The service here use to be better. We asked for The Works but it did not seem as if we got that service. They even forgot the scent tablet they use to put in the car. Its okay if you can not clean your own car.

Was there to get the interior completely detailed. When I got in my car, it was like brand new, the look and the smell.They did an EXCELLENT job in detailing my car.Definitely would recommend the Full Circle Autowash. Your vehicle will seem new when they are done. They have a nice area to wait.

If 0 stars were an option thats what this location would receive. They ruined the tint on my back window and would not accept responsibility. The manager Wally is useless and provides zero value. He was accusatory of me when I told him about the damage to my vehicle, his employees lied and said the damage was already there (absolutely not!). He said theres nothing he can do (not sure what he actually does if anything). I cannot believe the horrible service at this location. I should have read the other reviews so I would have known to not use this car wash. Hard lesson learned and will never return to a Full Circle Auto Wash.

Ive been coming here from years. I even buy the Groupon for the Elite washes. However the past 2 or 3 visits has been less then stellar. Things being missed, wax being left in body creases... But today was a different case entirely! I was helped by Mark to ensure my experience was nothing less than spectacular. Joe was the gentleman that over saw my car being detailed. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience today. So what I do know is if you find yourself with an issue speak up. I wished I had sooner. They were so gracious about making it right.

Came in for a full wash and detail... $300 was a deal supposedly and told me he would put two guys on it and would be done in 2 to 2-1/2 hours... shampoo seats and all...sat for two hours watched them clean a few other cars that came in after me. Told them I had to go and need a refund. Apparently they can’t do refunds and they could give me a voucher to come back or just had to wait. Absolutely do not recommend

I know its hot out, I worked at a carwash for2 years. But I did my job just as fast on the last one of the day as the first of the day.My car sat in the sun for 20 minutes before anyone touched it. Its sad that kids today dont have the work ethics as we older people did.Not happy

Dont waste your money. Paid $28.99 for a VIP and my car was still dirty when they tried to tell me it was finished. Need to clean vacuum because the inside was still dirty. Since when does dog hair not come up when you vacuum?. Very poor customer service. Should have checked reviews. Will never return.

My vehicle stayed worse than when we first drove it through car wash. Not enough water through rinse cycle. Very disappointing!!!!

I have used this place for many years. I had bought a detail a while back and finally decided to use it. I felt it was not a good job. After discussing it, they made it right.... much better the second time around. One star off as I had to make an extra trip and extra hours out of my day. Otherwise they’ve always done an excellent job.

Just about the best wash you can get for 3$. They did a really good prewash and a really good dry, both by hand. I’m really happy with the quality. Btw was a Friday morning.

Came in the middle of day to avoid delays in service and it was a horrible experience. Guys were just standing around socializing and not attending to cars. The long wait/service was not worth it. The cleaning/vacumm and wash was average.

Probably the worst quality drive thru car wash Ive been to. Have been here many times for the full service car wash but will not return for a drive thru car wash. Car came out with soap still on it and there was no other tools over than vacuums.

Terrible service, I have been trying to get my truck in for a full detail service for the last week which I prepaid for and every time I go in to drop it off at 9am in the morning they say they are backed up for the day and that they are not accepting prepaid customers at that time, I would not recommend and would try someone where else first because they won’t have the ability to help you anyways

Went in today 3:12 pm to get an oil change. I had to walk around to look for someone to service me. They offer a free car wash which is cool, but we didnt leave from there until about 450pm.The lady took forever to show up and wipe our car down, then she kept walking away to talk to other workers.My wife ended up just walking over to get into the car, the lady came over to the car to wiping some more, she was speaking on spanish to someone and walked away again....this time we just drove off.Horrible service mirror and window still dirty.

I’ve been to a lot of bad car washes... This one takes the cake! From the greeter eating while stood their and waited, to the vacuuming guy complaining and moving at a snails pace, it was bad from the start! I will not be back, I will not recommend and I would urge others to stay away.

Worst car wash ever. Everyone I dealt with was rude. My car still had the writing on the window and no scent, and my car was left unlocked in the parking lot when I got there.

2nd time I get a car wash and when I get home the car is still filthy! I dont know why but for the $$$ I will look somewhere else. Not coming back

They do an okay okay job. Ive been using this place since they opened several years ago. You used to be able to get a really nice job done for about $30 but not now. The prices are getting out of hand and the quality is going down on their menu washes. If you spend the money on a full detail for $100 or more then they actually do a pretty decent job. But for a quick run through youll be disappointed.

The cashier and the guy who works outside were arguing at the cashier stand. Very unprofessional and as hes walking out he continues to say how very disrespectful the cashier is today. These are the workers!

They do not do a good job. It just seems like they dont care what kind of job they do on your car.they had to redo my car twice the second time it came out they let it air-dry so I have water spots. Spoke to the manager twice. I understand covid-19 is going on right now and everything but if Im paying over $30 for a car wash I expect my car to be cleaned. They couldnt even vacuum my car correctly. Im so disappointed in their service here.if you come here just make sure you walk around your car open up all your doors and check to see if they did their job correctly.

We went to get my car full serviced (detailed, shampooed & bombed) and the manager yesterday night was great...he said he wasnt happy with the job and would keep it overnight and do it over first thing in the morning...we got there and it wasnt done...they gave us lots of excuses as to why it wasnt done...we were NOT HAPPY. Then there was a guy who came in and first thing he did was our car and after he was done introduced me to the owner. After a very pleasant discussion about my frustrations, he turned things around and gave us two VIP washes and came out and checked my car to make sure it was up to par. He was thankful for the feedback so they can do better. I was very pleased when I left despite the issues.

I will never take my SUV there aging! I give them a nother chance to clean it and all the did was vacuum it an left all the trash. I paid for a detail cleaning which wasnt given. A month of ago I took it for a oil change and the SUV is asking for a oil change again Please this place is not given the service they used too I dont Recommend it no more

I went today after a long road trip. I have used this car wash for many years. I left AZ for 2 years and have now returned. I asked to have my truck waxed but that never happened. It was washed and then the interior was smeared with armor all... I ask not to have the interior slimmed. I left unhappy and wonder what happened? Only $109 for a car wash. Never again. I hope someone contacts me about this.

Worst customer service ever! They distroyed my hand made rosary and said they knew nothing about it. Its been hanging in my mirror for 5 years!!!!Word of mouth is the best advertising. First, no I dont want to email/talk to them in response to this post. Worst carwash ever. Rude from the beginning when I had to wait 5 minutes to be seen when the employees were chatting with each other right next to me. They locked themselves out of the car after they were warned about auto lock. An employee got upset and smacked the mirror. Finally after I had been there for over an hour I got the car back and they didnt even vacuum out the rear seat.

Had an unfortunate battery died problem mid drying of my car. The owner Tim came over and helped jump my car. Afterward, he offered that their service station can help and replace the battery then. I agreed and waited for the replacement to be installed.We found out later that the car would not start even with the new battery. They isolated the problem to the main fuse getting popped. The bad luck is that the particular fuse my Honda Accord Hybrid is a special type that was not available at any of the local dealerships and had to be special ordered from Los Angeles.It meant I had to leave my car over the weekend. When the part arrived today, Tim called me and assured me that the car is finally running and ready for me to pick up.The friendly folk and Tim the owner went over and above to try to get my problem resolved.I’ve been an year long splash pass member and will be for a while thanks to their service.

STAY AWAY!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would, I had my headphones STOLEN and the interior wasnt even touched, they just sprayed Black Ice and gave me the car back. I was so consumed trying to find my headphones that I didnt bother to see if car was cleaned only to realize later that the chalk marks from writing the kind of car wash were still there on passenger window. $5 car wash with vacuum is better than $35 car wash with these guys.

I got a full detail and oil change, they took a lot of time on my carpets and seats my car hasnt looked this good since I bought it!! Very impressed with their dedication in getting my car very clean. I highly recommend thisplace it took a little longer than it was supposed to but I did not complain my car fantastic.

Dont waste your money. we paid for the elite package, at the Mesa, Baseline location.Personally I feel the $3 car wash is twice as good.Outside was clean but what I expect from brushes.The inside looked like a 5 year old cleaned it. We all know how 5 year old works. Took pIctures but no here to upload them on the review page, so words will have to do. I did not go back. No use going back to to complain, All I would have gotten was we apologize let us give you a free wash. I dont want another wash. I want what I paid for. $36.00 car washShouldnt have been done the correct way the 1st time.

Good car wash, it quickly washes your car and gets your car looking nice. They have several options and discounts if your willing to buy packages in bulk which is nice. They have a good seating area inside if you really want a detailed wash. I enjoyed my visit and my clean truck when they we done with it. I would go again and purchase there services.

I waited for 2 hours and no one touched my car. I had to leave, so they said I could come back right when they open. So I did. I was the first one there at 7:30am when they opened. I went inside and sat down and they put my car to the side AGAIN. For 45 minutes I sat and watched as my car sat on the side and other cars just arriving passed my car. The manager came out and talked down to me and said that my car would take 3-4 hours to do. He made it seem like it was my fault. I have never had a car wash and interior take longer than 1.5 hours. I was already there 2 hours the previous day and now he wants me to wait another 4? It should not take a collective 6 hours to wash my car.

Jay Smooth forgot to put the oil filler cap back on. They didn’t have the type of oil my truck takes in stock. They told me 4 times my truck was ready but it wasn’t. The clerk didn’t know how to invoice the sales ticket. Worst experience I’ve had with them.

I was there on March 16, 2019 around 11 am. I was doing an express wash so I stayed in my vehicle. There was a long line of cars to go through the wash and the line didnt move at all for quite some time...nobody was working it. Then finally a guy showed up and a small red car was moved up to start going through the wash but it didnt actually start going into the wash yet. Then a different guy got in the pickup truck that was behind the red car and moved it up, but he must have put it in neutral already and then got out and closed the door. The red car hadnt started moving yet, but the truck was moving...towards the red car. Finally a different guy noticed the truck rolling towards the red car and he went running to the truck, but was too late. The truck HIT the red car!!! The employees starting yelling profanities at each other! Then I asked for my money back and explained what happened and that I had zero confidence they were going to tell the owner of the red car what happened. They gave me my money back. Advice: Dont ever leave sight of your vehicle at a car wash!!

Do not come here. Staff is pushy about upsales in ways Ive never known before. I actually felt like I was being borderline bullied by not one, but 2 employees writing up my ticket. They were aggressive in ways that definitely felt as if they transcended my individual experience, they spoke down to me and openly scoffed at me. I ended up walking away after demanding a ticket with just the basic wash. I then went inside to ask about a manager and was informed the person I just had the experience with was the manager. I will not come here again, and you shouldnt either.Oh, and the actual wash was garbage. I had to redo windows and interior cleaning myself. Give your money to anyone but these people.

Took my truck in to have the 2 two wax job. It now has swirl marks all over the truck that are bad. for the amount of money you pay for the work to be done it should look better than brand new

Full Circle is awesome! They did a great job on my trucks interior and exterior! The customer service is what sets them apart--helpful, not too pushy, and very friendly. Theyve earned a new long term customer! I hope they open a location closer to me, but they are worth they extra drive!

I rate the detail work as a 3 because they forgot to give back one of four mats. Nit caught until after I got home - they were in trunk and still wet. Windows were not cleaned at the top that were in the rubber channel. Very pleasant people, but busy. I am having a second car done and will reevaluate upon completion.

I read the reviews but decided to give Full Circle a try, unfortunately I was disappointed like many others. I paid for the Elite package and was pressured to upgrade but continually declined. The vacuum job was sub par, lots of debris left behind. The pre-wash was rushed and missed a lot. The detailers spent 20 minutes on the car before me and 5 minutes on mine even though I paid for the top wash option. They didnt even air gun the water out of the crevices. One of the guys stepped on my painted bumper to dry the top of the vehicle, scratching the paint (didnt even wipe off the footprint) the interior cleaning was hit and miss, half the surfaces missed with the cleaner. Bottom line, I will not be back.

Worst company with a scam. The splash pass is an unlimited 30 day pass. I was not advised that it would be a reoccurring monthly membership. Been paying the last 4 months and never used. There is no account number they just keep your credit card info. The only way to cancel the membership is to go online and it takes 7 days to process. I am going spread the word and I hope you do the same.

First time here they kindly explained what to do. I wish that the person on prep scrubbed bugs off tho. And the guy that drys the cars for the Express exterior gets major probs. For what time he had to dry my car before the next car he did a good job!!

When the guy sold me a buff/wax job special for $100 he told me it was originally $140. When I received the receipt they check marked the $119 buff/wax job and no where on the receipt was a $140 buff/wax job. I was told the inside windows will be cleaned along with inside wipe down and vacuumed. When they were finished I did a walk around and had to point out lots of places they missed, as well as tar not cleaned off. The inside was not cleaned at all. Back windows still had water spots. The staff is very friendly and offered for me to return for a redo, but why not do the job right the first time. My time is wasted on bad service! PS: There were a couple long scratch marks right next to the drivers door that I know wasnt there when I took it in, but I cant prove that. :(

Worst car detail ever. I reserved the day before and paid upfront because I was assured Id have a detailing bay reserved for me when I get there. I show up and they dont even have any of my info on file. After dropping it off at 8 and being told it would take a couple hours I dont call until NOON to check on it and she says they just finished the headlights and it would be three more hours! So almost 8 hours after I dropped it off its ready. I show up and they clearly just rushed the job. The seats are still so wet its setting off my passenger seat belt sign, they didnt wash the tires, my cupholders, door compartments werent touched, there was still dog hair in the backseat and they left their writing on my window! And to top it off I requested they do a windshield repair for a chip I had and when I wanted to confirm they did it they said they didnt know and started rubbing their fingers all over my windshield. Some other guy claimed it was done but I took it to another place after and found out they lied and didnt even repair it! Worst $175 Ive ever spent.

I was pleasantly surprised. We went for a $3 car wash, and at the end their was a nice man waiting and wiped down all the wet spots the dryers missed. I felt bad that we didn’t have a couple bucks for a tip, he definitely deserved it. Thanks!

We visited last night about an hour before they closed and got the platinum package. Spent about 30 dollars for the worst car wash ever and a horrible scratch on my brand new vehicle!! The exterior still had dirt spots all around the trunk door. And the back passenger doors were not thoroughly wiped down. I called this morning to speak about the scratch on my door and the manager was very rude, didnt seem apologetic or even try to listen to any of my concerns and hung up before one I was done talking.We will never go back.

If i could give zero stars I would! My son went in for an interview as both my ex husband and I are customers and some other family members as well. He went in for a 1045am interview checked in with the desk and had a seat. He waited over 40 minutes before he went to use the restroom then went back to check in at cashier to see if he had been called and he hadnt been called yet. The problem with this is that there seems to be a lack of respect for his time. And if you dont value his time then I do not feel like continuing to spend money with this company. He simply wanted to work and wasnt even given the opportunity to even interview. I will no longer be a paying customer and neither will any other member of my family.

I love the monthly deal quick and convenient. But when you pay for a high tier wash and the people who dry off your car dont give you what you paid for and give you attitude when you ask if the wash comes with something they missed. Gets annoying quick. Happens everytime

Rude front lady with brownish hair! Tells me they close in 20mins but it was 515pm. All I wanted was is a oil change. Then tells me she doesnt know if they have time. Not single car in the bays. She said she has to ask her manager about oil changes. Come outside a gentleman help me and said pull right in. Down part of that-( your oil level is low, would you like to do engine flush? Because your oil is real dark and would clean your engine! Actually your not suppose to flush your engine! Says so in the owner manual!!! Con artist at their best

Would be 0 stars, but the one Star is for the sales rep at the entrance who was upbeat, fair and helpful.The rest of the experience was laughable. After waiting 40 minutes for what they said would take 20, I asked the cashier if the car was done. She said no, and that theyd tell me when it was ready. She made no attempt to get me an ETA or show any level of concern that Id waited twice as long as expected. I waited an other 10 minutes and decided to walk outside. As soon as I got to the outdoor waiting area I could see my car had been done for a while. It was completely dry and no one was working on it. I was annoyed by the needless waiting but whats worse is when I sat down to drive away the interior didnt even look clean. The floors were barely vacuumed and the dash, doors, console were swiped with some tacky/oily substance. The cup holders werent even wiped out. I actually laughed. It was like a bad joke.

Not sure what the fuss is about. I took my car there to get the carpet cleaned and ended up with a car wash and carpet / upholstery shampoo for a reasonable price. Best part, the pet fur that was embedded into my carpet so badly I couldnt vacuum it out, scrape it out, or even brush it out, was GONE!! They did the impossible for me, great job!

I prepaid for a detail here. Never again. They were supposed to call me when my vehicle was done and never did. I showed up 8 hours later to find the worst buff and wax job I have ever seen. The wax was in every crack and crevice of my vehicle and not even buzzed out. Everytime it rains now wax comes losing out and runs down my vehicle. When I went to pick it up or ask for a manager and complained and all they did was have more people come over and pretend to fix the job right in front of me. This was their second chance. They put an inexperienced person in charge of my major asset and they mess it up every time its my own fault for trusting them and giving them a second chance. Plus the tall thin salesman with the dark hair who sold me the prepaid package insulted me when I came back to use it saying that my outfit was too casual... Rude AF

Ive come here at least five times. I usually show up in the morning and only wait maybe 20 mins while they clean and vacuum. I have really grown to like this place, just know what you want before you pull up, they will try and upsell you. Friendly sales men though.

I like that they rinse your car before you enter the carwash and they hand dry it when you come out no matter what car wash you get. Thats amazing service! Theyre vacuums work very well. Theyre monthly thing starts at $10 for unlimited basic washes thats a great deal. Theyre the best.

I paid for VIP wash. The outside of the vehicle looks good but the inside has dirty places all over the place. My dash still has dust all over it. The windows were done half way, there are spots everywhere. It appears they didnt even open the back hatch of the van because the whole rear floor didnt even get vacuumed. I am very disappointed and wont be returning here.

Ive been to this location a few times. Typically they do a decent job. Its the interior that always gets missed. I had my car washed recently and they gave my keys back saying the car was ready. When I got in, Nothing was wiped down on the inside. The vacuum job was not done well, my windows still had streaks, & it doesnt look like the front window was wiped at all. And there was no air freshener sprayed in the car, when I asked for new car scent. If i am paying over $20 for a wash and interior cleaning, plus leaving them a tip, I expect a better job than this. Im disappointed and dissatisfied.

Just got done redoing the VIP WASH I paid for here at my house. Other than a vacuum I dont think the interior was even touched. No scent, no tire shine dusty as all can be. Been there alot in the past. But that was the last draw. Spraying little air on the dash board doesnt work guys. I could go on but I need to get back to getting the bugs off my truck.
