The Dentist was not professional. He splashed water all over my face and eyes. He also was spraying alot of water while he did the cleaning...that caused me to choke. He rushed through the cleaning and didnt clean the inside of my teeth. I didnt even know if he was done or not...he just left and someone came in asking for payment...while I was still sitting on exam chair. After that the assistant came and did a paste cleaning. 🤷 Then I was walked out to the front desk. Plus my appointment was at 10:30 and I didnt get seen till 1:15 min later. I had scheduled for a self pay basic cleaning.

Always a great experience. The staff is great and helps to get you through process. You wont be disappointed if you choose to use Smiley for your Orthodontic or Dental care.

I like many others are not very fond of dentists. The sound l of their tools, the pain, are things that I’m never exciting about. I’ve had a few extractions and when I tell you this morning was nothing I expected. Dr. Cruz was AWESOME and so was his assistant Luz, hope I spelled that right. The dentist was very informative and made me feel very comfortable even after I replied are you sure this will be painless. Well it was painless, he was in and out just like he said. I couldn’t believe it, fast, no pain, no pressure (unlike other dentist offices). Truly a blessing for me this morning, which is why my family and I trust Smiley for our dental needs. God bless you doc and your nice staff.

I am genuinely terrified of the dentist and I made Dr. Cruz aware of this up front. He was extremely patient, walked me through each step, and offered ways I could distract myself. Ultimately this was a painless extraction and filling. He was humorous and concerned. Very informative. I highly recommend!

It was a great experience. I love that the dentist was so patient with my daughter that was kind of freaking out while getting her filling. She has a great way of speaking with children. I appreciate the office being open New Year’s Eve!

My new favorite place! My dentist office couldnt get me in so I found this place. I love that an actual dentist is the 1 thats cleaning your teeth! You cant go wrong. My teeth are sensitive & dentist gave me great info on not gripping my toothbrush as tight & hold it a certain way. Its been a game changer for me! Definitely will be my permanent place!

I’ve been coming to this dental office since I was a little girl. They have always been sweet and consistent. They’re very understanding and are considerate of people’s time and schedule. They work with my schedule and are very quick to take me in even when they have a lot of patients. Front desk girls are very nice and professional as well as the DAs In the back and doctor. Would 100% recommend this clinic to everyone!

Don’t bother coming here. They are rude always hanging up on my mom. She’s been waiting on a crown and SHE had to call them to get it put in place. But then it didn’t fit correctly so they had to get it redone. They called her today and demanded she go in and if she didn’t go in she would have to pay for the lab fees. After my mother told them she wasn’t going in because she had tested positive for Covid the girl hung up on her. This has been the worst experience for her starting with the doctor she had at the beginning of her procedure.

Came here as a new patient for myself. First off I want to thank Julie for taking the time out of her day to make sure my benefits were in network so thank you again. I printed and filled out my paper ahead of time which saves you at least 10/15mins of time so I recommend doing that anywhere. I did not have to wait very long for my turn to be called back. While waiting they came and went but was very nice and informative. Doctor came not too long after waiting (Ive waited so much longer) she explained every tooth, cavity, etc. I enjoyed that the most. They went over what I needed, my options and my payments. When my visit was over Sylvia helped me check out and she is wonderful! She helped me with all my questions and concerns. I recommend this dentist for sure! My experience here was nice, relaxing and overall great.

Came in as a new patient and it was super easy process to get my paper work done. Got my cleaning done and the doctors there are super nice and notice what kind of treatment or recovery you need for your teeth. Good experience over all.

Went yesterday and was able to get both my children and myself seen and had fillings done all in one day vs having to set up another appointment. They were extremely informative and caring. This will be my forever dentist.

Making an appointment was easy, wait time was minimal if any, and Dr. Conley was amazing! I loved her! She was awesome with my daughter, so I highly recommend her for any pediatric patients. Overall very happy with my dentist!

I brought my kids here for a check up despite being hesitant of chain dental offices and left on such a positive note. The entire staff, from the front office, to the doctors and assistants I encountered made us feel comfortable and informed. The assistant which took the X-rays was very patient with my 8 year old son, with a sensitive gag reflex. Id definitely refer a family member or friend.

They did a sloppy job on my daughters chipped tooth. It was an obvious rushed job. Very bulky and uneven. I asked him to redo it and he knew he was wrong cause if he didnt he wouldnt have fixed it once I noticed. I give 2 stars only because he fixed what should have been done correctly at first.

ALL of the front office staff was extremely nice! Irene assisted in getting my kids insurance switched over, Melissa was very helpful with discharge. Dr. Conley treated my daughter with such kindness and respect and made her feel comfortable! Matty was such a lovely person and provided my kids with balloons and toys! Truly from the moment we walked in, til the moment we left we felt at ease! Quick, efficient service and AMAZEBALLS staff!!!

Great people . Staff was very friendly and understanding. Communication in my world is key and they had it down pack. My daughter usually has a fit when she visits the dentist but the doctor made sure she was calm and understood what was going on. One receptionist Daisy she was very kind and professional.. I would most definitely recommend others.

I came in to Smiley Dental in Mesquite and I had a good experience. Dr. Nguyen was really nice and very informative about my treatment. The girls in the front were also really nice and very knowledgeable. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in to the office. I would highly recommend this dental clinic if you want an honest opinion from the doctor.

My 7 year old daughter had an appointment to get a tooth extracted. The dentist and dentist assistant where are so kind and patient when it was time for the novacaine shot to be injected. My daughter didnt cry because they made her feel very comfortable. It also helped that we brought along her favorite stuffed animal. The entire process was very quick and I believe that I was more nervous than anyone else. I highly recommend this dentist office.

I have a broken tooth and in a lot of pain. The dentist said there’s some infection. After she irritated my tooth more by tapping on it, no medication was provided.Yet I had to practically beg for an antibiotic and she still refused to provide medicine for pain. I was referred to a specialist and the appointment isn’t for another 10 days. I’m left to suffer until then. I have no plans on going back.

Check in was quick and easy and paperwork was not time consuming at all. The x-rays werent uncomfortable to take and they were readily made available for viewing...no long wait. The Dr. was very detailed and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I was in and out very quickly.I enjoy going here very much.

I would not recommend coming to this dental clinic. They make you wait over 30 mins to 1 hr past your appointment time! Every time i come here it’s NEVER on time!! The front desk consultants are friendly, and the staff is nice.. if i could switch dental clinics i would. Just know whenever you come in for an appointment you will be waiting 1 hr past your appointment time, you are lucky if it is before hand.

I’ve been visiting this location for the past 5+ years and the staff has always been a great help!They are timely and efficient, making me always feel welcomed and acknowledged. 10/10 would visit again!

Such a horrific experience & first time something like this has ever happened. Took my son for a dentist check up. He had a cavity on his right side they ended up filling. Arrived at 4pm. We left the clinic near closing time, my 5 year old’s mouth was numb and didn’t realize he had a deep cut on the inside of his lip, Until we got home I noticed blood stains on his school uniform, and rushed him to Children’s hospital. I made a complaint to the clinic and even took him back the next day and they were ABSOLUTELY NO HELP. My son is now traumatized and still healing. All of this behind ONE cavity fill.

Office Staff and Dentist very friendly and overall good place to go. I almost left due to the fact they wanted to take my daughter back by herself to do xrays. I was in room with her while treatment was done but I shouldnt have to stay in the waiting room for xrays to be done. There have been a few offices like that and I no longer go there for that reason. I Dont know these people or any others personally so I dont trust anyone (especially those I dont know on a personal level) with my children!

Got my teeth filled a month ago and one is killing me, the dentist are very unprofessional have 3 patients in at once and multi task through each one of them while my mouth is numb maybe if they would take their time into doing things right none of this would of happen. And the money hungry ladies at the counter are no help call you a day before the appointments offering new thousand dollar remedies without actually checking me out . This was the worst experience if I could give a -10 I would, ill never be coming here again :)
