I called and spoke with Oscar on the phone as I was on a tight deadline for the vehicle to be detailed. He was very helpful and told me to bring the vehicle in to speak with Pablo. Pablo and crew were able to complete the detailing by the specified time, which was great. The mats were still a little damp but that was to be expected due to my short deadline. They did the back windshield of my sons car and it bubbled, I told my son to bring it back and they told him its normal because of the temperature lines. BS, is it also normal for the tint to bubble off?They took advantage of a young kid and charged 80 for the shotty job of the back windshield.I paid 150 for my entire Yukon and it was an amateur that did it... what do you know... no bubbles.Dont do it!!! Pay for a satisfactiction guarantee..

Oscar and his assistant were professional and quick. They arrived on time, replaced my damaged windshield and were on their way with NO problems.

Detailed for a couple hours, got back and there is still dog hair, crumbs, black spots all over dash and infotainment. Dirt still in trunk, in between seats are filthy, outside looks fine other than one tiny marker spot they missed on tailight. Would not reccomend their detail service it seems they are hit or miss.

I have to say I thought the guy was a good businessman and I brought my wifes 2013 BMW 335 to him to have the windows tinted and the car was flawless with not a scratch on it when I brought it there. With that said I waited four hours for the windows to be tinted in her car and when I got it back and it drove up the front bumper was all scratched up and gauged and it was touched up by one of his guys and when he said we would review the video he automatically forgot the password and the next day he was avoiding my text messages and calls so I went down there and he said he viewed the video and the damage was not done by him but I was not able to see the video it was unavailable isnt that convenient... this guy is nothing but a hack and I would not trust him with a 1967 rusted up Volkswagen hes a terrible businessman and doesnt take the blame for anything. People beware and do not use this guy

Wednesday morning our suv was taken to this shop to get detailed and fixed. Around 1020 am it was stolen right from the front of the shop. Someone managed to drive off with it. My husband and I showed up unexpectedly to check on it a little before 2 pm only to find out it was gone. No one called! I dont understand how it was gone that long and no one seemed to notice!

If I could leave 0 stars I would....I’ve done business with EBJ detail in the past They have done 2 cars in the past and this incident was going to be #3 I contracted EBJ to come out on Tuesday feb. 6th at 9 am they were supposed to come to my workplace to do the job, are usually take you to their shop but this time I just couldn’t we spoke today before to set up this appointment and everything is agreed-upon nowcome February 6 I wait for them to come in and give them the benefit of the doubt that they will probably stuck in traffic or just couldn’t find a place so I called and texted EBJ detail and I got no response throughout the day cold and no response after doing business in the past as a customer I was disappointed in EBJ and Jose who I set up the appointment with because of the no-show and not even the courtesy of letting me know that he could Or a reschedule they just ignored my calls and texts this is not how you treat any customers please give them the courtesy on contacting them back when you’re not going to show up poor business
