This used to be a great company when Kydon was performing my pest control services.The new pest control expert came to perform the service and spent a total of 5 minutes performing their service. I could not see any evidence that they sprayed. I did my inspection within 3 minutes of them leaving.Just to give you an idea new pest control company took 30 to 45 minutes to properly perform their services.I would not recommend Ky-Ko Pest Prevention.

I highly recommend Kyko’s for pest prevention. They are incredibly thorough and responsive. Their prevention programs (house sealing, etc) are extremely comprehensive and necessary in the desert. I’m grateful I found them!

Joshua has been our service rep for years and is reliable and professional and all of our needs have been met. We have him spray our yards for scorpions etc once a month and don’t have any problems within our house because he does such a good job.

Update to this review. Met with Jerry and him and the company have pledged to work with me to make things right. I really appreciate them coming out and following up to fix this as they promised. I am changing this to 5 stars. Its great when a company today will do what it can within reason to satisfy the customer. I thank Ky KoHad a sales person come out and showed him where the problem lies with Pigeons and the issues that I am having. He suggested some spikes and screening and I spoke that I see them on the tiles and at the top of the roof. We looked and did not notice that there was any nesting going on but he suggested this should work. They installed a spike strip and a screen. Well nothing has changed and was informed they will come out and give me a new bid to fix the problem when I already paid for this. Still awaiting a solution

I especially liked the Tesla store! The salesman was well informed and answered all if my questions to my satisfaction. Many upscale stores as well as others. Nice natural lighting. Numerous levels with open, airy feeling. Nice mall overall.

Been with them about ten years. My old technician left the company so I have a new person. I think shes fine but I know shes using different chemicals. The old chemicals worked better. The new chemicals dont work that well in my opinion and experience.I had service on mid April, but never received a bill. Had to call the office and tell them You never sent me a bill. I also mentioned my dissatisfaction with the new chemicals but I dont think the telephone agent understood my concerns.

We are very pleased with our service we received from KY-KO. We figured out we had termites when we saw strange tubes coming down from the garage ceiling. We had 2 companies recommended from friends but when we checked them out they had a lot of complaints online and with the BBB. I then got 2 estimates from 2 companies that are BBB accredited. The first company sounded good, but sounded like they were trying to sell us and impress us. Then we had Mark from Ky-Ko come and give us a quote and we were very happy we did. They use a superior chemical than what the other company uses and with a competitive price. We HIGHLY recommend them. :) Oh! And we were very happy with the tech who came and did the work. Very polite young man who was very thorough.

I have been using KyKo pest prevention since moving to Arizona in 2010. I greatly appreciate the consistently efficient and courteous service I receive monthly. I have had several pest service providers try to talk me in to trying their “superior” service but I tell them I have no reason to change. They still want to spend 10 more minutes on my doorstep trying to win me over. When I tell them “it’s not going to happen” they still continue. lol I guess their livelihood is at stake. It’s all about those Arizona Scorpions!!

KY-KO has been amazing. I recently moved to Phoenix for a short term period and every other company out there requires a 12 month contract. KY-KO does not require that. Caroline was amazing when I called and gave me helpful tips until someone was able to get to my house. She had Giovanni come out within 2 business days and he was so nice and made sure he knocked every time he needed to walk in and out. I appreciated how respectful he was since I was home alone. 3 weeks later I had them return due to some more activity and it was free of charge and I was not expecting that-it was due to it being within a 30 day window. Shout out to Caroline and Giovani! I highly recommend the KY-KO team.

I have used KY-KO for several years and have been very happy with the technicians and their desire to make sure your property is indeed pest free. For the last three months this has not been the case. Being licensed, (IPM), person myself since the early 90’s, I’m pretty versed on pest control safely. When you have a newly licensed individual you have ineffectual pest management. For weeks the bugs and spiders inside my house and outside seem to think this is their new place of residency. It is not. I’ve been spending at minimum 1 hour or more each week tearing down very large spidered webs (active) in my windows, soffits, walls all around my house. You just don’t go out on my patio or front door without a broom to fight your way through the spider webs. My patio furniture can’t be enjoyed with a fresh cup of coffee until major spider killing and web removal is completed. DAILY. I have bugs everywhere that I’ve seen in other places and many I’ve never seen. My swimming pool is spider and bug coated constantly. Never has that happened, nor should it. Prior to the recent person (newly licensed) have I ever had a problem. When you stop spraying any river rock, patios, sidewalks, around sliding glass doors, front entryways, around garage doors. Well, you get it. Lightly spraying around the perimeter walls only does nothing more than giving every bug that crawls or flys into your yard a great place to live and breed.Yes, I now have a big bug problem. No, I do not need all these extra services at different prices to radícate these guys. I need consistent full coverage spraying like every month for last several years. I’m hoping this will be done and then with in another 3 months of actively spraying I can reclaim my home as mine. Oh, I have never seen a scorpion on my property EVER. In last 3 months I’ve been stung twice, both my 5 lb. chihuahua’s have been stung. I’ve gotten them gone now and don’t want them back again.I don’t want to hire another company but I also don’t Intend to pay for a new pest control person who’s paranoid. I remember when I-got my license, I also remember what we were taught on the sideline.Get my property under control please.

KY-KO Technician listened to what the issue I had was. Instead of just spraying the ground he found the cause of the issue and treated that. I have not seen any recurrence of the issue and it has been a few weeks. Technician was also on-time and worked efficiently.

I learned the hard way that it is important to have your home sealed. When we moved into our new home a year and half ago, we found scorpions in our bathroom, even after we had our home sprayed.We were told by KY-KO that the home should be sealed in order to protect any scorpions from entering through vents and water sprinklers. We had our home sealed and along with their monthly services, we have not had one scorpion in our house ever since!! Our two neighbors have also decided to get their homes sealed because they too were finding scorpions, even though they had monthly spray services as well.Great company, great service!The technicians at KY-KO are so nice and efficient too!

They asked what we wanted and gave us options to meet our needs. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff is great. I had a billing question one time. One ring and the phone was answered. This is the best pest prevention service Ive the privilege of using. They are informed AND informative, timely, communicative, effective, courteous, consistent, no turnover that Ive experienced, and they have multiple partner divisions that are just as effective, such as roofing, house sealing, etc. We sealed our house before moving in and used their pest prevention since, and though both our neighbors have competitor services coming monthly they are both overrun constantly with scorpions, spiders, and various pests. I, on the other hand, have only encountered ONE barely able-to-move scorpion at the threshold of our patio door on a rainy night in all of 6 years!. Cant argue with results. I use them for 3 of our homes, and for our business, and would dream of changing. Do yourself, your family, (and even your tenants or customers if you have them), and get KY-KO.

I highly recommend Ky-Ko Pest Prevention. Have been using Ky-Ko for several years now and amazingly, insects are never a problem! Live near lots of open desert and next to a wash but since Ky-Ko has been servicing our home monthly, we have been free of bugs - have only seen a scorpion twice and both times, they were nearly dead. Have had an occasional rodent but Matt has placed safe bait traps which took care of the problem immediately. Super-dependable - Matt is our technician and shows up like clock work, same time each month.

Just started having pest control and not real satisfied exterminator said we dont spray inside because of dog, every place else I used did spray inside, anybody have that experience??? I wonder why I was told by tech we dont spray inside because of having a dog any body have a answer why?????????
