They were responsive being able to come just days after my request. Two young men showed up and were extremely nice and worked fast. They even cleaned up drywall crumbles which was not expected. What a great service!

The technicians were polite, professional, and friendly. They were careful when removing bulky items so that they didnt damage anything. The owner was friendly and prompt, and was willing to go over the details of the online quote over the phone. The price was more than fair and I would recommend them to anyone.

I called them to get garbage out of the house I just sold. They came in the earlier end of the timeframe which was 3-5PM. I was quoted between 150-175 sight unseen. The individual taking the garbage away told me 185. I was fine with that as it was pretty close to the amount I was expecting. I paid with a cc and was done.

They did a phenomenal job clearing my side yard after a small home renovation project. The junk pile unfortunately sat through a couple monsoons which left the gravel disheveled and messy looking. They raked everything back into place prior to leaving. 10/10 for professionalism and customer service!

I first used Garbage Guy several years ago (maybe 10 years ago) to haul away some old furniture and exercise equipment that was gathering dust and taking up space. I just recently purchased new items and needed to get rid of a broken 5-drawer dresser, an old tube TV, a broken recliner, a broken queen bed frame, and a queen box spring. I remembered what a great job Garbage Guy did for me previously, and happily hired them again. They were quick to communicate and respond via email and text re the quote. Very professional. Quickly scheduled my appointment. Arrived when they said they would. Completed the job quickly and efficiently. Charged me exactly as outlined in the quote. They are GREAT!!

I have used them several times, and am really happy with them! This time, we had a huge tree come down in a really bad storm, and landscaping/arborist crews werent going to be able to come out for at least a month (at a HUGE rate). I called the Garbage Guy, and they were out to help me that same afternoon! The guys were FANTASTIC, and even swept up the area on my porch where the Palo Verde tree debris from the branches we piled up were! Is that AMAZING service, or what?! Professional, friendly men got right to work and did a great job working as a team. Matt collected the many boxes I needed to get rid of, quickly checking inside each one to make sure it was empty. Nelson broke down the boxes and packed the truck in a way that economically utilized the space. Matt separated the items I was donating checking with me to make sure something was truly meant to be donated. These two fellows got done in 45 minutes a nasty job that would have taken me a week or longer. After loading the truck, Matt swept the garage and took away the debris. If I ever need help getting rid of stuff, I will hire Garbage Guy and request Matt and Nelson. Great service!

These guys were so great. I never had to wait on them returning my texts or calls; they always responded so fast. I also needed to reschedule a pick up from them and they had zero problem with it and worked around my schedule. They say they picked up my junk, I came home to a clean backyard. It looked like they raked everything up and swept my patio. They also called to ask if I needed a few other things picked up that I completely forgot about! Best choice for any kind of junk pick up. I had a bath remodel done. I had called the city to pick up the trash and they did pick up some of the trash, but not all of it. so I called again 2 more times. They told me they would pick up the trash each time but no one showed.The Garbage Guy showed up the next business day. Called to let me know when they were about 10 min. out. And, did a fantastic job of picking up all the trash from the front yard, garage and the back yard.I think they may have left the grounds cleaner than before the remodel.

This Company is awesome! I had a huge Palo Verde tree that we took down in our front yard.
