People who come here need to have a copy of their water bill on paper. Even if you have an electronic bill they wont take it 👎

Safety vests are required! $3 to purchase on site. Would have been nice to know this ahead of time- nothing posted. No one was there to direct us where to dump.

Easy to get in and out, organized and usually pretty clean, lately not so much, but usually is. Inexpensive and plenty of room to get around with a trailer load.

Just went to the Pecos facility for the first time today They close early on Saturday’s even though their website says they are open until Noon. They will not accept anything after 11:45. I was there at 11:30. The line was long. By the time I arrived at the window the scale lady informed they were closed. She was extremely rude. The city of Mesa made a big mistake signing a contract with Republic.

DO NOT SIGN THAT CONTRACT!!!! It will be harder to get out of that contract than it is to get a divorce! Republic Services is the absolute worst business I have ever came across. READ THE CONTRACT! Their contracts are designed so that there is no way they could ever be at fault for a customer wanting to cancel their service. This is a snippet right from their contract “Any notice of termination under this agreement by customer shall be void unless sent via certified mail, return receipt requested, and actually received by company.” It’s 2018 and you have to send certified mail to cancel a contract. But then even when you do that, they can simply say “I never received it, even though you have a return receipt because our contract states we have to actually receive it, and I can just say we didn’t”.There are no protections for you as their customer. They will handcuff you and not let you go no matter how much you have to kick and scream. They have the money to spend on lawyers, which I’m sure is a huge part of their revenue stream. They are designed to pray on their customers. Horrible horrible horrible company. Check out guys at Weinberger; family owned & operated, and they keep their customers by providing a great service, NOT by holding their customers ransom by their contract.

Good facility, nice employees, be on the scale early enough to be done un-loading before closing time.

If I was allowed to chose zero stars I would. They removed my containers because an employee who should have just changed my name on the account deleted my account then it took them over a week to return containers. Here I am almost 2 weeks later, finally got my cans back, was supposed to have two separate courtesy pick ups that never happened and multiple supervisors were supposed to call me back to follow up and never do. Their customer service is terrible and if you have another choice I suggest you go with the other choice. These people are very rude, they play the blame game and dont say what they are going to say. This company is full of a bunch of liars and just train their employees to be the same way. Ive written multiple reviews on the BBB and have received nothing back. I have spent multiple hours on the phone with this company and nothing got resolved. Trust me when I say to go somewhere else if You can! Save yourself he hassle.

First off lets start by the fact that they charge a flat rate of $25 for anything under a ton, pretty outrageous if you only have 50 or hundred pounds of trash to get rid ofOn The day that I came I pulled up to the waystation had to wait 10 minutes before the window slid open.
