I called Perri out of the blue as I was on a roadtrip from the East Coast to the West Coast. Perri was able to fit me in and give me an honest assessment of the state of my 2010 VW Tiguan. He could have taken advantage of a person in a desperate spot, but he did not. He was kind, professional, and really helped me make some tough decisions regarding my car. I will always be grateful to him for his integrity!

Owner was negative right from the start, You probably need to get an office manager who knows how to talk to customers. I called to get a price on doing a water pump on my Audi and as soon as I told him I am a car dealer and asked how much he would charge, he went off on a rant about how he is not willing to take food off his families table and put it on mine.....Thats not what I asked you to do, I simply asked what you would charge to do a job. Seems like he has been through the ringer and doesnt enjoy what he is doing. Too bad.

Honest and did a fantastic job on my Audi.

When he tells you when to bring it in and when it’ll be ready, that’s how it goes. Perfect for me. I found Perri after trying a couple of other German car places in the valley and have been using him for a decade. Mine is an older diesel VW, so there arent a ton of people that have a lot of experience with my car and Perri offers a combination of experience and forthrightness that are a great fit for this car and owner. His thorough explanation, which tend to include historical context, solid repairs, practical advice and grease under his nails have earned my trust. A cleaner, better organized shop would be nice, but that might not be a fair complaint. From what Ive seen, solid, value-oriented shops in this area seem to focus their energy on turning wrenches, not cleaning.

You want a shady individual that will milk you for every dollar you have. Perri is your man. This man ripped me off for over 3k with shady half-a** work.

Perri is the mechanic you can trust (yes, a dying breed and perhaps the last of his kind). When you take your vehicle there, you are going to get an honest assessment of diagnosis and cost to repair, straight up. If it is not worth it, he will tell you it is not worth it. If the repair is going to cost more than the car is worth, he will tell you so. This place has been around for decades and he knows his stuff; I personally would never consider taking any of my vehicles anywhere else.

Had an issue with a failing diverter valve on my Golf, called on a Thursday evening and was able to get it replaced on Friday. Worked with me and had a nice chat about our favorite brands Audi and VW. Very knowledgeable and even checked other potential areas for preventative maintenance. Its hard to find a local shop but Ive found it and will be back

Just when I needed my AC unit in my car recharged, I saw Perris sign and pulled in. It did the trick in the 115 temps, not to mention I enjoyed my visit there with him while my car was being serviced. Ill come back again.
