Technician Shawn was fantastic! Experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and responsive. His work is amazing. The holes he drilled in the garage are perfectly spaced and refilled so evenly there is no evidence and he carefully cleaned up before he left. Had Will, Shawn and their side kick (sorry, didnt catch the 3rd techs name) out to do pigeon mess removal before our roof replacement and then they came back and installed spikes and netting once the roof was done to keep the birds away. Before having this service, bugs and scorpions were a problem. Since we started using Arizonas Best for pest control....I cant remember the last time Ive seen any bugs or scorpions in the house or garage.

Shawn came out and treated our property for termites And did an incredible job! He was extremely thorough and full of information, he took extra care to make sure all those nasty bugs will stay away from our house and hopefully out of our yard! He was kind and wonderful to talk to, I learned a lot and would use the company again anytime I have problems!

We paid for a one time service package that was only partially done.There were 7 items listed. ONLY 1 1/2 were completed. They did seal around the house and they did check 2 of 4 exhaust vents, that were already sealed.They did not seal plumbing areas inside the house, replace weather stripping on 2 doors, seal around all electrical boxes outside, seal around thresholds and they did not do a complete pest control service. All items are detailed in writing on the agreement.We are very dissatisfied with this service.Since we have already paid and brought these issues to their attention, with no one contacting us about these issues, I would NOT recommend their service.Jeffrey Sanderson.Follow up: After speaking with Shane, his crew came out today and completed the service. I met the driver of the truck, Shawn, and told him I was concerned about the possibility of critters around my home.He came over and did an inspection at no-cost, and he found there was nothing infesting my place! Eric is our tech and he is amazing! He always texts me (my preferred method of communication) a few days before the weekend we are due because he knows weekends are best for us. He always makes a great effort to work around our busy schedule. He has never no showed us, does a very thorough job and can always be out pretty quickly if something comes up. I provided my credit card at the time, received a receipt and that was that, or so I thought.Come 2019 I receive a call with someone there claiming I never paid. How poorly is your company run that you solicit funds 2 years after service. Theyre claiming the card was declined, thats what happens when you wait 2 years top do your paperwork.Please avoid this company as they are inexcusably bad and may call you in two years to collect.I hope this review saves you fellow consumers thousands by going with a different company.

We have been using Arizonas Best Choice for about 7 years. When they first came to us, we had a serious scorpion problem. On the initial visit, they thoroughly went through our house, including the attic, looking for any place a scorpion could get in, and treated each crack and crevice with diatomaceous earth. They recommended someone to seal the foundation outside. We signed up for monthly service and have been getting excellent service from Aaron. He is always there on time, sprays the outside of the house and block fence. My husband used to mark with an X where hed see a scorpion outside, and Aaron would force the powder into the block fence to drive them out. It has been 3 years since weve had a scorpion in our house. We havent seen one outside for over a year. Theyre GONE. Work with your technician as we did, and you will get the results you are looking for. Their office staff is also very polite and helpful, calling us a few days before our appointment to confirm. We highly recommend Arizonas Best Choice and Aaron for their Excellent, Reliable and Affordable service.

They were able to spray both inside and outside, and now I don’t seem to have any more issues! I use them now for annual inspection and the technicians who come out are great. Just moved to AZ and within a week, we found a few bark scorpions inside our house & a bunch more in the garage and outside. Some crickets were getting in too. Good company you better off not buying the warranty. Just pay a termite company of your choice, many out here in Arizona, all use the same product . Dont get it wrong this is a very very good company to use. Been very good to me they really care but dont buy the warranty. Just pay the full amount after the year is up or a couple of months after the year is up. They did a good job, just think that after the year you shouldnt have to wait until termites come in order for them to come out again. They should come to your house and at least do a look around. Anyway they is a good company to choose

Ive used Arizonas Best Choice Pest Control for 5 years or so now, and for the last 3 years Jeremy has done our monthly service. Jeremy has been nothing short of excellent. On the odd occasion when weve had to have a call-back mid-month, they have come back out to the house without complaint or issue. Their price is also very competitive. I would highly recommend them, especially if you can get on Jeremys route!

Finally a little bit of peace of mind. A little over a year ago we moved into a new (to us)house with our 4 young children. In less than 2 weeks we saw approx 6 scorpions inside the house. We called Arizonas Best Choice out of desperation. They were reasonably priced and professional. A crew came to the house to seal and spray. We couldnt be happier. Any time we see a bug (which is now very rare) they are willing to come out and take care of it. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone I hear complaining about a scorpion issue.

Sprayed really well all over the backyard wall and put granules in the rocks mainly to get rid of crickets. (scorpion food)
