I pulled up to the shop, the open sign was on and the hours shown were 6am to midnight. As soon as I walked in the gentleman closest to the door greeted me. Then I was immediately told that the shop was closed in a rude manner by barber in the next chair over. I mentioned the sign said open and he quickly stated they recently changed thier hours and they close at 6. It was 5:40pm at the time. He could have greeted me, and apologized that there were closed and offered me a business card and to come in the following day and I would have. Its a shame how so many people lack common courtesy and professionalism even when they are paid to provide a direct and personal service.

They have some skilled barbers.Just aFYIA queue forms up pretty quick, so call about 2 hours earlier and have your name placed on the board(they are old school),also BRING CASH they dont do cards, or device pays.

The people working there were friendly but honestly one of the worst haircuts Ive ever gotten in my life. My hair was uneven and the sides werent skin like I wanted it. I had to read others responses before I even left my comment just to see if other people were displeased. Im not happy at all. Big mistake going there.

Asked for a simple trim and to clean up a bit... No Trim on side was cut a few places that in the end didnt amount to anything.. Bangs left uneven, over the ear was not trimmed or tapered.. Will not go there again...

Got there at 05:50AM, since they open at 06:00M, there was one barber, had a client on chair, another barber comes in at 06:00AM and gets his stations ready and takes the client in front of me, two other barbers walk in around 06:05AM, a male and a female, they started getting their station ready in slow motion, going to the back, going outside, etc, after 22 minutes of waiting from 06:00AM to 06:22AM I was still waiting with the two extra barbers milling around, I had to work at 09:00AM, got up early for a morning haircut, and NADA. I walked out at 06:23AM, they may have all the time in the world, I dont.

Went in at 4:30pm today. Sat there for and hr and a half waiting for a haircut. Only 3 people ahead of me with 4- 5 barbers cutting. Was next on the list but one of the barbers started cutting another BARBERS hair smh. That long of a wait and they move like sloths I understand it takes time to get a really good cut but cmon. Wish my barber was open today would have never experienced this to begin with.

I went there for the first time tonight. I got my haircut by a barber named Thomas. I am 100% satisfied. He did the perfect job, cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it. I will definitely be going back!

Great atmosphere but you have to be specific. Asked for a small fringe with a #5 all round. I figure that means sides and the back. Top was shaved to a 5 with half of the front long/with the fringe. Like the cut front wise, but my side profile looks a bit goofed up. Line up was great however.

I love this place got the convenience as well as the barbers. The best thing about this barbershop is the fact that you can call ahead and see how many people are in line to get a cut since they write your name on a board they have to keep everything in order and to avoid people getting skipped. It is helpful in getting an idea of how long it’ll be till an opening happens so you don’t have to be physically there waiting. Also, the specials they have are the best. They have the early bird from 6am-8am i believe and then my favorite which is the late night from 10pm-midnight. The late night specials pricing is $10!! That’s a great deal. Plus their shop is full of tv’s that you can control to see the games or anything you want. Lastly, the barbers are good at what they do so i recommend this place if you don’t have a regular shop you go to.

Ive been cutting my hair here for months, never had a problem until tonight, came here for a haircut and asked for a simple fade with natural looking on top, everything was going just fine until she got to the ending with the razor, it seemed like she was trying to peel off my skin, I could feel that I would have razor burns but when I got home it wasnt just razor burns, she actually cut my neck in 2 spots, she didnt even use a cream or anything. Also left a weird spot on top that I can cover but really didnt expect this kind of service after coming here so many times.

The one star is for the shop. I had my first hair cut at sullys on Sunday. Bigmistake. I told Bruce to take about an inch off, and to use #6 on the sides, and bland it into the hair that I told him I comb back on both sides. THAT was not a number six. Maybe a zero? The back is actually worse than the sides. I WAS SCALPED. My pictures wont go thru, but what I have is ;a 3 inch white wall above my ears.

Its an average hair cut place. Wouldnt call it a Barber shop by any means. Barber shops can fade u up nice. This place good for people with longer hair. Just getting trimmed. Fades r below average.

Poor service. The lady that cuts hair does a horrible job. She can’t even put names on the board when people call in. Some reason she doesn’t think she should put peoples name on the board when they call in. When trying to reach the owner no one is able to help. They say sorry but refuse to give The owners contact information out Whether it be email, phone or in person. They say he doesn’t work here. I get it but I have talked to him there in the past and it seems like they don’t want anything mentioned to the owner about wrong doings. The workers are all on a no snitching policy. I get it. But at the same time I am mad. I am trying to support a local business, instead of a corporation. But unfortunately I am forced to support a corporation because I just want my hair cut and I don’t want to wait 3 hours. At least when I call a corporation they actually put my name down in line instead of being told it would be and when I get there it is not actually written down in line. I wonder why local businesses are going out of business, then I think about Sulley’s and I remember it’s because their employees don’t care. I would recommend no one to go here. It is a waste of time and money. Great clips, super cuts or even sport clips could do a better job and actually have employees who care about their jobs and the business.

My first visit to Sullys was a success. Got a haircut and beard trim from Keyon (not sure about the spelling). He did a fantastic job. I had an idea of what I wanted to look like, and he nailed it. I dont have much going on up top as far as hair goes, but he made my hairline look the best its ever looked in years. Ill be back again for sure.There was a bit of a wait, but I had nowhere to be. It gave me a chance to observe and take in the vibe. Each of the 4 barbers had their own unique style of cutting hair, but the results were equally impressive. Usually when you go to a new barber, you hope that you dont end up with one particular barber. Not the case here. I can see why they have a steady flow of customers, and probably why they keep such late hours.Even though there was a line, I appreciated that the barbers did not rush. Whether it was a toddler or a grown man with a bushy beard, they took their time, and didnt cut corners. I also liked the old school style of facing the customer away from the mirror. Shows confidence. Trust the process. Also, Im not a big small-talk guy, so I was relieved that theres no blanket policy to force chit chat on you while youre in the chair. Thats not to say that everyone there wasnt friendly... just that they keep it comfortable for talkers and non-talkers alike.Check out my before and after photos. The before was taken 11 days earlier, so the beard was even more out of control. I feel like a new man.

My favorite barbershop in the Easy Valley by far. I went it on a Sunday, and it seemed really busy. Luckily, I only ended up waiting about 15 minutes. Ozzy cut my hair and did an excellent job. He did a taper on the sides, comb over on top, and shaped my beard. He was very detailed, took his time, and took my feedback. I will definitely be returning. Honestly Ive never written a review for anywhere... but I think for this I need too.. My husband and I have been coming here for quite sometime now because they are one of the highest rated and recommended barber shop. My husbands hair is always cut perfect and hes always called on time. Me on the other half every time Ive come I have been skipped many times then someone finally decides to cut my hair.. (we always call in ahead of time) the last few times I got my hair cut it wasnt that bad.. a few mess ups but nothing to bad. But tonight was the worse honestly.. I was skipped yet again and what I asked for and showed pictures of to get (full head view of every angle) I did not get. Not even close.. My sides were a 7 maybe an 8. The picture I showed was a 4 to an under fade. I have a 2 on my sides now and tons of my longer hairs were missed.. Im honestly hurt because every time I have gone I have a bad experience but my husband always has a great one.. its going to takes a lot of time to grow back out my sides now and its all going to be uneven.. Honestly possibly the last time I go here..

Overall, great service and prices. A person can call and place their name on the board and save their spot in line. The barbers are really good at looking at the board and following it. Only drawback is that at times, the barbers are not very friendly. Maybe its due to back to back haircuts with little to no break. Next time, take the break and provide better customer service.

I have nothing bad to say about the shop because they cut my husbands hair really good. What I didnt like was the fact that the guy at the first chair used the hair dryer to blow all the nasty ass hair all over my clothes and not only that I was wearing white pants and white shoes. I definitely didnt appreciate that, and not even an apology. Now I know not to go there at all. Thanks to that guy my husband didnt get his haircut. Have a great day

Love the late night/ early morning specials and have never left unsatisfied! Ive had my hair cut by a different barber every time and every time I leave happy.

Let me give a quick background so my point of view is clear. I normally just go to great clips once every 4 months or so, and do trimming at home. So, no, I dont like getting my hair cut often, partly due to not enjoying having a conversation while getting my hair cut. The barbers at Sullys are friendly and will definitely talk if you try to start a conversation, but I appreciate that they dont force a conversation on you. More importantly, for just a bit more than great clips price, Sullys gives great, original haircuts (I gave my barber minimal instruction and he came up with a great look) with meticulous attention to detail. The quality is much higher than the price. With that in mind, they are busy, so either call ahead or chose a time when you arent in a hurry.
