There is a reason why I always use Baker Brothers. Employees, like Dylan Ervin, saved me a lot of money.I had a problem trying to discover why my drain was not flowing correctly. Sometimes the bath water came up through the commode and would leak into the bathroom. Flushing the toilet would also leak.Its an old home (1969) with a lot of history. He discovered that there were 2 pieces of tile stuck in the line. He worked indefatigably attempting to loosen the stuck tile pieces. He could have easily given up and passed the problem up to the next level which would have cost me over $1400. He stuck with it and after several different methods, was able to jar the tile pieces loose and push them down to the city sewer line. It took him half a day to do it. It was a dirty job but he maintained his cool, especially with me looking over his shoulder most of the time. He kept me informed of what he was doing. He was polite. Baker Brothers installed a new Lennox Heating/AC system three weeks ago. We have been very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism of the Baker Brothers staff. The installers were on time, worked hard and efficiently in the installation. There were a few minor issues that needed clearing up after the installation--the replacement of some insulation, a small spill that produced a stain in our bathroom ceiling below the unit, and a refund of the original service call fee since we purchased the system. Baker Brothers corrected all of theses issued in a timely manner. They are not the cheapest company but I would highly recommend them for their service and integrity.

The water line for the refrigerator would not shut off while replacing the 17 year old unit. I was not able to perform the repair myself. I requested assistance late on Friday afternoon, and knew it was an after hours repair. Cooper did no additional wall damage, and managed the repair as the professional he is. He was comfortable with my questions and was confident. Because of the emergency fee, I also decided to have another issue fixed in the house, which he handled without pause, after 10 PM. While the services were not cheap, the value was great, and in my opinion well earned. He explained what happened, and showed me how to replace the valve he just installed. While this all was occurring after 10 PM, he was patient, diligent, courteous, and a complete pro. Thank you Cooper. You are a professional of the highest quality.

Our unit unexpectedly went out and we called Baker Brothers for service. Unfortunately is was not something that could easily be fixed and we ended up needing to buy a brand new system. They explained exactly what happened and what our best options would be but was not pushy in trying to upsell. The whole process from the time the first technician showed up to diagnose the problem, until the new system was installed was about a day and a half. HUGE difference in the new system! We didnt realize how inefficient the old system was! And this has a lifetime warranty! Baker Brothers is a great company to use. Ive had horrible experiences with similar well known companies but these guys come through every time!

Baker Bros. installed two new water heaters. Ours were no longer serviceable after 13 years. We received 4 quotes and Baker Bros. was the most competitive when considering quality, warranty, and customer service. The install went great. They used all new parts and upgraded anything that didn’t conform to code. I’m extremely satisfied with every aspect of the process from beginning to end.

He stayed all day, replaced kitchen & bathroom faucets, replaced 2 shower arms & heads, repaired bathtub/shower faucet leak, replaced 7 shutoff valves in kitchen & bathrooms. No leaks after replacements. He left all areas clean. All tasks well done.

Our bathtub faucet has been leaking for quite some time - Javier was able to come in and fix it quickly and competently, leaving it looking brand new. The technician was a newbie which doesn’t make me happy. It was a simple Fall check-up. He arrived looking for a furnace….! Well our home is all electric and he should have known this. Our technician, Dale Roberts, went above and beyond his job. He was an advocate for us and getting the job and done right! We saw him PERSONALLY go to pick up any parts we needed as soon as he could fit it in his scedule and came back late one night just to get the AC fixed for us so we did not have to wait one more because the fan came in late from delivery service. This was beyond customer service at its best. My family will request Dale Roberts everytime we use Baker Brothers from here on out. He was the absolute BEST!

Justin did an amazing job! I like to learn things when I can and he did such a great job of educating me at my request. He worked quickly and efficiently. He even explained why my toilet had not been working as it should have been, therefore needing a replacement. I am sure that I will save water and money with the new toilet. Had a gas leak in the house. They were great to deal with. Please note: call them if you have a gas leak. NOT the gas company. We learned the hard way. Will definitely call them again.

Baker Brothers Plumbing has the best service ever! When I called their office, the young lady who answered the phone asked… how could she brighten my day? That alone was amazing because I was in full panic mode. I had a water leak underneath the slab in my restroom and they came out the same day!The first technician was nice however, he wasn’t able to pinpoint the exact location of the leak. The next morning they sent another tech (Donny) who found and repaired the leak. It was a pin hole leak in one of the pipes but he was able to find it! It was an expensive job but the price they charged was fair.Great work guys, my husband and I really appreciate your hard work. They were very professional and cleaned the area before they left. We will definitely use your service again.

Glenn was fantastic. He diagnosed the issue in a matter of minutes, sourced the required part, and was back the next day (as my initial appointment was late afternoon) to complete the installation. We tested the water temperature together and he confirmed that all was good before wrapping up. I would gladly recommend this company for water heater repairs.

Installing new flooring and the pulled toilet would not go back due to a broken flange. BB and Jesse was able to make the repair in no time flat and did a great job. They were very responsive and responded by 3:30 pm after I called to request service mid-day.

I had a very challenging dual sink to unclog, and my service repairman, Geovanni, did an amazing job clearing the drain. I knew it was extra challenging because of the way the pipes to the 2 sinks were connected, and both drains kept clogging and backing up into each other, and after a lot of hard work and determination, he was able to clear it without having to go into the attic, which was not an easy option due to where the pipe was located. And, he was super-nice!Thank you, Geovanni, and thank you Baker Brothers for being my go-to plumbing resource!

I had smoke detectors installed by Samuel and Geoff. I appreciate their patience with my questions and concerns. Also, they installed smoke detectors that do not need battery replacement, with 10 yr life expectancy. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and most importantly polite young men. Trent installed a car charger and installed 2 120 VAC Outlets. it was quick and well done. they cleaned up afterwards too. you would never know they were there, except you can charge your car.

I absolutely LOVE Baker Brothers! This is my second time Ive used them for plumbing problems. The first time was a leaking sink and this time my water heater was leaking. Jacob did an excellent job installing my home house generator. Jacob is super knowledgeable and very impressed with his work ethic. I had two other plumbers company’s that came by to give me a quote and did not share any information of what need to be done to my house and to get the appropriate gas flow into the generator. Jacob inform me that I would have to call the gas company to upgrade my meter. NO ONE from the other companies informed me of any of this. Jacob continue to let me know that if I didn’t upgrade the gas meter I would have face problems in the future. I’m super happy that I found them. I would definitely recommend this company from here on out. They will be the only plumbers that I will contact in the near future.

Trent Holland and his manager Jose Ramos installed a residential power surge protector, as well as a Generator Interlock. The customer service before and during the install was excellent. Mr. Ramos took time to answer all my questions (and there were several). So far I am very satisfied with their service.

Had an emergency AC replacement needed. The team at Baker Brothers lead by Gus Ramirez out performed all others I have seen in my 30 years. The crew worked in hot Texas heat till nearly midnight installing a new unit outside and in the attic at a great price. They stayed late to clean up sweep and vacuum the floors and even swept up dirt and debris that was in the attic around the unit on the plywood decking. Even took time to replace a few light bulbs in the attic. AC duct lines were ran smoothly, no kinks with nice radius bends. Copper lines were properly bent with a pipe bender instead of by hand. Copper lines were suspended with hangers that would not cause corrosion against the copper lines. The entire time, they were super professional and friendly. I made sure to have an ice chest of cold bottled water. By far the best I have seen out of the 5 different AC repair/installation companies in North Texas/Plano.

1st class company! You may pay a few dollars more but its always done right. Thats important when they are having to bust out slab and dig four down to repair a sewer leak.

Brand new re-wire of panel box for the house and all new updated sockets in the whole house .Trent Holland was earlier than the time scheduled every time they came out and was friendly and helpful . Very knowledgeable and communicating exactly what the issues were . Straight forward with the billing and no fluff . Have estimated costs for new work to be done on the spot and sent the email right then and was all around a great employee! Came back a few months later to continue extra work and recognized us and was very friendly . Would definitely recommend him and would ask to have him do all the repairs going forward

I called Baker Brother’s on a morning my original plumber bailed on me to repair a slab leak. From the second Lindsay took my call and greeted me so warmly, I knew I had called the right place. Gabby dispatched Robert Conley and his partner Nick out as promised early that afternoon. They were able to assess the situation in a timely and efficient manner, explaining clearly to me and my insurance field adjuster what the issue likely was and the repairs that would be needed. They wore masks and shoe covers at all times while in my home. They left everything they touched and moved cleaner than they found it. This was an expensive repair, however the cost for what they had to do to complete the repair was very fair. I would highly recommend Baker Brothers for any needed issues. The Baker Brothers crew did a phenomenal job on our new A/C system. Our unit was old and outdated. Summer electricity bills were out of control. Juan came out and installed a new efficient unit that cools our home so much faster. The outside condenser is quiet and the new thermostats are full of information. Very user friendly! Glenn, the technician that arrived was prompt, professional, friendly and competent. He knew exactly how to repair the leak in our pipe, and did so with a minimum amount of surgery to our drywall. Late Saturday A/C repair. The technician made it out quickly. They text a link to track ETA. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Quickly found a rat in the outdoor unit, removed it, cycled the system, and it was good to go.

The mens room at my place of work had a urinal that was faulty. The water keep running (not flooding) constantly with pressure. I called Baker Brothers on Wednesday to see if they can come help fix this issue. They said they couldnt come out till Friday. Fair enough. Then I got a text Friday afternoon mentioning that they could not come out due to being overbooked. 30 minutes later, I got a text saying that Eric Bishop would be arriving soon. He shows up. I take him to the urinal. I show him the problem. He only does a visual inspection and says that he knows exactly what is wrong and that we need a whole new part and that the total cost would be $773.84. He said the part alone would cost $400.00. I reluctantly agreed but felt uneasy about it. So when he went to go purchase the $400 part, I went online and found the same exact part (same brand) that he said he was going to go purchase. The price? $129.00 at Lowes. My suspicion was confirmed. upon his arrival, I asked him how much the part was. He replied I dont know. They bill it to our company. Im standing there wondering how you wouldnt know the price for a part that you JUST bought. He then got pushy and said look, do you want us to do it or not?. I did not feel comfortable at this point and declined his services. I still paid him his $99.00 to come any look at the problem.

Seldom do I find a company today living up to excellent customer service. I found it at Baker Brothers. From the moment I called them until the moment they completed the service, it was spot on terrific. I will use them for everything around my house “and” tell all my neighbors and friends about them. I had a sudden, large leak at the meter in the morning about 10am, so my water was turned off. Baker Brothers was able to send a crew, (initially scheduled for overtime) mid-afternoon. Drew and Tyler repaired the break and had the water back on a few hours later. They were professional, explained the work to my understanding, efficient, and very pleasant on a hot day.

Jake and Hunter did a very nice job of installing a drain pan and shut off valve for my tankless water heater. They knew what they were doing and they took care of it efficiently. Young guys with great experience!!

Jacob D. repaired our two showers quickly, and efficiently. He also explained the the Baker Brothers Family Plan very well. We are happy with the repairs, and we joined their Family Plan. We found the service to be a good value at a reasonable cost. Jacob was helpful, and professional. We made a good decision going with Baker Brothers. Amos was fantastic. Honest in his assessment of toilet repair. Did not try to sell me a part that was not needed. On property a total of about30 min. Never seen a plumber work that fast. Send me Mr. Amos again when I need a plumber.

My mother was having an AC issue so she called Baker Brothers to have a look. The tech that came out took a look at the indoor air handler and told my mother that it was covered in mold. He even showed her pictures of the mold on his phone. He proceeded to quote $1800 to replace the unit. Not willing to accept this, I called another company out with whom I do business with and know to be honest and straightforward. He came out, practically took apart the unit and found just small traces of mold where there is typically moisture build-up. All of the coils were clean and shiny. All that needed to be done was to replace the filters, which he did. The Baker Brothers tech made every effort to scam my mother out of $1800 she doesnt have. She and my stepdad live on a fixed income and would have had to borrow money to replace the unit. My mother has used this company for plumbing repairs in the past and now Im just wondering how much money she has already been scammed out of. Im so sick to my stomach and furious that a company, at the very least, one of their employees would take advantage of senior citizens on limited incomes. They should be ashamed of themselves.

These guys were great. Super helpful in explaining what work was necessary and did everything they could to make the work as inexpensive as possible. They answered all of my questions, provided me with my options, and were fast and clean with the repair.

Luiz Diaz was a Bad A$$!!! He and his helper who I didn’t catch his name were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. They kept my house clean and were courteous to my dogs. If I ever use Baker Brothers I will always want Luiz and his helper to come to my home and no one else. Thank you Luiz, and i would tell your company you need a raise for sure. It’s hard to find people that actually want to work in this world and this trade is much needed!! God Bless!!

Nick was an excellent technician. He was on-time and very helpful. He installed a new water valve for our refrigerator and was efficient and cleaned up after he was finished. I would use this company again.

HVAC stopped turning on. Called Baker Brothers and got next day service. Tech Robert Barron was able to find/resolve the problem. In heat index over 100 degrees, with determination/persistence, he found issue with power supply switch. Robert did temporary fix to get through triple digit weekend until electrician can replace power supply switch to furnace. What I appreciated, he provided me with full detailed invoice/photos with several options for permanent solution and he didn’t pressure me to opt for furnace replacement, which is over 10 years older than AC unit. When I can afford to replace it, Baker Brothers is at top of go to list. I find them honest and their pricing more budget friendly than at least two major companies in my area. Thank you.

Great service. Very efficient and knowledgeable! They do have to come back to complete the job is my only downside but they waived the inspection fee! Would definitely recommend. They were very friendly and even played with my dog.

I was satisfied with the customer service and punctuality that I received from baker bros. I had an AC condensate line that needed to be adjusted and a sewage line that needed to be hydro jetted, cleaned and run a leak test just to be safe. I was quoted at $665.00 to clean out my main line. I declined the offer and found that other plumbing businesses are offering anywhere from 175 to 250.00. This place has a good reputation but I dont agree with their pricing. Do your research and compare multiple companies before going with the first.

So Chin was especially polite, proffessional and transparent. I am very pleased with his service.He was thorough in his check up, found the issues, explained the causes. He is what I expect when I call for service. I will definitely request him specifically every time..
