Called this afternoon and spoke with Frank to inform them that their truck driver broke our black trash can basically in half this morning during pick up. They cannot deliver a new one for 2 weeks! Asked what they suggest we do in the meantime, and he said to just put our trash in bags on the side of our house. Lol! Horrible suggestion as we have coyotes, and other wildlife that would love if we just put our trash bags on the side of the house!Horrible service as far as Im concerned. A new trash bin should be delivered in a timely fashion, especially when it was no fault of our own!!

Called to schedule a bulk pick-up and had a great experience with Paul!

I had called into customer service this morning to let them know that our black can had been forgotten about the past 2 Fridays, it wasnt an emergency, we were not overflowing or anything and we have been so busy I finally had time to call. She said that she would let the driver know for this Friday. But funny enough in our area Tuesdays are recycling days and our house got missed! I called back in and kinda laughed about it with the next rep, and not even 20 minutes later I can hear him pulling up to grab our recycling. Thank you! That one definitely needed to go out! We greatly appreciate the friendly customer service and quick response time!

We are frustrated with the City of Mesa solid waste removal. Our trash collector removed our blue barrel by lifting it up and dumping both trash and our barrel. I was shocked to see him drive away with our barrel. It took a week for the city to replace our fairly-new dumpster with an old, scuffed-up one. The driver took out his anger on us by ignoring our full barrel the next week. Just yesterday our trash collector ignored our two, filled green barrels. Why cant this city hire competent workers for this job???

On June 16, 2020 around 9-10:00am on Forge Cir in Mesa AZ off of somerset rd, I had one of the best experiences in waste pick up ever! I was on the final stages of trimming down my pineapple palms and other bush trimmings when I heard the waste truck working the next block over! As I was cleaning up my trimmings and trying to pack them down tightly without cutting up my hands and arms into the bin as I could. I then realize my recycle bin could only hold so much to be acceptable to dump! So, here comes the waste truck and in my driveway lays a ton of trimmings left over for the next weeks pick up. As the driver pulls up and notices I was breaking down my palm trimmings for next weeks pick up he puts the truck in park, hops out and says “if you wanna clean up your driveway I can help you out!” I looked back and stated “WHAT, You serious?” He was like, yes and from that moment on I felt Gods love that day! He took time out to help dump three bins full of palms into the waste truck! So, I just wanted to take a few minutes out my day to send some love back to that Mr Waste Guy driver that took time out of his day to help a brutha out! Thank you for going above and beyond, especially with everything going on in the world today. Thank you Mr Waste Guy driver you’re truly heavenly sent!

The worst solid waste dept. Ever! Lazy, unreliable services. They simply dont do the job we as tax payers are paying for.They should all be fired. Rehire new competent intelligent and professional responsible people.Taking my one star back!

041118 Gary stopped by and took care of some problems with our trash pick up. I was so impressed how quickly he responded and he represents our town of Mesa so well.We just had another positive experience with Heather. This fine organization regularly visits our office to make sure their services are meeting our needs and they always seek to make them better. She is always looking for ways to make our business more efficient and affordable. We love the City of Mesa employees. I am so impressed with you.

The worst lazy unreliable dept. They dont pick up garbage half the time!

When I make a BM this is where in goes to after I flush it down the toilet. They do a great job of removing it from the water and melting it down. I will flush a thank you note down the toilet as appreciation.

Must be the heat-beat/first day of summer..not the first time though, waste-truck driver just left it at that this afternoon.

Worst customer service ever. You must listen to endless useless info to get to a human.
