I had them double check work that I had done somewhere else. As I suspected the work from the other place was substandard. Wes fixed the problem I was having the first time. The people were very nice, I have mechanical experience, but they still explained everything in laymans term, so I could understand everything. Wess will be the only one to work on my truck. I recommend him to all my friends.

Well worth the drive from N. Phoenix. They dont overbook and rush through repair. Their prices are fair. Great honest mechanic without inflated prices. Very pleasant staff and they schedule time for each vehicle so nothing gets overlooked. Very hard to find an honest mechanic in the valley.

We had a small oil leak. Paid over $700 to have it “fixed “. After getting it home, it still leaked. We took it back. They said they checked it again and found no leak. Made some excuse that sometimes it takes a while for it to stop (??) but shouldn’t have any issues. Several weeks later we STILL have an oil leak. It slowed it a bit but still have to put cardboard under our truck to keep oil off the driveway. We are just here for a month and already had the inconvenience of 2-3 days without our vehicle and having relatives help shuttle us. It just irritates me to spend good money on something and still have the problem. Not taking it back a third time as I don’t trust they can or will fix it properly. A waste of money! Wish they would give us at least the labor part of our money back.

Wes, the owner is correct, he did tell me to bring the truck back. However after already having to be without our vehicle for 2 days of our 30 day stay we didn’t want to be without it another day as well. I personally have a little bit experience with mechanical work and can’t really buy into this being a “seating in to a groove on the crank shaft” issue, therefore I feel that bringing the truck back for a 3rd day for the same leak would be an effort in futility. I still have the leak dripping on a brand new rental driveway that I may have to pay money to have professionally cleaned. That after paying over $700 to try and have the leak fixed on 2 trips. I want to say that Wes and Randie we’re both very pleasant to deal with, however you have to understand our frustration.

Troy was a fantastic mechanic to work with. Not only did he call me to verify the issues I was experiencing, but he was straight forward about what potential problems could be occurring. Hands down the best customer service I’ve received.

Every time I have to have work done I am greeted with a smile. Its always done promptly and properly as well. I even come in just to ask advice or opinions and Im still treated respectfully. I definitely recommend them!

Family owned, friendly environment, techs are helpful and dont talk down to you. As an automotive enthusiast its a struggle to find a shop I can get along with, normally I do my own work, so when i have to take a vehicle in, i usually end up with either feeling like Im being talked down to, or like someone is trying to up-sell me into things i dont need. That was not the case at Wess for me. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left I was satisfied with my visit. I rarely write reviews for places, but my experience here called for one.

Efficient, but we felt the work was $200 over priced. Paying $800 was too much! Replacing relay motor, and two cooling fans, along with recharging the ac unit was too much! The bill wiped our resources for two weeks. I had similar work done 5 yrs ago for $600. We won’t be returning for further business.
