Customer service was awesome despite how busy they were on a Saturday with only two people working that day. Patiently waited for my rental but both associates working on 8/07 at the Mesquite location were awesome. They both definitely deserve a raise for giving each client the attention that each one deserved and one of the associates I believe is pregnant. She was Wonder Woman that day. Thank you.
This location is entirely too busy with the small staff that they have, HOWEVER everyone was professional and greeted customers as they could. Brooke was always on point and made an effort to greet everyone and say that theyd be helped soon. I dont mind waiting if I know Im going to be taken care of. In fact, I showed up only 15 mins until close and they still helped me. Great job! Get some more staffing out here to help these fine folk!
The lady in the office what non personal. She had no customer service and was transactional. I was not impressed with this branch or the service. I had reservation for a certain time and was not able to drive out for an extended hour due to them stating cars were not ready. Gentleman was in the office (elderly) needing air fresher due to a bad smell in the vehicle he was renting and they offered no assistance but a cleansing wipe. I had to go give him a air freshner from my personal vehicle. Sad.
The representative was very helpful and knowledgeable about renting vehicles. I will recommend this location to family and friends.
I rented car from them and paid for few days first. Ended up needing longer paid as I went and over a 168 dollars they said if I didnt pay immediately theyd report stolen. Sent a private investigation company to my house and had already returned car. Now tell me I can no longer rent. This is the one in mesquite on military

Had a reservation through my insurance for pick up on Monday which was booked in advance and the guy told me that they didnt have any vehicle for me except a minivan and they would charge me an extra $10 a day plus a $50 fee. Its not my fault that yall didnt keep the vehicle that was supposed to be reserved for me days in advance and on top of that he wouldnt even help me look for an Enterprise that had vehicles, I was told I needed to do my own research. Definitely dont recommend coming to this location the employees are unprofessional and lazy!
George did excellent job with his service and he throughly gave us the answers that we needed. He deserves a raise or a bonus for his excellent job that he did.
Everything was fine, return the car and the representative walked the entire vehicle with us stated everything was fine and an hour later called back and said that there was major damage to the rim and that was something we did not see, and she did not see until we left so it was not a good experience. If not visible walking around it how could we see it before we rented it.
This place is super busy, but the staff is courteous and efficient. My advice, do the reservation online since rental cars arent that plentiful right now.
Andre and Peter delivered outstanding customer service. They listened to typed of travel and put me in the vehicle to best suit my familys need. I appreciate their positive attitudes and the way they take care of others. I have rented at the Military Parkway Enterprise several times and have always had a good experience.

They honestly shouldnt get a star. At first they were so friendly in getting me in a car since I was in a accident & the insurance was paying for it. The car was clean & was ready to go. I had to put a $100 dollar deposit & the assiant manager said I will get it back. Then Tuesday came around & I was charged on my card for $65 & again the past Tuesday. They didnt explained anything to me. Im never going to this place again. Worst experience ever!!!

This location is awesome.I have rented in past and it had been a while since my last rental..This weekend we rented and let me say that the staff are so helpful and the process was in and out. I even got a call from them later saying I had left my headphones in truck. How awesome is that. They could have easily kept those..this place is great. I had a booking for mini van from there last month, but when i reached they said they dont have any van available, but i saw there more than 6 van was there, i asked one employee there he said that need to change the oil and some other excuses, he said he can give next day, i hate this place, and there customer service was not good for me
We pre-registered, so we would not have to wait in line. But, we still wound up having to wait! Then, we were told to park our car by a gate, but it seemed that none of the other people did. But, for the most part, it was a fairly good experience.
My overall experience was great. The check in process was fast and the customer service was incredible. The only concern I had was the rental made a dragging noise but overall the car drove ran great.

STAY AWAY! Terrible experience. If I had a choice of rental companies I would go elsewhere. I was the only customer for in the building for 10 minutes. Did not get into a vehicle until 40 min later. The car I was given has been parked up front when I arrived. On top of that car smelled like cigarettes. No options to change out.
I know Enterprise Rent -a-Car have guidelines to a great customer service but this location goes above and beyond for a person they do not know!I highly recommend this location because their customer service is outstanding, easy and convenient.
I have been renting cars from Enterprise for many years since Ive moved to Dallas. Would not rent from anyone else any place else. Love the common courtesy that Andre and his crew provide. Everyone is very respectful and have a lot of respect for me. Know me by first name basis. Should you ever lose that quality I will never return ever but in the meantime I will continue to use you until the end of time.

5 stars for customer service - The Mesquite branch on Military Parkway and the Shreveport branch on Hollywood Avenue were both extremely professional and helpful.3 stars for vehicle maintenance - Overall, I liked the vehicle, but when I picked it up it had 12% oil life left. I drive a 2013 daily, so checking the oil in a new vehicle wasnt on my checklist. My son was the one that found it, hes 29 and techy. We did approximately 3200 miles round-trip and came back with 0%. This made me extremely nervous. I feel vehicles should be checked before being given to the next customer. I understand you are trying to meet demands, but vehicle safety should be priority.

December 2020. I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Scheduled a pick-up from Service King collision and the man who picked me up was friendly and on time. I was greeted at Enterprise and shown to the vehicle. Everything was explained to me clearly and done digitally from an ipad. Easy peasy. Same with the vehicle return. Would definitely rent from here again.

Car pick up was very pleasurable and rewarding. Car drop off was unforgettable and unprofessional. The manager and the assistance should enroll in a course of customer service skills and handling conflict resolution. This was the first Enterprise location that I experience unprofessionalism and a lack of decorum regarding customer service.
I was so upset by the way I was spoken to by the person I am guessing was the manager on duty. I admit I was late to pick up the car but I called to say I would be late but I would be there. I even did the express check in on the app to further confirm I intended to pick up the vehicle. My ride to the rental location fell through so I ordered Lyft. I tried to call to let them know I was on my way but was on hold with this location from the time the Lyft picked me up till I got there. I was told when I got there that they could not guarantee a vehicle since I was late. He went on to what I considered a lecture about how they didnt have to hold a vehicle for me.They did get me in a vehicle although it was not the size I requested. I feel there was no reason for me to be spoken to the way I was and I feel like I should have had my reserved vehicle available.

Location in Mesquite on Military there was a problem with my card the first time. But the rep was patient & allowed me time to contact my bank to get it situated. The rep retried my card & it finally went through. The experience was easy & pleasant. I recommend this location. All of the reps were attentive,respectful & nice to work with.

I was disappointed with my last rental experience. Considering the health pandemic that we are currently experiencing, I just knew that extra precaution would be taken to ensure the cleanliness of the vehicle. Sadly, not only was I given a vehicle with the gas tank on empty, but it was also literally filthy on the inside. The cup holder and console area was grimy & greasy. There were food crumbs in that same area and on the passenger seat. The dashboard and steering wheel also had grease spots. It was so bad that after leaving the lot and further seeing the filth, I had to turn around and take it back to be cleaned again. A young man graciously obliged my request for another wipe down of the inside of the car. However, I still felt obligated to stop on my way home and purchase my own car wipes & deodorizers. My daughter & I spent at least another 10 minutes properly wiping the dash & console/cup holder area, and used quite a few wipes to get it cleaned and grease free. I’ve never had any trouble before from Enterprise, so I was extremely shocked and disappointed with the condition of my last rental car.
Takes two hours in a crowded room to get a rental one seat, no drinks, worse customer service they completely ignore phone calls.
Gave us a car that was not shifting correctly. Had to run all over the place to get one that was running correctly before our trip. No local offices had anything so we had to go all the way to the airport to get one. We were able to get a smaller one but was very cramped for an 8 hour trip. We also had ordered the sirius xm but it only worked for 1 day. We tried to get them to add it but was told they couldnt because are rental agreement was open. We were told that if we went to an actual office where we were they would be able to fix it. Well we did that but was told that could not add it. So we wasted more time. This was such a bad experience so I would recommend another rental agency.

I needed a rental on a Sunday because of a car breakdown. They did not have staff to offer pickups from repair shop. I had to take a cab to their location. Car was nice. Rates were reasonable. Would have been five stars if they had picked me up.
I NORMALLY WOULD HAVE GAVE 5 STARS BUT THIS TIME MY EXPERIENCE WASNT SO GREAT. FIRST THING, I RESERVED CAR AND ALLOWED THEM TO PICK SO I HAD NO PREFERENCE JUST NEEDED A CAR WELL THEY GAVE ME AN NEWER MODEL NISSAN ROGUE WHICH WAS NICE BUT HAD CHEAPLY BEEN REPAIRED FROM OBVIOUSLY A PREVIOUS WRECK, THE SUV WAS VACUUMED GOOD BUT THERE WERE VISIBLE STAINS ON THE BACK SEAT, CHIPS UNDER THE SEAT, OLD JUICE BOTTLE AND ABOUT 3 BURNT WHOLES IN THE BACK SEAT. THERE WERE ASHES AROUND THE NECK OF THE GEAR SHAFT. IT SMELLED OF SOME ODD SMELL. I FEEL THEY WASNT PREPARED FOR MY RESERVATION SO THEY GAVE ME SOME REALLY FAST WITHOUT THE PROPER CARE AND THAT SCARES ME DUE TO THE MANY VIRUSES AND DISEASES FLOATING AROUND I WANT TO FEEL SECURE WHEN I RENT A VEHICLE. HOWEVER, THEY WILL REMAIN ON PROBATION WITH ME FOR A WHILE. I PAY GOOD MONEY FOR RENTALS AND I SHOULD BE ABLE TO RENT IN PEACE!

I love Enterprise but this time it was Ridiculous. Had a car reserved and still had to wait about 4 plus hours to finally get a car. But in the end it worked out. All Im saying is it really messed up my schedule and costed me more money but I still recommend Enterprise. Ive been dealing with Enterprise for years I assume Covid 19 was partly to blame.

Love this Enterprise over any. They are very helpful. I rented a 2019 Jeep Compass. Extremely clean on the inside and rode very smooth. They get you in and out super fast. Store is always nice and clean. And the employees are the best. If you need a rental anytime soon, I HIGLY RECOMMEND this location.
This place is more like a click and bait shop. They make it seem so easy to rent there but when you get there, there are hidden obstacles. Today: I went to this place, dealt with an employee who OBVIOUSLY didn’t want to be there, signed my name, sat in the car, and when I go to pay, there was some issue with my card (IT WAS NOT DECLINED NOR DID IT HAVE “INSUFFICIENT FUNDS”) so I try to pay with a different card and now there no cars available.. they pretty much just gave away the car that I had reserved to the next customer before I had a chance to rectify the situation. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place! Idk about the company as a whole, but THIS establishment is an absolute “No Ma’am” for me 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

This location gave me many 1sts when dealing with ENTERPRISE at another location. 1st, everyone (5 reps) greeted me with a hello, 2. Everyone there made sure at least every 15 minutes or so to acknowledge me and ask was I being helped or can they help me, and 3. They were full of people and they cleared the office of all the customers in a very professional, courteous, and efficient manner by putting all customers in their vehicles. Great job ENTERPRISE(Mesquite-Military Pkwy), Ill be back.
Went to return the vehicle on the 15th, short fat lady with a I cant breath mask at Mesquite, TX off 635 and Military location never checked in my vehicle and took almost half a month to close out my invoice. Will definitely never use that location again.

I enjoyed the vehicle I rented. What you need to do is improve your pick up and drop off services. I waited almost 2 hours to be picked up. On the day I returned the car, I had to wait almost an hour for the driver to return to the office to take me home. I dont know if he was out to lunch or out joy riding. If these services cannot be improved, then you need to look at alternatives.
I was given a reservation at enterprise due to an auto accident. I received the car when I looked the car over it seemed to have ashes in the console and between the seats. I just felt the car was not clean and when mentioned to the employee he only had the comment of we do not use Clorox to disinfect but our own cleaner. When I got home I used my own wipes on the steering wheel consoles door handles, ect.. Thought I made care less likely to infect me and my family. Had to fo to store so put groceries in the trunk. When I got home to my surprise there is something all over the outside of my bags. Look closer and there is some king of liquid under the carpet in the trunk..

Recently took a trip and rented an SUV through Enterprise. They picked me up at home to go get the vehicle. It was a lovely trip because of the roomy new SUV. When I got home, they also took me back home after turning in the keys. Enterprise has become my favorite car rental company for consistently giving me the lowest. Price and wonderful choice of vehicles!

Be sure to get ALL details and agreements in writing because they will not honor verbal agreements/assurances made by associates in office.I lost my deposit AND was charged additional funds well after I returned the vehicle because what I was told in person was inaccurate. Even worse, when I was initially informed about the misinformation they said that it was their error and they would take care of it. What they meant was that they were going keep the deposit and then charge my card for the difference.Not a 1-star because shame on me for not following my own advice above, but I wont make that mistake again.
