Everyone was so nice and welcoming. 😁 They made me feel comfortable and felt like I was visiting with family rather than a dental visit. I was very scared. I am scared of the dentist but their whole team put me right at ease. I have found a dentist for life. Everything was explained to me as if I were family of the dentist. I had the option of taking a more expensive route but I also had the option to not go as drastic and get the same results. That meant a lot to me. Everyone in this spotless clinic isn’t just friendly, they help with what ever you need even if it’s not their job. Finances are explained, not just told. I won’t go anywhere else from now on!

It was a very good experience with positive vibes. The hygienist was very good and trying to make my cleaning as comfortable as possible, and the dentist was very nice and answered all of my questions. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I love this Dentist Office!! Best time at the Dentist!I had a Dental Emergency on this very rainy Monday Morning. I called while in terrible pain right at 8:00am and they squeezed me into the schedule. The Ladies in this Dental Office were SPECTACULAR!! Everyone was professional, kind, courteous, informative and very accommodating. Dr. Loera was as equally WONDERFUL!!!!!!Even though I was in and out quickly, I felt comfortable and well taken care of.I give everyone on the staff in this office today ...... 4000 Thumbs Up!!!!

Thanks to Ochoa (I think that is tight) for making my temporary tooth and I did not have to go out of town with a hole in front of my mouth.(Although now is a good time to wear a mask) And a special thanks to Dian for letting me know what work needs to be done now and in the future, working out how we are going yo pay for it all and always being so happy and welcoming when we come yo the office. As much as I do not like going to the dentist, this office makes this an exception!!

During my first visit to Town East Dental I experienced a vertigo episode. Dr. Loera and his staff were caring and compassionate till my son was able to get there to drive me home. Several days after this Dr. Loera personally reached out to check on me! I have since seen them to have a root canal and once again Dr. Loera and his staff were wonderful! I highly recommend Town East Dental Group!

Town East Dental is amazing. Had a filling and cleaning scheduled back to back. I was in and out in less than 80 mins. From the friendly front desk, attentive hygienist, and a caring dentist, this is the only office you should visit. If you don’t like dentists (like I did for 8 years), give them a chance and they’ll surprise you. A different dentist office wanted to pull 6 of my teeth. Now, 9 years later, I still have all my teeth in my mouth and no more pain!! Cannot thank them enough!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Town East Dental! We’ve used them for years for cleanings, but I had to use them for my first ever tooth extraction. Two wisdom teeth, and I was beyond terrified. However, they were so kind and did an amazing job. Teeth came out with no pain at all, not even the shots hurt. Highly recommend visiting them for cleanings or any procedures needed. Everyone (receptionist, hygienist, dentist) are super friendly and don’t mind taking the time to help you feel comfortable.

I came to Dr. Loera for a second opinion on a root canal and crown that another dentist recommended. Dr. Loera’s view of the situation made so much more sense and will save me a lot of money. His staff is very personable and professional as well. I will be back for sure!

I really liked I did not have to wait to be seen it was right on time that is a plus. Then I meet Dr. Lorea he was so professional, kind and genuinely listened to me wanted to know how my day was going and what my Dental concerns were. I didnt feel rushed he went over everything regarding my dental health and future dental work answered every question I had I felt very comfortable and confident I knew he is the right Dentist for me.

The service was wonderful and Dr. Lorea was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I am always nervous about going to the dentist but the comfortable atmosphere and engaging staff put my worries at ease. I will be returning as a regular patient.

Dr. Loera is knowledgeable and down-to-earth 🌎 with his explanation of a fairly complicated dental implant journey. He is gentle too, and that is BIG in my book.The staff is also really friendly and extremely helpful if they see a problem. They ALL seem to be genuinely concerned about the outcome of this dental implant process Ive ventured on!So far, and even in the Time of COVID my experience with the Town East Dental Group has been satisfactory, and I would recommend them highly!
