Good honest folks here. Had an issue with my Ram motor and they were able to diagnose it for me. Also my wife had her A/C fixed here on her Chevy Malibu. Again, they are very fair on the pricing and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Seem like extremely honest folks here. Im hard of hearing and cant hear over the phone. They understood and were very easy to communicate with via text messaging, to keep me up to date. Excellent service! Also its nice to know they lock their customers vehicles inside the garage overnight, so you dont have to worry about it getting broken into sitting in some parking lot. That was a real plus for me too. Thanks to everyone here for everything.

Best service Ive had at a mechanic

Lets start w honesty.. and follow up w how they even drove us back to our home because unfortunately we didnt have anyone to pick us up. That alone says a lot about their integrity. Price .. was 300.00 amd some less than previous estimate at another garage. PLUS the issue wasnt where the prior garage said it was. Hmmm and I knew it was in the rear braking system. So now with just this being said ... you decide. Id give them a 10 just on what I said.

The guys here are super helpful, they have been helping me repair my current car, my old van and even my brothers truck and my moms cars. They are truthful, honest and well priced. Cant go wrong! I will always recommend this place and come back for all my car needs

Pulled into Rad today when I had a few engine lights come on right as I was about to turn onto the 60 coming home. I hadnt planned on stopping in, but definitely didnt want to get stuck on the freeway in summer heat if there was a real issue. When I walked in the office, I was promptly greeted and asked how I could be helped.I explained that I just needed to have the codes read on my dash, and asked if there was someone who had a spare moment to plug into my console. Logan, one of the mechanics, came out of the garage and plugged right in even though I didnt have an appointment. After reading the codes, he was more than happy to let me take a picture of the diagnostics that came up so that I had them to reference later. He also wanted to make sure that a quick visual inspection was done under the hood to make sure nothing was visibly wrong with hoses and clamps on the air intake side of things (code reader came up with a mass air sensor problem and said system may have been running lean).We found that the clips on the back side of the air filter housing had worked themselves out, and the air filter housing was likely allowing more-than-normal airflow into engine. We clipped everything back into position and cleared the codes and were on our way.Even though he had plenty to do and I came at a busier time in the afternoon, Logan went out of his way to make sure we were taken care and sorted out. He was knowledgeable and quick, and totally down to earth and willing to help. He was awesome! I guess thats why they call it Rad auto shop--their guys are rad to work with. No one likes to have to visit the shop, but they made it as easy an experience as possible and I just had to send some good words their way to say thanks.

My battery was just about dead. I called Stapleys Garage and spoke to Brandon. He was super helpful and had a battery in stock. I live very close and asked if I could come same day to get my battery replaced. He said sure come on in. When I got there he was waiting for me with the battery. I pulled up and one of the other gentlemen put the battery in while I went inside and paid for it. It literally took 10 minutes. I was so grateful to be back on the road so quickly. Thank you again for the excellent customer service. I will definitely be back when I need my brakes done.

These guys are great! I brought in my car and had them look over a few problems I was having as well as do a few maintenance items I needed done. Found out the wrong rotors were installed on the front of my car causing issues with the suspension and braking! What a serious issue! That could have caused a serious accident/injury to myself and others! Lucky RAD Auto repair caught the mistake the previous shop made, showed me the problem and asked if it was okay to make the necessary repairs to get my car functioning properly. They were quick and easy to work with.They also pointed out my rear shocks had blown out. Sorry no picture, but it was covered with oil and dirt! I had it replaced.I was able to take a picture of the brake pad before they took it out. You can see the abnormal wear on the pad. The pad wasnt even in full contact with the rotor! Scary!! They put the right ones on, and even rotated my tires!I had no BS from these guys.Honest work for honest pay, which is hard to come by for mechanic shops.Really, Thanks again guys for being so honest and great to work with. Im definitely coming back for all my other car needs.

Used to love bringing my family’s cars here for service. After today we will never be back. Despite the city and county mandates requiring masks be worn not one employee was. Can’t patronize a business that doesn’t take my family’s health and safety seriously.

Being a female going to a mechanic can be very intimidating. I have had plenty of experiences of mechanics telling me i need to fix things on my car that were so far off from what i needed Just because they think i am Ignorant regarding my vehicle. Luckily, my dad taught me better than that. I originally took my car into a different shop where i was Told i needed Hoses replaced and a tire pressure sensor replaced and it was going to be a couple hundred bucks. Knowing that i had A coolant leak and sensor light on i figured It was accurate. I didnt Have time that day to get it done and when i finally Did they didn’t have the part in stock so i took It to Stapleys Garage to see if they could fix it for me. They could have told me they replaced the hose and tire pressure sensor and charged me bookoo bucks but They didn’t. They were honest and had integrity. The only thing my car needed was an O ring replaced and the tire pressure sensors reset. A whole $27 bill! Not only were they honest, but it was a pleasure working with them. They got me in and out same day and were extremely kind. I will Recommend this shop to anyone that is looking. Thank you Stapleys Garage for being one of the good guys out there!

So here is the long and short of it. Bought my car at a dealership, went in for my first oil change, was told I needed brakes. With the level of wear they quoted me I wasn’t happy about it and decided to find someone closer to do the job. My buddy who usually does my brakes was not available and when I called in, Brandon was friendly and quoted a fair price. Got me in the next day.Here’s why you choose RAD. Next day I drop off my car, Brandon gives me a ride to work, and let’s me know he’ll call to see if we need to do rotors along with the brakes. He calls me back and drops a bombshell. My car doesn’t need them. Has at least most likely another year. So not only did my dealer lie to me, but Brandon is the honest one in this equation because he could have taken the money and ran. He just earned a customer without earning any money.On a side note, as a single gal here in Phoenix, finding someone who won’t rip you off because you carry a purse instead of a wallet is tough. Check these guys out. I certainly appreciate them.

I had my 18 year old son take his car here, and they were MORE THAN AMAZING! Rod ran diagnostics on the car, then he called to let us know the issue. He did the repairs and found that he could eliminate an item he had installed, to save us money. He was very good at communicating with us, he made sure he didn’t charge us more than necessary (or charge for parts that weren’t needed), and the repairs were made so quickly! I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff at this place is. In a strange turn of events I found myself needing to buy a car reliable enough to make a 25 hour drive home, and scheduled a used vehicle inspection here. The seller was running a touch late and the staff offered to stay late to complete the inspection. The service was very informative, the quotes were fair, and the price was very reasonable. To have such a thorough inspection done slightly after hours on a Saturday makes this place exactly what is advertised. Way RAD. I wish I lived closer (instead of Iowa) so I could use these guys as my regular mechanic. Five star service with a smile.

This is the first auto shop that has ever seen repeat business from me and its because honest, hard working techs are working there. The pricing is competitive. My car was there for routine maintenance. Good intentions and initiative lead to an honest mistake, and that left me needing new headlights. They didnt try to make up any excuses. They owned up to the mistake and did the right thing. They just replaced my headlights for free. (BTW, we are talking about the reflector and lens assemblies, and not just the bulbs.) Their commitment to service is noteworthy and they will continue to receive my business. This is a place I would recommend.

I have been using these nice folks to do all of my oil changes and as needed emergency repairs for the past four years. As the odometer has climbed from 150,000 to 204,000 miles they have been there for the repairs for the items that fail at twice the age of the expected warranted life from the manufacturer.Service has always been fast, mostly same day, or next day if I came in late in the day, never have had a problem after they get done working, on the ones they find. They have not tried to up sale me stuff I didnt need done.Nice personable people and they seem to get along well together as a team, recommended them to my daughter and friends. Shop is clean and orderly, seem to have all the tools they need to get the job done.

I got my oil changed here several months ago, these retards didn’t even fill up my engine with oil. I called and complained and they said I had a leak and CLEARLY there was no leaking oil anywhere in my garage. Don’t let all of these review fool you guys.

Dawn is amazing. Second car Ive brought here. Customer service is awesome. Took my Jeep liberty in for front brakes. Just got back pads and rotors replaced about 2 months ago by Brake Masters. Or so I thought! They checked my back brakes and my rotors were brand new with the same old pads. Rad replaced my back rotors and took pictures as evidence of the bad job and told me to demand a refund from brake masters. And they gave me a discount on the front brake job and back pads. I am definitely going back to Brake Masters and getting. My money back for a half assed job!

Ive been looking for a repair shop and Ive found it. The moment I walked into this shop I felt comfortable. The end result was great in and out time; quality service . I will return.

Just purchased an older truck, gave RAD a try since just moved to area. They were upfront and honest. My truck has a whining noise coming from the engine area and needed a tune-up. Prices were very realistic. When came to whining noise, they told me it was more than likely a belt (serpentine). After a full inspection they came back and told me all of my belts are in good shape and do not need to be replaced. I will come back to RAD

I love working with RAD Auto. When I had a long list of things I needed fixed, I went to them with a small budget and my list of priorities. They worked with me to do it all and even beat my budget. To top it off, they offered to drive me home when I dropped off my vehicle, and pick me up when it was done.

A year and a half ago, I ripped my transmission pan off my bug and it wasnt drivable, RAD had my VW bug towed to their location. They had me in and out in less that four hours with a same day appointment and at a fraction of what the dealership would have charged to fix it. Now today I redirected my cousin to them after she received an inflated quote from a major car dealership in the valley. RAD took care of it in under 2 hours and got the work that actually needed to be done completed at a very fraction of the dealer costs. I trust these guys and refer everyone I know to them. Absolutely amazing. And awesome customer service too!

These guys will take care of you... I have been taking my car to the guys at RAD for the last year now and wouldnt go anywhere else. I have had issues with my car and they were able to address them right away. They also make sure the job is done right. I had my fuel pump issue and the work ended up being incomplete; took it back in and they made sure it was looked at again and done right. Hard to find a good auto place like this, dont go anywhere else. I now live in Glendale and still have these guys make sure my car is running smooth... I dont go anywhere else.
