Dealing with this company compared to my last company (WM) is like night versus day. The under promise over deliver aspect is something you dont see too much anymore. I appreciate the transparency and dedication to serving the customer by any and all means.

We have been using Republic services for years. Their drivers have not missed a scheduled date. One of their drivers even went out of their way to help me move some small equipment out of in front of a dumpster so we could have service. They communicate really well, quick response times as well. Evan has always responded to emails and phone calls quickly and we get great service.
Working with RS has been amazing! Acct Exec Ken BigDawg Pederson has been an amazing resource providing info on services offered, processes, and explaining why the costs are what they are.

Scheduled bulk pick up, took items to road as requested. Never picked up and asked I bring the items back in until next month and reschedule again.This is a service customers pay for, have no choice to go to another trash service due to the city contract and they know that so what can we do... Never had any problems with Right Away Disposal. Js

Clearly just a moto. In the time of our Nations needs this is how Republic Services handles Tonto National Park.Tonto National Parks have been open now for days and this is the results of the poor leadership from within Republic Services. So how many more days will you NOT be working to keep the community clean? This is a short 20 minutes from your office parking lot that is not full of garbage blowing around. If you need direction on how to TRULY keep our Community Clean put in place the people with the actual skills to get RESULTS.

DO NOT SIGN THAT CONTRACT!!!! It will be harder to get out of that contract than it is to get a divorce! Republic Services is the absolute worst business I have ever came across. READ THE CONTRACT! Their contracts are designed so that there is no way they could ever be at fault for a customer wanting to cancel their service. This is a snippet right from their contract “Any notice of termination under this agreement by customer shall be void unless sent via certified mail, return receipt requested, and actually received by company.” It’s 2018 and you have to send certified mail to cancel a contract. But then even when you do that, they can simply say “I never received it, even though you have a return receipt because our contract states we have to actually receive it, and I can just say we didn’t”.There are no protections for you as their customer. They will handcuff you and not let you go no matter how much you have to kick and scream. They have the money to spend on lawyers, which I’m sure is a huge part of their revenue stream. They are designed to pray on their customers. Horrible horrible horrible company. Check out guys at Weinberger; family owned & operated, and they keep their customers by providing a great service, NOT by holding their customers ransom by their contract.

3 trash cans in a row!! 3 of them! Yet my trash can gets missed!!! New driver I was told! No what it was, is the driver was rushing!!!! Now trash wont be picked up until Tue!! Need it dumped today!! Not tomorrow!!
Wow, just got off the phone with DeVante from customer service. Its been a sometime since Ive absolutely wasted 20 minutes of my life. You guys rock keep up the good work! We talked about landfills and after all he had to say, they dont work with their landfills that use their name? LoL good luck in life! Worst customer service ever✔️
If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered a dumpster from this company in order to do home renovations. We extended the dumpster for an additional two weeks, as we were told by customer service that we could have it for up to 30 days. The company removed the dumpster from our home almost two weeks early in error. I have tried speaking with customer service and no one seems to be able to help me. All they could do was queue my request for an operational supervisor to call me. It has been two weeks and ive received no contact. Additionally, i never received confirmation of my order in the first place. I will never use this company again and dont recommend them to anyone. I feel like essentially they have stolen nearly $500 from me...
I moved into a new house over a week ago. Called on Monday the 25th to set up service. They said theyd have containers to me on Friday. Then I called today and get another rep who barely spoke English who says my account was never setup. After waiting for this idiot to setup my account, he comes back saying that I need to call my water company, who is unfortunately Johnson Utilities. Yeah, like that is going to go anywhere. They will tell me to call Republic!!! It would sure be nice to have some customer service from people who dont have their head in the same place they use their toilet paper.
I am getting sick and tired of the driver putting the trash cans in the middle of driveway after they empty them. not to happy with them right now
I would Recommend anybody to use Republic services. They have several issues such as shown below1. Bad Service2. Bad customer serviceAnd the worst of all they leave you and hold like i was put by (Preston)

Customer service is a joke. Dont bother calling...I never spoke with anyone just heard the same pre-recorded message over and over and over again for the hour I sat on hold
They never respond, nor do what they say they will do!
Had me on hold for a long time, and couldn’t give me a clear answers, wasted 15 minutes of my life.
