gave me some prescriptions that made me throw up, which caused anabscess tooth. I asked for some Tylenol 3 he said only if I get thousands of dollars in work.

Idk how it would be humanly possible to please everyone, but I do believe Comfort Dental puts forth effort...I absolutely love Dr Jace...I have been his patient since I moved to Texas, a lil over 4 years...he has done 2 root canals (accountable, reliable)...working through the fear I have for dentist, he has made me comfortable (hospitable, great service)...I still dont like to go to the dentist, but when I do, I go see him...plus they let me finance what my insurance didnt pay...Now that is trust & its matters to me most...2 👍⬆ AND NOW FOR THIS IMPLANT----UGH, (sighing) Im trying to get brave enough to do it...

DO NOT LET THIS OFFICE PERFORM A ROOT CANAL FOR YOU!!!! I went to them back in 2016 for a root canal, tooth continued to hurt even after the crown was placed. I told the Dr that my tooth was still hurting, he told me that was impossible.... Was referred to an endodontist by another general dentist in 2017 and was told by the endodontist that my root canal was performed incorrectly- he did not clean my tooth out beforehand and did the root canal on top of bacteria and infection- I am currently going through a retreatment.... If I could give them zero stars I would... Dr Jace Williamson did not listen to my concerns about my pain after the root canal.... I have an abscess at the root of my tooth, same one he did the work on.... STAY AWAY, SAVE YOUR TEETH!!!!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would!!! I never had an issue with the dentists themselves but the staff is a whole different story.. first of all I had called them almost 2 weeks before the month ended to make an appointment to get my wisdom teeth removed because I am in so much pain. They tell me theyre all booked for the rest of the month so I ask them if they can call me when the next months calendar is up so I can schedule an appointment. They say of course! We will call you back. Im at work and I receive a text saying Im scheduled for the 11th when umm I never told them a date so basically they picked for me.. at this point Im so mad already.. I call them back and tell them I never picked the date and they say okay well thats the day your doctor is available. So then I tell them I wanted this weekend not that weekend!! And they say well you cant see another doctor because he is the one who saw you the first time.. well, first of all I didnt know I had to pick him! I also didnt know there was a waiting list for a phone call back .. and I also wasnt told that they were booked for the whole damn month already so now I have to go to a different location and get all the testing and exams done all over again.. back to square one!!! Im beyond frustrated.. OKAY YALL THIS IS YOUR WARNING **** DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU DONT have a flexible open to anything schedule.

Doctor Jace Williamson save my husband life.My husband is truck driver. We live in New Jersey and my husband was on the road in Mesquite and I had to find him doctor tru internet so I called all this places and no one want it to accept new patients.This is the only office that took my husband and the receptionist was so nice and understanding. When my husband got there everyone was so kind and nice to him. All this people who work there so nice and caring. I dont know how to thank everybody. And doctor hes angel . He help my husband same day . We will never forget everything dr .Williamson did for my husband . This doctor amazing person . Thank you God that we have so nice people in this world !!!!

Their waiting time is ridiculous. Every single time. Doesn’t follow schedule
