Great company and great place to work. Eastern Arizona Exterminating comes to our queen creek home every two months since we are on their bundle program they do mosquito treatment with general pest control. No more scorpions! Couldn’t be happier with our tech Sean and the service we get.

Owned by Moxi now who wanted to charge me $260 for the initial treatment & $130 every 3 months. I loved my service I had before for $55 whenever I needed yall to come out, which usually was about quarterly anyway. I give EAE 5 stars, but now have to look elsewhere due to selling out.

I had been traveling and was at a hotel with bed bugs. I took precautions cleaning everything prior to coming home but wanted to make sure I didnt somehow bring some home with me. I called Eastern Arizona Exterminating and they were wonderful. Austin came out and was incredibly thorough and sent a detailed report when he left. I did not have bed bugs and felt so much better knowing that after Austin did an inspection for them. Everyone on the phone was pleasant to speak with and Austin was great.

Eric and his team are super friendly and responsive and their pricing is very reasonable. They came out to to treat my ant issue in my front and backyard and although they have to come back out to re-treat it wasnt anything they did wrong, its just a bigger issue than we thought. I’ve been using this pest control company for over 6 years and they have always exceeded my expectations. They are always able to work with my schedule for service needs and have even been able to get me scheduled same day. The techs that come out are knowledgeable and friendly. They even take time to answer all of my kids questions about critters and bugs. It sound cliche to say that it feels like family but as personable as the techs are, I’ve never felt like there was a stranger in my house.

We had Eastern AZ exterminators come out to check on some bees we had in our palm trees. They called me and told me that the bees would eventually leave. He wasnt going to spray them and charge me $125 when they would leave on their own. I will definitely call them back and use their service! So professional! Thank you!

I used to always try dealing with bugs by myself. Id waste money putting up flytraps, spraying RAID, only for more bugs to show up. I searched pest control in Mesa and was luckily to find them. They started doing something called fogging, and ever since then, only a few flies have been in my house. Scorpions, mosquitos, beetles, all a thing of the past.

There was some confusion in the office when I phoned in but the tech Jacob Stewart got things straightened up as he had been involved previously; he came out as scheduled and professionally treated the termite issue. Jacob was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.

Jake is the best! He always has a smile on his face and he takes care of business! Some termite control companies do the minimum but Jake not only dug around the house and laid out the chemicals but he took care of the interior as well, patching the spots in the garage so that no one could see that the nasty critters had ever been there. I very much appreciate the service that Jake provides every month both at my house and at a property that I own, and I feel comfortable that both houses are and will remain pest free.

Tbh these guys really helped me out. I got left with bed bugs after a roommate left me them and these guys not only took care of the problem but went out of their way to help me make sure that it doesnt come back. 2 separate heat treatments, sprayed my house with chemicals and the dude even told me how to fix my sink when he saw it didnt have hot water. Seriously cant have had a better experience in my opinion, worth the cost

Eastern Arizona Exterminating is by far the best pest control service I’ve ever used. The friendly and professional nature in which all their employees (Brittany, Sean and Eric are who I work with most) conduct themselves is exemplary. In addition to being great to work with, their products are by far the most effective on the market. I have three small children and live up against native growth area where all of Arizona’s finest pests (scorpions) are lurking but EAE keeps the house and yard completely protected month in month out. Kids play in the house/ yard / pool with complete confidence.Don’t trust your house to anyone else!

He was very respectful and fast and asked if there were any areas that needed extra attention or if I had any pest problems that I would like taken care of other than the general areas. They came the day I found a live bark scorpion close to my 1 year old and called in a panic. Pricing is fair. They spray a thorough coat of chemical throughout the house, outside of the house, and in the garage. I rarely find creepy crawly critters in my house and when I do they are either dead or almost dead. It’s been 3 years of service.

Easter Arizona Exterminating is the best pest control service Ive ever used. Where we live our pest control concerns are bitey and stingy things. We appreciate the advice given to us by the tech to do our part to keep the creepies away. Regularly scheduled monthly service makes it all easy for us, but they have other schedules too. I have used them for the last couple of years and they have always did a good job. I will continue to use their preventive services.

First off, Ive never actually had them come out to my home, so I cant really comment on the quality of any actual exterminating. What I CAN comment on is their phenomenal customer service. I called on Friday, saying that we had a bee hive in one of our trees in the back yard. After asking a few questions, he determined what we had was actually a swarm and then proceeded to explain what that is and how they work. He stated that they would probably be gone in 24-48 hrs and to call if they were still there after that. Turns out, he knows what hes talking about and they left this morning. Heres the best part and why we will definitely be using them if we need any actual exterminating in the future: he said he didnt want to come out to our house because he was fairly certain it was a swarm and didnt want us spending money unnecessarily. In my experience, a lot of businesses these days will take your money and run. Thank you, Eastern Arizona Exterminating, for the great experience!

Was having a pretty bad mice problem! Tried sticky traps myself and still wouldnt contain them. I called and the tech Austin came out and found the main spots of the problem and got it under control!
