Alma went above and beyond to make sure I looked great. They listen to you. They do not rush to get to the next customer. Very reasonably priced. I paid 20$+tip for a haircut and a trim. I would recommend this establishment to everyone.

So i finally decided to leave a review . I came by here around 5:20ish pm on 7/17 when sign says they close at 6pm. this is the SECOND time i was refused service by this place due to them “closing” and each time i arrive, I would be there with at least more than 30 mins before closing time . It may not be hurting my pockets. But unfortunately it will be hurting theirs . I will not be coming here no more.

If you have posted and stated that you closed at 4 that does not mean at 2:30 that you don’t tell people to hurry were closing soon I drove all the way thorough this nasty town not to far from where I live and open on a Sunday to my surprise at 3:00 the doors are locked and 2 chics cutting hair I don’t know what kind ofestablishment this is I hope the 2 chics that locked the doors are owners because that’s what I would expected from

Walked in without an appointment, but Alma was able to fit me in. Best haircut I have ever had. Most barbers are just trying to get you out of the chair, but Alma took her time and made it worth the money. On the way home, my girlfriend wouldn’t stop talking about how handsome I looked. ¡Gracias!

Lydia as owner and veteran stylist is patient and accommodating about personal requests. The shop offers good pricing and is competitive with national chains. The big difference is the skill and experience waiting to serve you. Absolutely worth making a stop . You wont be disappointed.

Lidia has got to be the perfect barber. Before even lifting a single instrument she started by communicating and making sure what it was I was asking for. The haircut turned out great. She is clearly skilled at her trade. To others Id recommend coming quickly before too many others find out about her and fill up her schedule to the point that shes too busy to get in.

Talented, energetic, and friendly are words that describe this busy barber shop in Mesa. I have been getting my haircut with Isaac since the shop opened. I have NEVER been disappointed with him, nor have I seen a bad haircut leave the barber shop, and never a disappointed client by any of the barbers. He is on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. I drive 40 minutes just to see him. All of the barbers here a great men with lots of skill; If youre searching for that one barber, youll definitely find him here.CONS: For Thursdays, Fridays, & Saturdays, I strongly suggest calling in to make an appointment or go on their website only because it can get pretty busy, but thats how most good shops are.

Been a few months since ive been here, but awesome haircut this morning. Alma was my barber, shes been here two months. Great conversationalist, asked how i was doing and what style haircut. Ive been coming here since January. Definitely will be coming every two weeks, just to trim up. Worth the trip and for the money.UPDATE Marco Polo fans: Theyre open on Tuesdays! Ive had a lot of haircuts in my life but Ive never had one where the barber made me feel like they also wanted me to feel and look good. Most barbers get you in and out as quick as possible, but here they spent a great amount of time making my hair and beard look perfect. I will definitely be going back again and again.

While on a work trip, I was in desperate need of a haircut. After scouring Yelp for a while, reading countless reviews, and checking out the pictures of the work of several barbers, I decided to go to Marco Polo’s Barbershop. I called ahead and spoke to Isaac who said he would take care of me. When I walked in, he was the only barber there at 12:30pm (which I find unfortunate for the other barbers as there were several patrons). In any event, I got a cut from Isaac and it was fantastic. He took his time, paid attention to minor details which really elevate a haircut. He was also a good conversationalist who took an interest in the work I do that brought me to Mesa, Arizona all the way from San Francisco. Id highly recommend Isaac to any other person looking for a good cut; Id also like to add that the young man getting cut before was another person of color, seemingly of Asian descent, and his cut was just as impressive. I note that for those who are not black, and curious as to whether or not he can cut well the hair of other nationalities. Good job, Isaac!

Met my barber Chi-Town at the Frys and he gave me a csrd and told me to stop by. I was skeptical cause i havent found a good barber here in the area that has been able to provide me with a quality haircut. I was off early so i stopped by but i forgot his card. Luckily he was working and free to take me right at the moment as a walk in. He did an outstanding job and i am very satisfied with my hair. I will be back again to get my hair done at least once every two weeks. I recommend him for sure.

This is a great barbershop with a really chill, no-fuss atmosphere. Clientele includes all walks of life and all hair types. They have many different hair care products for all the various types of hair as well.I have been going to Issac for a few months and dude is definitely a cut above. Professional, personable and punctual.One unique thing here is they will share the clientele if circumstances dictate. For example, on one occasion I arrived for my appointed visit and Issac still had a head that he had just started on due to a backup. These things happen from time to time so I wasnt upset. However, he then asked another barber, Chilita, to take care of me instead so I wouldnt have to wait. Chilita gave me a great cut, exactly what I was looking for so I was thrilled. Plus is that I didnt have to wait. Very pleased with this shop and I plan to keep going back.

Absolutely hands down the best hair cut my boys and I have had in a while. Lydia did an amazing job. The place is super clean and even had toys for my boys. Definitely will be coming back.

This place is amazing Chilita did my wifes hair and she looks as beautiful as ever. Marco Polos Barbershop is the best barbershop/hair salon because chilita is the only one doing womens hair in Arizona. You guys have to check them out. I will give them 10 stars.
